This place is as fast as a snail. I just paid 1000 dollars for new tires and what do u know...72 hours later flat tire!!! Exactly the same circumstance as a family member..now I sit and wait forever.......big shop....slow motion. And let me tell you they will charge you to take air out of your tire!! Robbery!!

I went in to get my tire leak taken care of. I was told that the tried debt was too low for them to fix the leak they also said the couldn t work on it because they couldn t get the locking lug nut off. Me and my wife picked the vehicle up and then drove around town for 3 hours getting things done. I went to air the tire up before we got home so I would have to do it in the morning and noticed that all 5 of the lug nuts were missing but the lock lug was still on. I called and the manager came out and put 5 new lugs nuts on. I went a week or so later and got new tires on and had to return the next day to get the sencers reset because one of the tires was low and it was the wrong tire. I returned two days later because the tire was still leaking and now I have a crack in my rum that is causing the issue and a tie rod that is now seized up so that they can not correct the alignment that I have a lifetime warranty on. They truly do not care what risk they put us through driving for 3 hours with the lug nuts not being tightened up before we left the location. Could you imagine what could have happened is the tire had came off? Thank God it didn t but I think they would have taking more consideration in this situation then telling me that they didn t loosen anything up after they couldn t get the locking lug off which I was able to get off with no problem and replace with new ones the next day. I am truly disappointed in the service at this location and will move on to another.I was called by the location manager Garrett on Friday 1/2 wanting to make things right because of my reply to the email asking how my service was. He first wanted to take care of the crack in my rum but I had it repaired Tuesday. He wanted to know what he could do to win his business. I said you could take care of all of your recommendations ( which were tie rod seized up, fuel system cleaning/ tune up) he offered to replace the tie rod at no cost.I took the vehicle in Saturday at 10am. I thought I would get a worm welcome due to the previous issues but got nothing but we will look at it and let you know what we find. I got a call at noon with him telling me that it was seized up and they would get it taken care of. I called at 3:30 to check on it and was told about another hour and a half. A little after 4pm he called to let me know it was done. I picked it up at 4:22 and went straight to the gas station. I got out opened the fuel door and looked down to notice the center cap was missing off of the left rear. I then walked around the vehicle to see that they had broken 2 of the new locking lugs I got a few weeks earlier. I called Garrett at 4:32 and told him what I saw and he said he would call me back. He called back and said he was going next door to get the locking lugs and center cap and for me to come back and he would get it taken care of. When I got the he came out and put the center cap on and replaced the locking lugs with little to nothing to say. Not even an apology.

This is the only place I go for oil changes,tire issues, or all around diagnostic checks. Gerrit and his team always take care of us! Even on busier days, I ve seen him have great customer service through questions, phone calls, and even more customers coming in. I know that I can trust these guys with my car!

Very pleased! I called they said to come in & they took me right away. Listened to all my concerns. Very polite & professional. When I need tires I will be back to the store across the street from Peachland Publix! I felt welcomed & appreciated. Thank you!

Drove from Sarasota to aPort Charlotte for Michael Hawn to work on my SUV. Best mechanic in the house. You can count on great service and "integrity" when Mike works on your vehicle. In addition, the store and mechanic bays are clean.

Have been here twice. They assure me tire balancing will take 2 hours, which is important to me because it s my only vehicle so I have to wait. Showed up for my appt today and saw an almost empty parking lot. Ihoped that maybe this time they d actually live up to their promises. A 2 hour job ended up being a 3 1/2 hour wait. They didn t inflate my tires properly either. Last time they peeled the manufacturer s sticker with proper inflation info off my truck!! We are driving home now and the truck is shaking all over the road. Epic fail I m every way.

Refused to fix a nail in tire even though it was in a tire tread. Needed the truck so purchased a tire for $300. Service Advisor placed a $40 Road Hazard Protection fee on bill without permission. Had to drive 20 miles to have the fee removed (they wouldn't remove it without the credit card. Do not leave this store without checking your bill. Underhanded and corrupt advisors, who obviously are trained by their manager on how to refuse cheap flat fix service and tack on ridiculous fees.

Just for a front end alignment for $481.26 was for trying to get a boat loose first time they told me they could not line it up. I needed tires I put brand new tires now they say they can t get the boat loose and they could not get the boat loose before wanted to tell me and I can t line it up because it needed tires. I went right to Goodyear. and had it fixed for half of what they costed to drag it on loose in a boat for $181.26. Please do not go to Fire Stone .

