We are absolutely thrilled with our new Cobia 262cc from Ingman Marine! Wyatt Cole had us at "hello". His knowledge, expertise, patience, professionalism and kindness made our experience one in a million. He promptly answered every question, email and phone call to make for a seamless process. When we took delivery of our boat, Wyatt spent the afternoon with us on the water, patiently going over every system and every inch of our boat. He actually helped my husband place our decal and numbers on our boat! Outstanding customer service! We are so grateful to Ingman Marine Port Charlotte, Wyatt Cole and those behind the scenes that made our dream come true. Many thanks and bon voyage!

This review will be for the parts department, I am a customer and they did not want to sell me a part once they found out I worked at another dealer, told me some ridiculous lie that they don t ship out of state. I believe the person I spoke with was Jamie in parts department, the part I need is on back order with NO ETA and I m trying to get my customer taken care of. Obviously customer service does not exist at this dealership as well as real boating enthusiasts!!

Chris and Holly helped my Fianc� and I get a used boat so quick! We looked at it Friday and had it home by Monday. They went above and beyond to help us with questions, paperwork, insurance, and a timely water test. Everything went perfect and I couldn t recommend them more. Thank you both again! We appreciate it and look forward to do business with you in the future. 10/10!!

Orion was fantastic. We HIGHLY recommend buying a boat at Ingman. This is our 2nd boat purchase with Orion, if we want another boat in the future, we will go back to Ingman & Orion!!

I shopped boats and dealers for a while before I found a place I wanted to do business with. Scott Ritter and the rest of the staff at INGMAN MARINE were great through the entire process. The knowledge, service, and attention made me feel very comfortable to give them my business. Service and Follow up after the sale are impressive by any standard. I would HIGHLY recommend Scott and the team weather you re in the market for new, pre owned, or service. They also got me a great price for my previous boat.They re my guys now.

My Grady White Freedom 285 received damage from Hurricane Ian. I did not want to take it to the dealer of purchase, so I asked my canal neighbor where he bought his and would he recommend them. He told me to speak to Sean Keathley at Ingman Marine. Before contacting Sean I called for Mr. Ingman, but got a general manager that told me Mr. Ingman does not take calls and that he handles everything for him. I spoke with Sean, and the first email with pictures went out on 11/13/2022. Sean explained to me that with a location down, inventory damaged, and current customers needing work it would be many months until they could get my boat in. He gave me an estimate based on photos, and a check came in from my insurance made out to Ingman Marine. We were all set, and I knew I had to wait a while. We stayed in contact and the date to get me in had changed a few times. My boat was to go in the beginning of July / 2023, then moved to August 2023. Until one day I had called for Sean and spoke to the GM again (he would not put me over to Sean). He told me it was going to be another 4 months from what Sean had Promised me. I explained the situation, and he did not want to hear it. TOTALLY UNACCEPTIBLE FROM THE GM!! I did call and spoke to Sean again, and at the end of the conversation like others I expressed to not forget about me and call me back I never heard back and to date never have from Sean.Now over a year later and I can t get my boat in another place until Jan, 2024 and will be down for months. Ingman Marines actions has caused me to have my boat on a waiting list for 10 plus months with them, when it could have been down long ago.Do not waste your time dealing with this man and his company. Learn from mine and others mistakes. This man like many other company s set it up so that they do not have to deal with people, nor do they keep their finger on the pulse of their business. A receipt for failure!!I look forward to seeing a day when Ingman Marine goes out of business!!

Our salesman Scott Ritter did an incredible job in helping us to purchase a 22 Skeeter. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Ingman Marine. The captain - JR - who took us on our sea trial was very thorough and helpful as well.We highly recommend Ingman Marine!

Everything went smoothly at Ingman Marine, from our initial visit, to having the boat delivered. We were assisted in choosing what options we wanted, and which boat suited our needs. Captain Mark, went through everything we needed to know and joined us for a ride. We were surprised to see that life jackets, flares, a first aid kit, horn, ropes, and more were all include which we thought we would need to purchase. Now we've been out several times and we just love the boat. It suits us perfectly thanks to Ingman Marine.

