Doug came by personally to come service my cart. My cart was having steering problems and it wouldn t start. After I called Doug on Monday, he came by Tuesday and fixed the cart in less than 10 minutes - the fastest service I ve ever had. He is a very friendly guy and down to earth. His prices are reasonable and his service is fast. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who asked.

Had 2 front tires replaced, after Doug left I noticed the steering wheel was now off center. I called them back and they came back and said nothing we did caused that issue well the steering wheel was centered before they did their work. He said if I wanted it fixed it would be a service call. I told them to get lost. I will NEVER use them again!!!!

Cart stopped working Monday night. Called Doug's Tuesday afternoon and they were here on Wednesday, when they said they would be. Scott was very professional, found the problem and fixed it promptly. Great service, friendly and knowledgable. Kudos to this company!

Have used Doug's 2 times now. They are on time, very reasonable prices and outstanding customer service. And best of all they came to me. I would and will recommend Doug's to all my friends and family.

Less than5 minutes for 55 dollars to wiggle the wire's and use a voltage tester!!! To be told not worth fixing kinda like being took advantage of???
