I was greeted pretty quickly considering they were short staffed and extremely busy. Truck took a little longer to service than originally stated but they did a second recall. The service writer answered a couple questions I had about the recalls and said to call her directly if there was a problem. She was courteous and respectful. I d return for for service here.

Mobile Service came to my home to correct a recall issue and it was the easiest service I have ever scheduled. From the scheduler to the technician showing up on time, the entire process was painless. I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle at Jarrett and that experience has transferred over to the Service Department.

Jarrett Ford was an amazing experience for me. They came to my house and picked up my truck and arrived when they said they would. There is a way to track their progress so you can see them arriving in real time. They took care of two recalls, did an oil change, and rotated my tires. They brought the truck back when promised. This could not have been more convenient. Everyone was super nice and courteous too. I am definitely using them again.

Dealership offers pickup and delivery service. This is a very valuable service for many reasons, they sent text and email to specify pick up and delivery of vehicle.Finished repair in a timely manner, everything is working great.Everyone I dealt with at the dealership were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly which is important.

Great service! Dirk was super friendly and efficient, keeping me informed on the progress every step of the way. Adam was also exceptionally considerate helping me understand some of the technology features on my vehicle. Would definitely recommend Jarrett Ford of Charlotte County Service to everyone.

I purchased a 2022 F150 from Jarrett last fall . I recently brought it in for service and 2 minor warrantee issues. My service advisor was Dirk. When I arrived, there was a long line but it worked through quickly. Dirk was very attentive and the work was completed sooner than promised. There is a comfortable waiting area. I am closer to other Ford dealers but I will return here. They met and exceeded expectations.

Jarrett Ford was there when I needed them and did what they said they would do timely. I was 1,100 miles from home and had a horrible howling sound in the rear of my car. Karen from Jarrett Ford was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The technicians were able to diagnose and fix my car timely. Thank to all.

The mobile service that programmed my keypad entry was excellent. Both technicians were personable, friendly, empathetic and careful. Employees like this are an asset to your company. Would use this service again if needed.

Had my car to another Ford dealer in the area, they told me three defrent things that was causing my issues had my car for four days , said it was fixed. I picked up car and less than fifty miles it all started over. Went to Ford in Port Char they told me what was wrong, ordered part had it fixed the next day. Great people in service dept. Will always go to them when needed.

I never knew they would service your car (a recall) at your house, that's great. The tech called first and was on time. He was professional, finished quick, and called to let me know he was done.

Went in with an engine light notification. Was given an explanation and price . Also some other work they felt necessary. Work took over 4 hours but they offered to drive us anywhere while the work was done. Price seemed high but walked away feeling it was worth it.

Friendly staff and quick service. My one complaint is that this Ford dealership does not honor my maintenance plan (which I purchased at a different Ford dealership on a new vehicle). I feel like if I purchased a vehicle directly from any Ford along with a maintenance plan that it should be honored across the board at any dealership.

Service department was able to fit us in to the schedule as soon as was possible and completed the service in a timely manner. The representative was very friendly and knowledgeable about the issue the car was having. Would definitely have vehicle serviced there again.

Jarrett Ford called me to schedule an appointment for recall warranty work. Traveling repair van was great. Called to see if it was okay to show up early. Recall work was done at my house in a short 15 minutes.

I have been dealing with Jarrett Ford for a few years now and the service department is outstanding I just purchased a 2023 Ford Explorer, XLT, which I love had a little minor issue. They seen me right away diagnosed a problem ordered. The part came in the same day, it was very prompt scheduling to have it fixed which was a minor issue once again, Jared Ford I would recommend as your Ford dealer and the sales department is out Thank you, Jarrett Ford

4 times to install recall to brake system. But great people willing to help any way they can. Run your computer for updates before you start please.

I had the most amazing experience ever working with Charlotte County Ford!! Brooke from online sales helped me, and got with management and got me approved right away, Brooke kept telling me every step of the way what was gonna happen and how things were going to work. She set up My appointment with Alan, and it was such an amazing experience! Most of all I love my newescape and so happy I made the right choice!!

Jarrett Ford was able to get me in and service my vehicle while on a recent trip to North Port. Their service advisor and the assigned mechanic were very helpful in relaying progress on my service as well as batteries that needed to be replaced. All work was done in a timely professional manner.

I was disappointed of the amount I was charged. I brought my car home with the same problem I dropped it off with. $423 out of my pocket. I first tried the Lincoln dealership in Punta Gorda with same results for a little over $200. Sorry situation.
