The best car buying experience I have had yet, and I've done this a few times. My sales person was Travis. He was great and very easy to deal with and let us go at our own pace and worked a great deal for us. The finance manager was very personable as well. We did not feel rushed, pushed, or anything. The super high addendum pricing and dealer fees that most other dealers push was not found here and that was so much appreciated. In love with our new Pathfinder.

Our experience with Harbor Nissan was excellent. Chris Noel was very prompt, personal and really tries to work with the customer. I would give Chris 5 We spoke with several other dealers and we felt Chris was the best. We would recommend Chris to anyone and will use him in the future.

We bought our certified Frontier from Harbor Nissan. This is my third Frontier and our fourth Nissan. We bought the last 3 from Harbor Nissan and have already enjoyed nearly 600k trouble free miles from our past Nissans. Jennifer Brown was very helpful and informative while we shopped for our newest truck. I reached out to her with a small issue I noticed after driving our truck home and she didn't hesitate to arrange for the Service department to reach out to me. Matt Cline assured me they were going to stand behind their product and the service after the sale was extremely thorough. I can't thank Jennifer and Matt enough for making it right and treating me like a guest the whole time. Well done guys!

The best buying experience I have had with a vehicle. Straight forward. Honest. No pressure selling. Very quick and efficient. We bought our Murano in for a service and drove away with a brand new Murano off the show room floor in the time it takes to get an oil change. I would highly recommend our salesperson Mark and all the team at Harbor Nissan.

Couldn t have asked for a better experience! We went to Harbor Nissan to purchase a used car for our sons. Not only did Michael Longo work with us to get exactly what we wanted, he even drive the car and parked it outside with a huge red bow for us on Christmas Eve! Thank you Mike for taking time out of your holiday to make our sons Christmas wish come true! They were beyond excited!

I saw a truck for sale at a price that was right for my husband and I. Tom Deveney the salesman and Mahir the finance associate made the deal happen. They were honest and upfront about everything. They were friendly and not pushy. My husband and I are now proud owners of a vehicle that we thought was unattainable. I highly recommend this vehicle.

Genia Solis - Our Salesman Chris was the best!!! He was friendly, never pushy. Frankly we came to only look at the Armada and never intended to purchase. We had an appointment at Nissan in Tampa for next Saturday to purchase an Amanda Platinum, which is what we wanted.Chris was great at negotiating and we purchased on the spot. Chris made sure the car was detailed to perfection. And went over all the bells and whistles on the Armada when we returned to pick up the vehicle.I have never had such great care and patience when purchasing a vehicle. I will be calling Chris for my next vehicle purchase in the future, and recommending him to my friends and family.PS . We spent 3 hours last weekend at Sutherland Nissan in Cape Coral and left without a vehicle do to not willing to negotiate.

I drove to Harbor Nissan from almost 2 hours away because they had the exact car model with options I desired. I must admit that I fully expected for the car to be gone by the time I got there. Pleasantly surprised to find it cleaned and prepped and as per my research at a great price. Entire process was seamless and efficient. Start to finish was 2 hours and drove her home. Best car buying experience ever and I m 64. Thanks Harbor Nissan for being straight up with me. Ask for Isabella.

Eric was very helpful and NOT pushy. We both liked and appreciated that very much. Eric was knowledgeable about the features of the the Pathfinder and was easy to work with. We also appreciated the speed at which things happened. We were not at the dealership all day, which also was a plus for us. I do wish though someone at the dealership would have walked us through the apps to download on our phones and the location of setting up payments. That would have been helpful to me.Thank you again! We love our new Pathfinder!

I was waiting for my Nissan Rogue to have an oil change, so I walked over to sales as our lease is ending in June for information and options for when we have to make a decision for a new car. The associate that helped me along with a coworker, were extremely informative, professional, and friendly. I literally have ALL of the information needed for my decision for the next automobile. This team at Harbor Nissan work so well together, that everyone should be dealing with them for new cars/Suv s AND service!

Took care of out of state licensing and helped compare warranty rates with other providers to give us information for a good decision. Went the extra mile to help us get the car computer matched to our phones for hands free driving. Showed us the computer assisted safe driving features. Helped us get our online insurance to add the new car. Had a good price to start with without haggling. Had the car fax to give us.

So incredibly happy with this dealership - especially Joe! I came in knowing what I wanted, and with a budget, and they worked with me to make it happen. I recently purchased a vehicle through Harbor Nissan on 12/19/2023, it was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had expressed interest on a vehicle online, they reached out via text which was my preferred method of contact. Through text, I was able to arrange a financing application which was easily approved for if/when I decided to move forward with a purchase. I arranged an appointment for the next day to go in, test drive and inspect the vehicle, and when I arrived, they had the vehicle right out front, sales person was waiting for me upon arrival. After my test drive and inspection, I agreed to the purchase. The entire process was incredibly smooth, and was not a drawn out process. I was in and out in less than two hours. I would highly recommend Harbor Nissan, and they have definitely earned my business in the future.

I had the most AMAZING experience with Garen. He was very patient and was ready to work with me as far as negotiating. He knew exactly what I wanted and needed and provided exceptional service. My car was dropped off on Wednesday evening. On Thursday Jacob called me and told me the list of repairs that were recommended. I let him know it was a fleet car and he would have to get approval through the fleet company. Jacob called me back and told me what was approved and that a new headlight was approved but it would have to be ordered. It would be in on Saturday and he could have it installed and I could pick up my car on Saturday. I didn't hear back from Jacob so I called around noon to make sure my car would be ready since I had arranged for transportation at 3:00. Jacob said other customers had come in that day and they were taking care of them so there wasn't time to repair my car that had been there for 3 days??? I let Jacob know that I would be there at 3 :00 and I would like to have my car ready. I gave him an extra hour and arrived at almost 4:00. He went and got my car and pulled it around. How disappointing to find out the repairs were not completed. Jacob said do you want the headlight. I responded with no I will go to a service center that can take care of me. He said if I wanted to talk to the manager he would be in on Monday. To have such inflated prices like $962 for a headlight and receive such poor service is just disappointing.

Needed an oil change and had some damage to the bottom of the car from driving in the rain. Made an appointment, came in and was out in a little while.No matter what kind of issue or standard maintenance, Harbor Nissan's service is second to none and if they didn't have such great service, I wouldn't go back to them. They understand what it means to take care of the people that bought from them and those that did not!GREAT SERVICE!!

When I first started looking at the truck I wanted, I was thinking there was no way I could get that, but Thomas made it happen! Worked a deal I could NOT refuse! He was very tentative to me and my situation and I could not thank him more for all he did for me in putting me in my new truck. I m incredibly thankful and loved my experience there. Everyone was polite and respectful. I would absolutely recommend everyone to Harbor Nissan and send them right to Thomas.

I have to say that in response to this review, we received a call from Harbor Nissan trying to make it right. They did. I've loved all my Nissans and referred friends to them. Thank you Harbor Nissan.Surprise! We now have to pay for tire rotation when getting an oil change. We've been customers of Harbor Nissan since 2009, purchased our third new Nissan in 2020. Oil changes werefree if you had the Nissan sticker on your back window, included a free car wash. You now tack on the 3% credit card fee which should be posted or the customer should be made aware of prior to service. Nissan...taking away services, one at a time. I doubt very much my next car will be a Nissan. No loyalty to long time customers.

I went in for an oil change. Was quite surprised at the increase in cost. I ended up not having the tires rotated because of it. Asked to chase them check the belts because they were squealing and they didn t do that. Also, big greasy full hand prints all over drivers side door area. I have always had my service and repairs done since I bought the truck there in 2017. But may think twice next time.
