The new owner Bobbi is NOT an honest business owner!! She is not honoring warranties of transactions prior to purchasing the business. She is unwilling to go through records to find information needed for my convertible top warranty. She is not willing to contact the previous owner for help. Stay away from this business!!! Everything will be fine until you need help. NOT a good business model.

When I decided I needed to repair my headliner and visors, I researched a number of upholstery companies. West Coast Auto Trim came in at the top of the competition. Take a look at what my headliner looked like, Before I brought it to them to look it over.After Debbie and her team finished removing and replacing the headliner and visors, this is what it looks like now.In conclusion, I am highly recommending Gold Coast Auto Trim for the highest quality materials and workmanship and at a reasonable price. Let me add that they delivered it to me on the date they said it would be done.Thank you Gold Coast Auto Trim.

Needed my headliner fixed in my Dodge Grand Caravan. Thomas did excellent work and went above and beyond. Very reasonable price for the job..labor intensive. Very pleased with the work and habe already recommended to others.

Do not do business with this company. They sell crap for products..., When you have a issue with craftsmenship, they don't call you back to make it right.... I had three tops put on my car because each one kept failing, the window is ready to fall out of the third top now. CRAPPY Business and the old owner Ray is a joke. I work hard for my money and feel I was rapped by this place... No wonder they don't belong to Better Business. If you have upholstery needs PLEASE go see Nicks instead.

We will see them in court, 650 for a headliner, everything worked when I went in. Got it back with no lift gate and not a word about it.. when I asked about it not working, oh that's the way it was.. so payed 750 for the mercedes dealer to fix it and they said "documented" the headliner person messed up the sunroof motor relay as well, and it would have to be removed to repair.. stonewalled again! See you in court thief!

Wasn't satisfied with the work and the owner argued with me and my wife. Very unprofessional. I would NOT recommend and will never do business there again.

It would help if when you call the number listed, you don't get a freaking fax machine answering the call.Waste of time.