Ingman Marine is great!! I was working with Oryan and we built this boat together. I've owned it now for a few months and still to this day I wouldn't change a thing. I highly recommend them. Thank you for getting us our dream boat.

This morning, we took delivery of our 2020 SeaHunt Ultra 235SE - Ultra Blue. Thanks to Capt JR from Ingman Marine for the orientation ride and Scott Ritter the best sales advisor around.This is the first boat we've owned and wanted to get the best value for the $. Scott was very patient with us, no pressure, and helped us find the boat that we would be happy with for a long, long time. We went to a boat show in January 2019 as "serious" boat shoppers. We looked at comparable size boats but kept coming back to the Ultra SE with the best features and value.

I am from out of state and recently moved to FL.Explained an issue that I am having with my boat and the response I was given was return it to where I had my last service.I wish I could but they are 8 hours away in GA.They said sorry 2000 hours 2004 engine I dont want to open that can of worms.Exact words: Good Luck . . .I offered to send a video and the response was: I dont want to get involved in it.Devin said any mechanic outboard would be willing to look at it.ummm I understand that.. your a Master Yamaha tech.This is a Yamaha that was serviced religiously? Your master yamaha tech doesnt even want to look at it?Anyway. Never had an experience like that.. First time for everything.Went elsewhere and see what they said.I guess if the engine is shot the business I am brining it to will get the money for the repower.Follow up. Brought to old salt marine in Palmetto.Was a $300 fix. Which in motor world was nothing. Key way was broken and needed to be replaced.Back in action. Thanks to Old Salt Marine who took the time to look and analyze the issue

Orion has been extremely patient and trustworthy. Coming from a person that made a career in the automotive industry and has owned several boats after moving to Florida. I wouldn't buy another boat from anyone. Orion has kept us updated throughout the process of ordering a boat. Can't go wrong with Orion and Ingman Marine.

Very very poor customer service. Once we paid for the Sea Hunt Gamefish 30ft centerconsole they don t seem to care about us all the way from the salesman to service. We have been waiting ever since we got the boat on 1/20/23 until now (5/18/23) for parts. Very, very frustrated and disappointed!! Will never purchase anything from Ingman again and will never recommend them. Hope we will eventually get our parts replaced.

We took delivery of our new boat a week ago. We are very pleased. Orion is the sales mgr and did a great job on the deal. This was the most painless, smooth deal I have ever been a part of. Orion gave me some great advice on electronics etc. JR met us at the boat slip for the actual delivery. He was great. Very knowledgeable about the boat and he was extremely patient with all of our questions. We did talk with no less than 4 other boat dealerships. However we liked Orion's sales approach and the price we paid we thought was good.

If you are looking for a boat I highly recommend (Ingman marine). I had a few concerns with the boat I was purchasing and reached out to the GM Eugene Kirk who was very polite and professional as he helped me through my questions and concerns as well as got back to me promptly. With all the IAN created difficulties that says a lot about him and his place of business.

Orion did a great job educating us on the purchase of our boat. He was friendly, honest and patient. Mark was great during the sea trial and that sealed the deal. We were very happy with our overall experience at Ingman!

Ingman Marine has been awesome for me to work with for so many reasons:We bought the new pontoon boat from them in 2014 my husband liked them (and he was a difficult man to please sometimes), and they serviced it before, during and after the 20 hour service. They were there when we needed suggestions for things to clean and use for the boat in the parts department (Judy was very helpful!), and then also especially for service with both Mike and Lane. And then Captain Mark who delivered the boat back to me.I was so nervous about working with them after my husband died, and they made it so easy and they were beyond kind felt like they were a family. They also went above and beyond in the service department, and if my boat doesn t sell at my house, to someone I know and I feel like they will be able to love and cherish it as much as we did, I will take it back to Ingman and have them sell it for me at their used sales boat lot. I thank God every day for working in and for me to help me be the person He created me to be. I felt that many of their employees portrayed the love of Christ in their work! Kudos to Gary for having and hiring the best at this rather large boat sales place. Rare indeed but so needed in our world today! Thank you!

