Terrible experience. I ve been waiting for my windshield for 5 weeks. They kept telling me that the windshield was on back order when in reality there were plenty in stock. I had to do their job and find the glass myself. They don t return emails or phone calls. Would definitely not use them ever again.

Guys showed up early and did a very professional job. They were in and out and cleaned up after themselves. They let my son and I watch as they put in the new window. They were very careful with my sunpass and very nice. A++ Thanks!

I am the office manager at a local auto repair shop in town & I see Sonny(Sales Rep)regularly. He is always friendly & knowledgeable,(he brings us cookies too!) & we have used this company in the past for our customers. I actually needed them for my own, personal vehicle, this past week & the process was so smooth. I called Sonny up & asked how I should go about taking care of my windshield & he helped me out. Got an appointment scheduled for a technician to come out & fix a chip. In the process of repairing it, he saw a crack in an area that couldn't be repaired, I needed a new windshield otherwise the crack would keep spreading. One of the girls from the Fort Myers shop called me & we went over what was needed & to order my windshield. It arrived the next day & I was scheduled for that Wednesday & was able to go in & drop off my car the night before my appointment. They had it for half of the day & called me promptly when it was finished & ready to be picked up. Outside of using them personally, they're a great company to work with, when it comes to your own personal vehicle, they're a great company to work with as well. I highly recommend them. When you call your insurance & they send you to the 3rd party, make sure you ask to have Auto Glass Warehouse replace your windshield.(THANKS SONNY!)

Replaced the windshield in my Corvette, only waited a day from order to confirm overnight shipment of parts to their shop and schedule a visit to my driveway for replacement. Tech was very experienced and careful, doing a great job. Before they left, he wanted to see me put the top up and verify that I was happy. I'll definitely make Auto Glass Warehouse my goto shop for repairs and replacement of the glass in my vehicles.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Talk about superb customer service. Every company should be like this. From start to finish it was great. I dealt with Robin on the phone to schedule my windshield replacement. She was very polite and personable . I called and spoke with her on a Wednesday and they scheduled my installation the next day. Cody was my installer and he was very prompt, he was here when he said he would be and started right away to change the windshield. He was also very nice and didn't mind questions, or being spoken to while he was working. And before you knew it BAM! a brand new windshield was in the vehicle. And everything was clean and neat, it was like they were never here. If I ever need a windshield again this would be who I would call. And I will be recommending them on websites like Nextdoor when someone needs to have a windshield repaired or replaced.

Was dealing with another company who was suggested by my insurance company. They kept putting me off. I contacted Auto Glass Warehouse and they had the O.E.M. windshield installed in my driveway in two days. I would highly recommend them. Nancy in the office was fantastic, dealing with my insurance company, and the installer had 34 years experience. His professionalism made me believe he was the owner of the company. I would never go anywhere else, if I ever have the need again...

Had a small problem with windshield recever box coming unglued called a few windshield company's would not help me unless i need a new glass auto glass warehouse came right out fixed problem people who care about customers and take pride in their work and company .
