Honest, helpful dealer. We purchased a travel trailer here. The salesman spent a lot of time with us viewing a ton of different units. Then we finalized the prices over email (including a trade in), and when I arrived the new unit was ready, the price we negotiated was met, and the purchase was very easy! Very honest dealer, and their service team has been great!

We bought a 2022 Cedar Creek cottage new towards the end of season. Our salesman seemed like a good guy, I told him our heartland road warrior had a 3 year shell warranty, he assured me this one did too, appliances were 1 year, he knew we were just storing it the off season, we stayed in last season for the first time, there were some minor things that needed fixed, they fixed some but not others, we noticed last year that there was a soft spot near sliding glass door, their tech said "feels like something broken" and would report it. Year later we find out out the floor is completely water damaged and it only has 1 year warranty. I called Forest River, 2 different warranty employees told me Gerzenys never reported any of the issues with drawer slides or the the soft area in floor. Now, it looks like we are stuck with a 6500.00 floor replacement. Funny, we bought from Gerzenys because they said they were nothing like Camping World, turns out they were right. Gerzenys is way worse, no communication, don't report problems to manufacturer. If tech would've checked the first time, they would've known sliding glass door would leak when awning in, we didn't notice because we aren't here when awning closed

Bob Barker is running a smooth operation. His team is professional and friendly. Jeff the sales specialist, Eric the technician and Paul at documentation are all eager to help. I bought the LTV Unity CB a while ago, Bob and his team made the final delivery process stressless, and prepared the coach in such great detail that proved it was worth the waiting. When people saw the coach parked in front of my club house and asked questions, I told them it was delivered by Gerzeny's RV World, a company and people that are trustworthy.

I can't say enough good things about the folks at Gerzeny's RV World in Fort Myers. I went in to look at the NuCamp Tag XL Boondock and with the efficient help of sales associate John Fahey I found exactly what I wanted. John made the process so smooth and easy with his friendly and knowledgeable manner. He addressed all my questions and made wonderful suggestions that helped immensely in my decision-making process. I learned so much from him. Once we agreed on my NuCamp configuration, Sales Manager Christian Bustamante expedited the purchase process and the trading in of my old Little Guy Five Wide camper. He was very generous in his trade-in allowance for which I was immensely grateful. Working with me on the financials Paul Graef was extremely efficient in making things happen seamlessly and swiftly. He had all the paperwork taken care of and I did not have to worry about anything except signing the papers. I have to give a big shout-out to Tim Popp and his Service team (especially Patrick!) who got my camper all set up for me, walked me through every detail and made excellent recommendations about my battery setup. The work they did will greatly enhance my boondocking experience. Having this kind of exceptional experience at a dealership came as a pleasant surprise to me. I can't recommend this dealership highly enough. I feel like I have a strong partner going forward in my RVing. Thanks again to a wonderful team for an outstanding experience.

