Executive Auto was highly recommended to me for my cracked windshield. Aubrey had contacted me the same day and sent me the information that I needed to get the process started. Then I had spoken with Brian and he was very helpful and let me know that Aubrey was on top of getting my windshield ordered and 3 days later I had a new one.I was very impressed of the detail, cleanliness, and the respect that Joshua and the other young man had for my car and for me. The two of them had to work in the cold wet out doors to get the job done for me of course under cover so my car didn't get wet.I highly recommend this company for their customer service, professionalism, and sincerity.

What a great business! The communication from Aubrie exceeded my expectations and service was top notch. The installers were polite, they did their job and earned a tip because of it. It was easy to make an appointment. The service was done well. We were given a window of time. Exec. Glass came during that time frame. We were pkeased and would recommend them to others.

The service was great. They worked with me about an appointment. They came to my house and replaced my windshield in about an hour. Very careful about protecting my paint. I definitely recommend.

Broke plastic stud on panel by windshield. Broke boot around antenna, put molding on top of windshield without two middle clips or screws. Wind whistles through window and molding on top of window blew off. If you use this guy watch him do it and charge him for broke parts. Costing me 300$ in parts. Definitely don't let him touch fj cruisers.

Super greatful for his kind and quick service after the hurricane Ian. He walked me through putting in my claim for the insurance company to send a referral to him, I have a smaller insurance company. So crazy. leaving a review for a company who had the materials (supposedly) on their truck to come do the work they were contracted for and told the customer (me) they would perform....and DID NOT do the work because of an honest Facebook review. Flat out refused to change our RV Windshield...knowing full well we were embarking on a 2000 mile trip with our family. wow, just,wow. All I can say is 1) may God bless your hard hearts and 2) Karma. Happy Thanksgiving.

Had to reschedule after waiting all day then did not show up when they said they would. We asked for and thought we were getting both side windows for our RV. He brought one and said the other would cost additional. We made it clear at the time we ordered the windows(and paid for them) that we wanted both replaced. Very unprofessional

Worst place to do business with, owner is unprofessional, work is less than substandard and over charges, took Brian the owner two months to do a simple windshield replacement. Never showed up when he said he would. Over charged for work he claimed he did.

I was the body shop manager at Charlotte RV and for years they replaced huge RV windshields and replaced clouded up side windows and resealed glass they do excellent work all of our customers that they did work on were very happy with the quality of work we never had one complaint from the hundreds of customers that they had done glass and reseal forServices: Auto windshield leak repair, Auto windshield replacement

Terrible customer service. Non responsive to phone calls, or FB messaging. They have an office which never has anyone in it, do not bother to go there. We tried to get them to do an auto repair for over 3 weeks. We've given up. Suggest you go elsewhere. We did.
