I needed repair on the car bumper. The shop was busy; but for this minor repair they squeezed me in. Had the job completed in less than a week. Super service and very friendly office staff. Five star ratting all the way around.

Called on Tuesday and asked about getting a quote, was told they do quotes all day Thursday and Friday (I wrote this specifically down because I was calling multiple places with different times/days). I show up on Friday at 1pm to get my quote and am told in person that they only do quotes from open to noon which I know is not what I was told on the phone. I asked if they could make an exception since that s not was I was told and was responded with absolutely not and we aren t doing any quotes next week. Very poor customer service.

I had no problem getting an appointment with Jackie I have used her before on the same automobile. The only problem I had with Jackie was the payment Friday before I picked up my car. I got a call stay in one price car will be ready on Monday I was told Didn t hear for anybody on Monday called Monday. They said they were waiting for a piece got a call on Tuesday car was ready. The price was exact same when I sent my son to pick up the car the next day the price went up $100. I was very disappointed I felt like I was robbed for additional hundred dollars

My new car was hit less than 2 months after buying it. I haven't needed an auto body place in over a decade or more so I had no idea where to go. Jackie's was the perfect place as they are extremely organized and they did a beautiful job repairing my vehicle.

I had severely bashed the passenger side of our car. Not knowing where to go to repair it, I asked around and was told Jackie s Auto Body Inc.. Getting an appointment was a little tricky, (they are very busy), but they called me before the tentative appointment we had set, and said they had an opening. After six days, including the weekend, our car was ready to go! The repair is perfect! They did an excellent job. I felt they were reasonably priced. While I hope I don t need their services again, they are certainly where I ll go if I do.A special shout out to their door greeter Charlie, he is awesome!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Went to Jackie s after referral from friend to repair mirror 2004 corvette a few years ago. First visit they replaced the broken mirror after driving it a few days I noticed the mirror and door wasn t quite right it jiggled driving down the road. I took it back to fix the issue well below pics show how they reinstalled the door/window trim. Staples really on a corvette, this is terribleService: Body & Trim

Best auto body shop hands down! My car had more damage than it seemed and they immediately notified me and ordered the part to fix that too. It was done around a hurricane and still done extremely timely. Very kind, courteous, informative staff!! Would give 10 stars if I could!

I was told 4 to 6 weeks. It was done in 4 weeks. Staff was courteous. Attention to detail and done very professional and would definetly recommend them to anybody who needs good body work done on there vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

They are the best. This is our 4th bumper. I know four bumpers, ha! (1st was the chain wrapped around the axle, 2nd was hit in the work parking lot, and 3rd was a hit and run after hurricane Ian)All 3 times was a great experience. The work they did on the look good as new and the paint match perfect. With the long line of cars, they still take the time for every car their hands touch. Let us not forget about the door greeter. He big boy is so friendly! You may think their prices are high, but it is not for the time, care, and quality of work.

I am pleased with their work. The car was finished a few days before their estimated finish date. The workmanship was excellent. I was concerned that the paint wouldn't match the rest of the car but I can't see any difference. The damage was on the passenger side front door. The skin was replaced and the entire passenger side paint was blended to match the rest of the car. The color and brightness matches the rest of the car. We did have a small grease smudge on the front passenger Leather seat that we easily removed. The rest of the car was very clean when we picked it up.

I had a door dent in one of the worst places, on a crease in the panel. They were very professional, friendly and honest. I couldn't ask for more in auto body service. They were excellent in notifications on my vehicles status. It was done a day earlier than promised, and as one would expect, you would never have even known it was repaired!! I would recommend them to anyone needing this service. My only other comment would be to bring dog biscuits for Charlie. He's a Jackie's Auto Body bunus!Thanks!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This shop is where the Honda dealer sent us for warranty paint work. We had some additional work done, it was all perfect. The owner was there when we picked the car up, he made sure we were satisfied and he was very courteous, friendly and professional. We are so pleased with the paint job that we will take an older convertible there when we are ready to get it painted.

Got work done there, And when I looked at my car after the work was done, I saw a dent in the back. Lady at front desk said I signed off at the previous damage when I asked her where.. she said somewhere in the back but was not able to tell me where or what side, and got a major attitude. I even asked my husband (because I thought I was losing my mind) if the dent was there before and he said absolutely not. It wasn t even worth fighting it. I got home and the new doors open with difficulty. I didn t even bother complaining because they would just give me an attitude. They need to start treating their customers with better care. When I first found them their ratings were much higher and now I m seeing they have dipped. Gee wonder why.

We had our entire car repainted due to a recall on the paint. This is the shop our dealer took our car to. We had to send it back in to be redone because they left sharp, rough edges on all the doors and didn't paint the door jams. They had removed our after market dash cam, which we understood, but they didn't reinstall it. When we got our car back the second time, the rough edges were fixed and the dash cam reattached. The door jams were painted although there are some spots that only have primer. We also can still see the primer through the thin layer of paint on the hood. As we have had our car a few days we have noticed a few other things. Like our back up camera is no longer level, our sun pass is missing, and we had to reconnect our windshield washer ourselves. Honestly, 95 percent of the paint job looks perfect! These are just little irratants, but these on top of the 5 percent of the paint job that doesn't look good, made us decide not to go back here for any work.