Desperately needed a part to finish an electrical installation on my boat. As a last resort went to the parts department at Ingman. A young man and lady found it in a mechanic's tool box. There was no charge. Did I mention this part is not carried by any auto store, Ace hardware or electrical store. I checked. I have bought 2 boats from Ingman and they sold 1 for me, always quality and professionalism.

It was a pleasurable experience to do business with Ingman Marine, Port Charlotte, Florida. We recently purchased a new boat from them and the complete transaction was fair, honest and handled in a very professional manner. Our overall sales process was managed by Scott Ritter who proved to be a valuable asset. He was very knowledgeable about the product , followed-up with answers to our questions in a very timely manner and handled all aspects of the sale with integrity. We always felt that we could trust his guidance throughout our purchase and delivery process.In addition to the sales function, we were very pleased with the support received by Captain JR and Captain Fred. Captain Fred delivered our new boat and gave us an informative and comprehensive lesson on all aspects of our boat including electronics and the required operating procedures to insure long-term product performance. Captain JR was excellent in the pick-up of our previous boat. He handled the loading and securing of the boat in a very experienced, professional and safe manner.We also had some upgrades and services performed on our boat by the Service Staff represented by Dalton and Lane. The work was of very high quality, fairly priced, timely and more than met our expectations.Thanks again to the complete Port Charlotte Ingman Family. Definitely recommend doing business anywhere else but here. Chris Parro was disrespectful to our property. Locked our boat in the back for over a week when it was supposed to be on consignment tried to find out why it was not out front and got no response. When we told him we would not buy the new boat without him selling ours he became rude and disrespectful & made us come pick up our boat cause he could not sell it then left it on the side of the road in a lake. I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere and saving your time and money. Waste of time! Plenty of boat dealers that would treat people and their property with respect.

My husband Tony recently purchased a 24 Pathfinder from Ingman Marine. After researching boats for over 2 years, he knew the boat and the dealer he wanted to purchase it from. As expected, he is very happy with both the boat and the experience he had with Ingman. He highly recommends both.Tony: Orion, my salesman was the one who really sealed the deal. He helped me outfit the boat with everything I needed and advised me regarding things that were not necessary. The price he gave me was extremely fair. To anyone who wants to put a real fishing boat together but doesn t know how to go about it, I absolutely believe Orion is your guy.

Excellent customer service!!! Our salesman, Larry Storm, was great to work with, very courteous and professional. He was very responsive to all of our requests. He worked with us through the entire process to ensure we were informed and received exactly what we wanted. The additional services by electronics, canvas, ceramic coating, and delivery were superb. Everyone took exceptional care to ensure everything was perfect for us. The delivery was excellent with consideration of our availability and desire for extra time and instruction. The overall experience with Ingman Marine has been 5 star all the way!

The Sales Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased a 22 ft Bennington Pontoon set up for fishing. They added a 23 gallon live well, power pole, and trolling motor. A great fish and swim platform. We were ready to buy and told we had to drive to boat first to ensure satisfaction. From Fred on the Sea Trial to JR the Product Delivery guy. They were great. Showed us all the ins and outs of the boat. As novice boaters this was extremely helpful. We would highly recommend Ingman Marine to anyone.

My husband and I had been searching for the right boat since my husband retired. We went to several dealers in SWFL and found Ingman Marine. It was straight forward. Orion, the sales manager was very attentive. This is our first boat. J.R the delivery specialist was awesome!! He took us out for about an hour and explained how to operate the boat in detail. There were a few minor interior issues with cleanliness... which was probably from the boat being stored outside during inclement weather. Orion said he would take care of it during our first scheduled maintenance. Overall, our experience was great! I would highly recommend purchasing a boat from here
