Service here is always great! Fast, affordable, and reliable! My service advisor is Jared, and he s very knowledgeable and very honest.All the service advisors here seem to have great relationships with their customers, I ve yet to see someone leave here unhappy. I d highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here!

Purchased a new Nissan Murano from a dealer up north.Wanted to get the tires rotated.Called Harbor Nissan on two weeks ago.Was ignored when trying to setup an appointment by both a service representative and their online associate. Still waiting for a call back.

Best honest service for Nissan in the SWFL area bar none.... They have gone out of their way to provide the needed parts when another local dealer has had the part ordered since Feb. 2022 . Dealership does not have that Miami feel to it, when you meet their people......

If you want a oil change and tire rotation only then that's what you get. Nothing else just change oil filter and oil and check tire pressure and move totes front to back and they keep them on the same side. That's all you get for the basic oil change. The wait is 1 1/2 to 2 hrs for this service.

The employees very professio al the 2 guys were great and the service was extremely efficient. I wouldn't take my Nissan anywhere else They answer all my questions and the service was very fast. Thank u Patti Pezet