Very unprofessional. Called and Made an appointment for wheel alignment quoted a price of $180 Waited about an hour. Before my car even got looked at. It was on the alignment rack for about 10 minutes before coming back to the parking lot I sat there for 20 minutes before I had to ask what's going on? He says we can't align the car because my tie rods are Seized. OK hands me the bill for $180 they charged me even though they couldn't fix the issue what a scam I had no problem paying for there time but not there full quoted price. And he couldn't take the time to quote me replacement part just to get my car right just wanted my money and be gone

This is by far the best store in Port charlotte, under the management of Javier Vazquez and his great friendly staff, I felt like I was with family. That is the best feeling in the world when you're going to spend your hard-earned money on necessary repairs. This is what was offered to me once I arrived at the store. Honest, accurate, professional service on my vehicle. Javier V. was knowledgeable, sincere and took his time to explain the options available to me with no pressure. My vehicle did not get any extra work done that was not needed only the necessary in order for me to feel safe and content with the repairs/ replacements (tires). My wife's vehicles have had electrical issues repaired and mechanical parts as well saving me thousands of dollars that other shops wanted to charge me. I will continue to travel further and bypass other stores for the care of my vehicles (wife's as well). Awesome job Guys, my family and I thank you. Keep up the level of care and continue to set the standard of TRUE full auto service to this community. It is extremely appreciated. I was in a jam and needed 2 tires for my work truck today so I can work tomorrow. It was a Sunday and all the tire shops in town were jammed up and told me absolutely no way they were going to help me today they didnt even want to speak with me. Melissa the manager was absolutely wonderful and got me in even though they were as jammed up as all the other shops in town but she still got me in! They went far above and beyond the call of duty to help me. they stayed 45 minutes late to get me and a few other customers taken care of. And the price came in a little lower than quoted! Do not bother going to any other tire shop in town. This location is the best hands down. I will be going here from now on for all my tire needs.

Extremely impressed with the care they took of my car. The entire staff is friendly & knowledgeable. Reese stood out the most. His compassion for his job is so rare to see now a days. My car was misdiagnosed by 2 other mechanic shops, and Reese and his fellow staff were able to quickly diagnose & help resolve the issue. I will definitely be a returning customer! Less than Zero. Dropped my car off at 815 only a few cars there. Tell Javier who does not have a lick of an idea how to talk to customers that I need a drivers side rear tire. I tell him the lugs are tight an I was not able to remove them. Writes me up and I leave. We call at 130 pm to be told that the mechanic is putting it back together and it will be ready 330 to 4. We call at 4 to be told that he is test driving it head on in. Half way there he calls back to say sorry they were not able to get the tire off. What incompetence. Says that he got his cars confused. Is this who you want fixing your car. At best he is incompetent at worst just a liar. what kind of tire shop cant get a tire off. what kind of tire shop tells you car is ready come get it only to call back and say Oh actually we did nothing. Do not go to this place.

This is the 3rd (third) Firestone I've called. I'm looking to have an alignment performed, unfortunately your employees do not understand what an alignment is. Fear not I will find someone capable. Probably won't be a Firestone location.

I'd rate it less if I could. First time I brought it there it was because they could look at the issue I called about. After a diagnostic fee and no help I was sent away. I brought another vehicle there to be looked at for the issue I called about and again...a diagnostic fee and no help. They kept my vehicle in the same spot I parked it in for over 8 hours. It wasn't until I showed up they quickly brought it in the back and then said their company doesn't fix the type of problem but guess what...700+ dollars later and they still haven't ever fixed what they said they could. Awful, horrible service and pure auto mechanic thiefs. Basic oil changing mechanic shop, nothing they advertised.

Tried 2 other places and our 24/7 roadside assistance before we found the absolute best tire place that fixed our valve stem quick on a Sunday, on father's day, and with a smile! Called to ask if they had time and the manager answered stating to just be here by 4 which is the time of closing! We are traveling in our RV but if we were living in town, this would be our tire place! Thanks a million!

Really nice place, clean, manager was able to get me right in, told him I had to be somewhere and hurry... Have a screw in my tire... Took care of me right away.. Place looks good I'll be back soon

Shop is within walking distance of my house the staff has gone above and beyond to make my vehicle safe for me.This visit required a return trip and a test drive to find the noise in the front end.

They have no idea on what they are trying to do. Have NO REAL MECHANICS. Oil leak was never fixed. Unprofessionals, supervisor Gerrit is a lier, not able to achieve what he promised- fix my cal oil leak. No respect for customer time and money. No appropriate resolution. They are just incompetents. I would never recommend anybody to go to this shop. EVER.

Was at Honda having a panic attack over a $1900 estimate for both front brakes and both front wheel bearings when I asked my mom to call around and see if that sounded right. Javier said to get over to him and turns out it s my back brake pads and rotors and only my front right wheel bearing! He saved me about $700 with the credit card and my car is quiet as a church mouse again! Thanks Javier and also Josh for getting me back on the road! Definitely will be going back.

It was easy to schedule an online appointment. They were busy, but I still received good, prompt service due to having an appointment. It is a nice waiting area with a large t.v. Service Advisor Javier provided good customer service. I am happy with the work that was performed on my car.
