Brought my truck in a couple times. Once for new wheels and tires I brought in to get mounted and balanced. Was recommended alignment too so had it done. Truck rides great. Second time just an oil change. Was recommended fuel injectors soon but could wait until next time. I appreciate not being pushed into having extra work done like other shops do. That's why I'll keep bringing my truck to you guys. Thanks to Chris and the crew..

Got a mount, balance ,and alignment. When I got the car back all of my wheels are scratched where they took the old weights off, as if they did it with a screwdriver, deep groves. Also, my cel was not on when I gave them the car, I went to work for the day and came back to my car having the cel on. On an Audi rs7 the cel could be a huge thing, getting it looked at today. Finally, my appointment was for 8:30 AM and they did not have the car ready until almost 4pm. My mechanic has had several issues with people going here and then telling him the horror sotries. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Been there 2x for oil change. BOTH times waited 45 minutes to check out once vehicle ready. Both times very rude check out. Second time while waiting 45 minutes to check out, 3 employees in back room on break. I have been going to Firestone for 30 years (in other states too) -- never seen such unprofessionalism.

I believe we were taken care of by Chris. He was great on phone, made an impromptu appointment for my granddaughter to have her oil changed, at last minute. Took care of everything so we could squeeze in a little shopping next door. Made getting an oil change easier than I ever remember it. TY Carol McDonald

I had a great experience at my local Firestone. My battery died at the Advanced Auto that was pretty close to the Firestone. Due to the battery being in a complicated position, they would not change it there. Thankfully I was able to get my work van to Firestone and they were able to change the battery and fix a few other things they found the same day! I am very thankful! Plus the staff there is very nice!

Purchase brand new tires from grease monkey. Had to go over there 3 times with an issue on my passenger side tire. Kept getting the run around from them. Brought it over to scott. Not only was he able to fix the issue right away, but wasn't no $300 part plus labor that grease monkey was going to charge me and have to wait for the part to be ordered. Instead dropped it off, went to the gym and an hr later was fixed and only $37. Thank you, will always be coming back!!

I will never go back here ever again. Rude staff. Disgusting how they talk to people. I suggest staying far away from here. I do not recommend to anyone!!!!!!!!Upon reading other reviews it looks like whoever works the reception area is known to belittle and yell at paying customers. He should be fired. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The managers and staff do an outstanding job with my personal and business vehicles. They are thorough and professional.I have bought them breakfast and lunch on numerous occasions to let them know how happy we are with them. I suggest that if you are happy with people that take care of you, that you show them appreciation because times are very hard and everyone needs to feel appreciated.

Chris, Scott and Dan in the front office are welcoming and knowledgeable, the prices seem fair and you can get in with an appointment fairly quickly. The mechanics are awesome and always do a fantastic job!

2 situations lead to this one star reviewSituation#1I brought my companies company vehicle into this shop. They told us we needed spark plugs in which my company paid 800 dollars for, but as I was driving the vehicle home I noticed it was still running the exact same way, we took it back and they brushed us off, we later took it to the dealership and replaced a sensor and now the vehicle runs as it should,Situation #2We took my wife s car in because it was making a scraping sound, they inspected the vehicle and told us that nothing was wrong with it, and that the rotors were just glazed over and gave it back, as the sound got progressively worse we asked for a second opinion which we ground that the brakes weren t ok, and that now the calipers were damaged as well, my wife called to speak to a manager who s name was Chris, he told my wife that Mercedes brakes just wear out quick, when she called him out he cussed and yelled at her, conversations are recorded too by the way, the car is inoperable now be careful with this place.

Chris and Scott are awesome. Very helpful with all my needs. Takes the time to go over everything and answers all my questions. They actually care about their customers need and make sure they are taking care of. I do not trust anyone else with my vehicles. Wish I can give 10 stars!

My visit was very positive, I was checked in promptly and my tire was found to have a nail in it. Repaired quickly and on my way in less than 20 minutes. Thank you!!!

As a female walking into an auto place easy to be taken advantage of or made to feel dumb Chris was amazing he wasnt pushy at all with unnessasary work. I needed a new battery and I knew my tires needed changing he helped me get too a cost I was happy with and now a happy customer will certainly be back with all my family s vehicles and already recommended to friends and neighbors

I had problems at Toyota in Punta Gorda Fl. I went to Firestone . WOW I took my estimate from Toyota and Chris looked at the estimate and looked at wgg he at he could do the same day great great prices on coolant flush and 4new tires. If anyone needs auto work call Firestone on Cochran in Port Charlotte, ask for Chris . I lived here in Port Charlotte since 2001 and Chis treated my as if I was family!!!?

I was in and out, but my sensors didn't work to my tire pressure when it came out. The guys said that I would have to change batteries? It was fine before we got there.

My dad just paid $2,000 for basically a new a/c and it barely cooled on the 25 minute ride home. It was barely cooling on full blast. I am hoping they will do what it takes to fix it. But the initial results are truly disappointing. I will post again, after we take the car back. Hopefully they won't steal 2 grand from my dad.Edit - I'm so sorry Firestone, I forgot to update this review! You guys took care of it and didn't charge an extra penny. I'm so sorry I forgot to post that here I know it matters. Thank you!!!

Took the car in for a leaky tire. The sidewall was punctured so we had to buy a new tire. Also bought a second new tire for the front of the car. Of course they pushed other items like wiper blades but they are way too expensive from them. Do it yourself.

Got tires quickly, had to wait since our only vehicle, took a few hours and waiting room was filled. Checking in and out was fine except minor damage to our vehicle and we were not advised however we noticed prior to leaving. Things were taken care of to our satisfaction. We understand it was not done intentionally and we would go back for additional services for our vehicle.