We recently purchased a new Passport 2400 RB from Gerzeny's. Our experience working with Paul and Bob was a smooth and well organized event! We appreciated the professionalism, interest and follow-through. Nick answered all of our concerns and requests. We were in good hands with Nick and Eric making our transition from one trailer to the next a pleasant experience! Any minor concerns were immediately addressed We are very pleased with the service and quality that we found at Gerzenys!! Tammy in the office can answer any questions! Purchased our FIRST RV (travel trailer), a 2021.5 Forest River r-pod 190 from Gerzeny's of Fort Myers.GREAT: Paul Graef in Finance was TERRIFIC at explaining everything (paperwork on our financing, registration, roadside assistance, extended warranty, etc.), He was enthusiastic about his job and genuinely excited about us starting our new adventures in our camper. He patiently answered all questions we had and shared lots of tips and insights from his many years in the business.GOOD: Our salesman, Doyle Howard, was helpful throughout the process. He did everything necessary to help us acquire the exact model we wanted. Rich Davis in Service did our walk-through and we understand it was his FIRST time doing one. He did a great job for his first time! There were a few minor things he missed, like making sure our Emergency Brake Disconnect Wire was connected before we rolled out, but there were even more things he went above and beyond to tell us/show us. One example was how he quickly installed a few "extras", like screw-on levels, that came with our camper that he knew we would want, but technically could have been done by us later.COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER: Being new to the RV lifestyle, we had a lot of questions and have a lot to learn. When we asked our salesman for "tips", we were given a few links to some very basic information. We found LOTS of much better resources on our own, since then. As a company, I just feel Gerzeny s should have a better list of resources to share at first contact. Jeff Thurmond in Parts assisted us with adding on a MaxxAir Roof Vent and several Ventmate Insect Screens. There is a fine line between high-pressure sales and genuinely trying to educate and recommend products to new owners. I think a better job could have been done showing us some of the add-ons, upgrades, etc. that would make our camper ownership more enjoyable. There were a considerable number of items we ended up purchasing within the first few days of ownership. Many of those were seen in the parts department, but because we didn't fully understand what we were looking at... we ended up getting them elsewhere. These were missed sales opportunities for Gerzeny's.BAD: As I write this, we have had the camper for a week and a half and haven't heard a peep from anyone from Gerzeny's. I was shocked when we hadn t heard from anyone the day after we picked our unit up and that has only grown with each passing day! Good customer service should include a follow up the next day and then maybe after a week or even a month later. Yes, you might hear about some things you have to fix, but it also might be a wonderful opportunity to realize some additional revenue from the sale of add-ons, extras, and upgrades.GENERAL ADVICE: I hesitate to include this here, as this is a review for Gerzeny's RV World and not a "Tips & Tricks" article, but I am including it for one reason. So... the biggest tip is to TAKE YOUR TIME on the walk-through. We didn't feel rushed, but there was simply SO much to take in and try to remember that we forgot to ask a lot of questions we had going in. The reason I do include this in the review is because there is a checklist that the person doing your walk-through has you sign and gives you a copy of... at the end. It would have been nice to have had that when we started to make sure we had gone over EVERYTHING. We were so focused on learning the major systems that we forgot to look over some basic things. When we got to our first campsite, we opened the blinds and found some minor damage to one of the windows. Something we really should have checked during the walk-through and I'm not sure how much of a pain it will be to fix now. Again... take your time during the walk-through and ask for the checklist before you start!Overall, we had a GOOD experience with Gerzeny's RV World and would certainly consider them again for our future needs. There are, however, several things they could do to easily provide better customer service.

We had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very helpful and friendly through all our questions. Special shout out to Tom Giddings, our salesman. Even though I questioned much, he kept us smiling anf laughing. Nick, the technician, during the walk through and pre-delivery inspection, was very thorough and patient. Overall a very smooth process.

I m sharing this review for my mother who asked me to do this. She says they are the best. She called to ask if they could tell her of some idea why the slider or shade I m not sure which would not open if there was something she could try. The gentleman that she spoke to put her on hold and went out and asked the mechanics who said it sounds like the battery. She thought that was so nice of them to go out of their way to answer her question. They also helped her another time by doing a quick charge on her battery again taking the time out of their day to help her out with no charge. She has had them work on her motor home other times and just thinks they go above and beyond any of the other places she used to deal with. So I thank you as well for taking care of my mother.

I placed my Forest River NoBo on consignment at Gerzenyz Fort Myers and was most disappointed with their handling of my rig. During the roughly 6 months that they had it (and did not sell it) they damaged the slide, moved it to Port Charlotte without telling us, left the switch panel with wires hanging out where supposedly a customer and not their service department removed the porch light switch, and were unwilling to take responsibility for the damages they caused. Note that their own sales photos show non of this damage existed when they took possession of the unit. Most distressing was the managers defensive posture. He did agree to replace the missing switch but when they did, they installed the wrong switch. I would suggest you be wary of this specific dealerships handling of your rig if you place anything on consignment. Over the years I have purchased three travel trailers from Gerzenys and so new unit purchasing was never an issue.Update: Since my initial google review, Gerzenys in fact reached out, ordered and shipped me the correct switch. (which I easily installed in just a few minutes) . Their general manager (Bob Barker) later called to confirm I had received the switch.I am thankful to the google review process for facilitating this service recovery initiative as Forest River would not sell me the switch directly but instead requires it be handled by a dealer anyway.

