He told me he would look at my truck on Friday never answered my text or calls then on Tuesday about 11:30 he answered and told me he hasn't looked at it yet, so I picked it up and went to a different auto shop.i will never go there again,

It pains me to have to write this review but it s honest and just. I do like Ralph he seems like a nice man. But I am very disappointed with my recent transactions. I entrusted Ralph to do my brakes & trans cooler on my 2002 gmc3500 8.1L. He charged me $1,700. I paid the man. I get my truck back and the brakes are SCREAMING and chattering. I looked there is NO GREASE. On slides or anywhere. I voiced my concern and about a week later he took the truck back into the shop. Ensured me the brakes were under warranties. I than gave him an additional $80 he told me the problem would be resolved same day brakes screaming and still chattering. I call him to voice my concern (level headed, yet again) and he says to me it wasn t making noises when it left here whatever fine but same day it s an issue. I m not even pressing the brakes and they are screaming I find this to be very unfortunate. This cost me two weeks worth of work with said truck. (Granted this was around the time hurricane Ian struck out area so I wasn t mad) but For a job that to me didn t seem to have been performed to the best of his ability and the lack of correction. That is why I regretfully write this review. I myself run a small business and I discussed having Ralph work on my fleet. But after this I just can t. I would never conduct business this way therefore I feel obligated after paying $1,700 I am in worst standing condition with my brakes than I was before. Now I have to pay someone els to perform the task. I m sorry to write this but it cost me financially and ethically I find it incredibly unprofessional. As I stated Ralph s a nice guy but I didn t take my truck and pay him to be nice to me I need this for work.Service: Brakes

Ralph is an awesome mechanic he works on all my cars he is fair price for extremely awesome work. I have been going to inline cars for 11 years let me be honest with you I bought a 2019 Camry in 2020 I could have gone to the dealership and get my free 3-month oil change but I don't like any and anybody touching my vehicle's he rebuild my 95 Maxima mine 2000 Malibu Classic because my little brother blew the engine,mine 05 Lexus, 07 Fusion finding a good trustworthy mechanic is very hard but lucky for you, you just found one

I could say that I was recommended from one of my friends to go visit this place he does a great job and you let you know if anything's wrong with your car ahead of time just in case if you want to fix it now or later he is a very friendly person very respectful and if I have something wrong with my car he'll fix it right away if anybody has something wrong with the car don't hesitate to bring it to Rafi
