Very pleased with complete auto repair. Fair pricing, dependable service.. Mary, your first contact when you call, is knowledgeable and attentive. We are an out of state family dealing with the affairs of the death of a loved one. She understood we were working in a limited time frame and got our issues started immediately and kept in close contact with us through out. Ron made sure the vehicles we brought in, that had been sitting for several month's, were in condition to make the 1000+ mile drive, before they left his shop. Knowledgeable and friendly. Made us feel he cared for our safety. Even with other issues still pertaining to the vehicles but out side of the repairs and his usual business hours, he was there to oversee these issues, when we could not be there ourselves. Thank you Ron we really appreciate this help!!! And if your lucky enough to meet Sasha the dog, it really is a Complete Auto Repair!!!

Very knowledgeable. Ron and his employees are a bunch of great people they know what they are doing very good at diagnosing problems and calling with the price and whats involved in fixing the issue. I even received a call from the lady up front with a follow ul call 2 weeks later to ask how the car was doing. Now thats what i call great customer service i would not hesitate to bring my car back. Awsome job.

Highly recommend this place. I ve tried getting my truck fixed while living across the country and no wanted to help, forget trying to even fix it. This is the third shop I ve tried and you know the saying third time is a charm. From day one talking to Mary she s been nothing but polite, honest, respectful, and straightforward and started helping me from the start by recommending a great tow company to tow my truck to the shop. I ve also gotten the pleasure to speak with Ron as well. They both have been absolutely amazing in helping me get my truck fixed and faster than I anticipated. Thank you both for everything. Excellent customer service. Had no idea what was wrong with my vehicle and Ron explained exactly what it needed without me feeling pressured to get it done. It ended up needing a new motor unfortunately but very pleased with the service. I had my vehicle back within a week! Excellent service.Ron, the owner, called me about my vehicle and told me what the problems were and what needed to be done to fix them. Ron would also provide options if possible. He would give the total cost of the repair, which helps in making a decision.Mary the office administrator is very courteous and friendly. Always willing to have a friendly chat.The entire staff is very professional and friendly. This man is very honest, and knowledgeable. Takes time to inspect your car and explains what is wrong or what is needed. Again honest and fair pricing. Finding a mechanic you can trust is priceless. Recently had check engine light come on in my vehicle. Called my trusted auto repair shop Complete Auto Repair. I have used this shop for the past 4 years. Mary was able to schedule an appt. for me right away. My vehicle was diagnosed by mechanic, Lance and a new part was installed all within 90 minutes. Ron, the owner, gave me a fair, honest, price for the repair as he always does. Once again, the shop exceeded my expectations. I just moved to fla. From NY and needed my car serviced as my tires did not feel right, I looked up car repair and found Complete Auto, made an appointment received excellent service my car was fixed with out a problem no one tried to sell me additional things that were not needed I met the owner Ron very personable person, my car was ready when they told me it would be, it now runs as if were new again, I highly recommend this shop and will always go back to them when needed, Excellent service and it's garanteed were do you get that. I recently started taking my vehicles to Ron and after 2 repairs thought he was a good honest guy UNTIL today! My truck needed a intake manifold and I was quoted 1850.00 before taxes. It s an old truck but was well taken care of. I was hesitant to do the repair due to the cost and high mileage on my truck.Ron agreed and even offered to possibly buy it from me. I called my father as I sometimes do for advice and he contacted his mechanic in Ft MyersMcAllisters auto repair which has been around for 50+ Years.They said we can fix it for 750! That is a difference of 1100 dollars! Ron may be a very good mechanic however not good enough to pay 1100 more then his competitors. All these positive reviews are because people don t do their homework and assume he s a nice honest guy just like I did until now. I didn t want to judge him until my truck was inspected to be sure the price was accurate.My truck was towed there this morning fixed by 4:00 and my total bill was 756. You should all be wise and shop his prices they are far from fair!!

I just had a number of items fixed on an older model SUV. Its at that point where you start wondering if its worth putting money into it. Well, now that I found Complete Auto Repair, I'm much more confident to make the right choice on repairs. No matter which car I own needs service going forward, I now have a repair shop I can trust. Ron the owner knows his stuff and takes the time to explain what's going on. As I watched him interact with staff and other customers, it became clear to me why he has so many good reviews and why Complete Auto Repair has one of the best reputations in Charlotte County. Good people and great service.

I brought two cars in recently for an oil change and filter and overall check up, and also to check out the cabin filter which had rodent issues. Ron was great and scoped the filter fan to make sure nothing had fallen into it. I find there work to be very reasonably priced and excellent. I recommend them whenever I can to others.

This locally owned auto repair shop deserves your business!The mechanic was great he went into detail about my vehicle situation and his assessment. Then he explain his recommendation and informed me of various well priced options to repair my vehicle. Ron Morgan and his staff are the best! They are honest and go the extra mile. He was a big help to us, checking out other issues in the car at no extra cost to the original estimate. They don't nickel and dime anyone. I had some issues with my car, and insurance companies not wanting to cover damages, and even though They didn't know me, or have any guarantee I would have them repair the car, they spent significant time helping me deal with the insurance company at no cost whatsoever. This is local business at its best. I would absolutely recommend Complete Auto Repair!

This place was amazing!! We were in town to visit our daughter and our ford edge did not start. We had it towed to complete auto repair after looking at all of the good reviews. I will say the owner was the best, he worked on our car all day and did not give up on it. They closed officially at 5pm but stayed later to make sure it was done. Thank you so very much. If we ever brake down in town again we will bring them to you.....

We started having car problems heading south on I-75. We were fortunate to be able to get off the interstate. Equally fortunate to have found Ron at Complete Auto Care. He diagnosed the problem, got us a deal on a local rental, and helped us get to our DR appt in Ft Myers. They went above and beond in car care and personal support that day.

My wife and I drove down from Pennsylvania for a visit with her mother on Thanksgiving week, arriving on Sunday before Thanksgiving. On Monday morning we experienced significant loss of power, stalling, and rough intermittent acceleration. Called Complete Auto Repair and although they were completely booked for the short three-day week, Mary spoke with Ron and he graciously agreed to fit us into the schedule. He found the necessary parts even though they were not easily obtainable locally and was able to do the necessary repairs to get our car back running correctly by Wednesday of that week and at a very fair price. Mary, Ron, and the service techs are all extremely professional and could not have been more courteous and helpful, especially to non-locals. Anyone needing auto repair services in the Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, and North Port areas could do no better than Complete Auto Repair.

We are new to Port Charlotte and didn't know where to take our car for repair. So we stopped by and talked to Ron about the issue we had with our 2001 Firebird. He took his time to discuss it with us. Ron explained that he had the top of the line equipment to diagnose our problem. We were able to drop it off that night and they found the problem the next morning, they called us and explained the problem, ordered the part and had it fixed the following morning. Every one was very polite and helpful. We will use them in the future and would recommend Complete Auto to anyone that needs a car repair. We are pleased to have found this trust worthy company. Thanks to everyone there that helped us.

First Class Auto repair facility! You can't go wrong with Ron and his team. They will treat you fair and honest. Ron gave me an estimate up front and went through a used vehicle I had purchased from top to bottom. In the end I would highly recommend working with them for any maintenance or repair needs you have and know that you will be looking forward to a very good experience.

My service person, Ron, constantly kept me informed of the repair process and cost. I found this shop online when looking up my vehicle warranty, so I wasn't sure about it.