We were very impressed with my first dealings that included Christopher, as our sales person.We knew exactly what we wanted, 2021 Thor 35bh coach.Within just a few strokes of his keyboard he located the coach on their lot in Bradenton.He arranged for the coach to be delivered to our location in Port Charlotte. It was exactly what we wanted. We mutually agreed on a price and the wheels started turning.We were introduced to Bob, the sales manager who expertly collected all our information and turned the paperwork over to Paul their finance manager.We had already arranged our financing with our banking partner of 40 years and told him so. We weren t interested in discussing any of their offered financing.Paul was very diplomatically persistent and said he could do much better with in-house financing than my lender. He was right!He put us with US Bank that had better terms and a full percentage point less than my bank.Paul also discovered that since our used coach only had 5100 actual miles, it was eligible for a full five year warranty. He promptlyArranged for the wonderful warranty.Can it get any better?Paul then turned me over to Jay, the parts manager, who arranged for a 10% parts discount on items for the coach.He also arranged for parts to convert my 2015 Ford Edge to be flat towed behind our coach.Jay then directed me to Carlos, a service writer, who arranged for our coach and car to be worked on.This whole process only took about 4 days.WOW!Because of these excellent services by all the folks, my wife and I bought the entire staff pizzas to recognize their excellent contributions to a seamless process.

I've purchased two travel trailers from Gerzeny's RV World. Both times I've worked with salesperson Jerry W. Jerry listened carefully to our family's needs both the first and second time. He never pushed to upsell something we didn't want. Jerry is knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and follows through with phone calls from sale, delivery, and after delivery asking any questions or concerns. A+ Service. I've also delt with Mr Matthew Gerzeny the owner. His communication, listening, and concern shows he cares about his customers. A+ for the owner also. Mr Gerzeny if you're reading this give Jerry is a raise because he's an asset to your company. Thanks again.

Great dealership! Our sales experience was seamless; we conducted our deal over the internet and phone calls due to being out of state. Salesman Tom and Finance Guy Paul, did an outstanding job working with us. we flew down to Florida, and from the moment we walked into the dealership everyone was friendly and welcoming. Kevin the Technician, took his time to make sure we understood the operation of our new motorhome. Even the Parts Department was very helpful. Thank you to the whole staff in Ft. Meyers.

We are NEWBIES to camping!!! Our first camper purchase has been a resounding success thanks to Gerzeny's RV World. Unlike their competitors, when we stopped in to browse, they listened to what we wanted and did not try to upsell us to something bigger and more expensive. They are genuinely interested in their customer's satisfaction and go the extra mile to make sure you have knowledge and confidence with your camper. Also, during our several visits there, we have observed how they treat other customers and you cannot tell what size/price RV others own by how they are treated. Everyone is treated warmly, whether you are there to make a purchase, for service, or just have a question.

The Wife and I are currently on our maiden journey in our 2018 Forest River Sunseeker RV. Prior to leaving Cleveland, we had a Dish Satellite Receiver installed by the purchasing dealership.It turns out, the workmanship of the install was shoddy at best. We had a massive water leak.I would like to thank General Manager, Bryan Sanshuck, and his wonderful staff for getting us back on the road.The success of any organization, begins with the first face you see, the receptionist. Their receptionist, Heather, is second to none in putting the customer at ease during any stressful situation.While Sales may sell you the first product, exemplary service will sell you the the second. Much thanks to Service Advisor, Richard Herrera, and his team of RV Technicians for coordinating between the selling dealership and Gerzeny for getting us back on the road in a very timely fashion.If you're thinking of buying an RV, and you're in the Fort Myers area. I highly recommend you give Gerzeny's RV World a try. You won't be disappointed!!

My husband and I have been looking for an RV for 2 years that met our specific needs. We travelled 3 hours to buy an RV from this dealership and we are glad we did. From the receptionist to our sales associate Brad Smith, Paul in finance, the service and parts department and Ray who did our final walk through, we felt welcome special and appreciated. The whole process was seamless and easy. We feel like we bought from a family rather than a dealership. Even other sales associates helped us with any questions we had and made us feel like we were important. No other dealership we visited in the past can compare in hospitality. Bought a class c from gerzenys. The radio/GPS never worked so they agreed to install a new one for free. It took months for it to happen. After it did, our leveling system stopped working. A non-dealer mechanic told us it was related to the install of the radio. Gerzenys agreed to look at it, but claimed it was unrelated to the radio install after they took a look. When we went to pick up the rig (we refused to pay to have them fix something they broke), the radio was no longer working and our jack system wasn't working at all (previously had worked intermittently). We're going to have to put hundreds of dollars of work into fixing everything they broke. Do NOT buy from this business and 100% do NOT ever go to them for work

Well found it on line looking for a good deal and found it at Gerzeny s RV world they were very helpful and they have good technical skills and the one that helped with a couple of small things was Patrick the trailer was a 2021 passport 268 Bh it was a leftover and I got a good deal keystone is a good RV and we like it towed nice behind my Z71 Silverado 5.3. Brought my passport to Gerzeny s s for some service work and Tim set me up with a date and got me in and Eric and team found the problem and got it fix on the same day and got us camping, if your looking for a good,friendly place to buy a RV you can t go wrong with these guys thanks again Tim and Eric, Kevin and Patric.

Awesome experience! Jay has patiently assisted with my search for over a year! (My RV purchase was more for work needs than traveling the countryside.) He answered questions and was not pushy . He was very helpful with the final decision making. The rest of the team was exceptional and made the purchase process move quickly.

The salesman (Tom) was amazing and helped us find the perfect camping trailer. Our Technician (Ray) was extremely patient and helpful. They both helped make our experience enjoyable and hassle free. Management was accommodating and we have no complaints. We highly recommend Gerzeny s to any new families that are interested in getting into the RV/Trailer market! Thank you again! I am very happy with the service obtain from everyone. starting with the sales person Mr. Dewey La Forge he was very patient explained everything about the Cedar Creek Cottage 2020.allow me to walk inside the RV twice so I could see all the nice features it has. I will strongly recommend him.in regards to the financial person Mr. Paul Graef ( Financial Manager ) he was very nice and professional, he certainly got me the best deal. I did called him a few times and I got a prompt response from him I also called service department asking for some installation guidance. they return my call wright away.in overall all their staff is very nice and professional.

Very friendly staff who answered all our Novice questions on ownership of an RV. I ll start with the building environment which is is clean and welcoming.Secondly, as first time purchasers of an RV we were struck on how accommodating with no pressure to buy from our Sales Representative, Ray. He went out of his way on a minor issue with the RV and resolved the problem in a heart beat. We won t forget Paul, who explained all the financials and and reassured that we were making a great decision. The rest of the staff made a concerted effort to introduce themselves and made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend Gerzeny s RV World in Ft. Myers, Florida.

Excellent experience from start to finish. As first timers we had a lot of questions and so much to learn. Gerzeny s was our first stop on our camper journey and our salesman, Brad, was insightful and very patient. We shopped around a bit more and circled back with Brad after discussing all of our options. Paul handled our financing flawlessly. Our technician, Keith, had everything ready on arrival and was very knowledgeable and patient throughout our walk-through experience. Enrique in Parts/Accessories made sure we had exactly what we needed to ensure our family s safety and fun.

My wife and I can't say enough about the wonderful service we received while purchasing our first travel trailer. Robert Lambert, our Sales Associate, was personable, informative and very patient, making the purchasing process easy and enjoyable. His service and professionalism was beyond reproach. Elijah was our maintenance technician and conducted our final walk-through on our new Flagstaff 25FKS. He was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all our "newbie" questions that I'm sure he's heard a thousand times before. But he answered them with a smile on his face and took his time to make sure we were comfortable before taking delivery. It's worth noting that all the staff that we had interactions with were professional and courteous 100% of the time, making us feel right at home. Nikki with Finance, Enrique with Parts and Anthony the Sales manager made sure we left happy, safe and ready to enjoy our new camper. Thank you to everyone at Gerzeny's RV World for such a great experience.
