It was a very great experience looking for someone to repair my exhaust they was not price gouging and it was very nice and very informative of how to keep up with my vehicle at that point thank you Charlotte harbor exhaust for making my car run like new

Hi, my name is David, l Have a 1964 Thunderbird I had a new cooperator installed at superior auto care.My, experience at this shop was amazing. Great service, Quin an his team took great care of me. Great time there as soon as you walk in the door they took great care of me.I would recommend anyone to go to this shop. You will not regret it. Keep up the good work Superior thank you once again for your great service To me and my vehicle. From a scale of one through ten I'll give you a 10+ Awesome service I am very pleased.

This business is the real McCoy when it comes to auto work; in my case auto exhaust on my 43 year old British classic. They take you into the shop and show you exactly what needs to be done and give you the price it will be. In my case I was able to make an appointment a week out and have the work done while I waited, about an hour. (Special thanks to Scotty). Very professional and genuinely friendly folks at this shop. They seem to treat your car like it is theirs; like the Golden Rule. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed in patronizing this local business in Port Charlotte, here in SW Florida.

Went in to get a look at the muffler. It sounded like a punch buggy. A few minutes later, I'm driving off totally fix.. if I could I would give them 10 .. appreciate the super fast service

Charged me $100 for this weld job (not including muffler I brought my own), even left me some welding wire hanging welded to the pipes.I could of just went to autozone and got exhaust pipe couplers for under $20 and do it myself..And had black smudges and smears on the interior, I ll try to wipe it down, hopefully it will come out if the cloth seats.

RIP OFF!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! At least if you want fair and honest service. Ever since the new owner took over they over charge and do not fix the problem.As a way to discredit my review, they claim to not know who I am. We brought our work truck in to have our air conditioning fixed. $650 later the air conditioning still doesn't work and are told that at least another $550 worth of work needs to be done to "maybe" fix the problem. When my boss called to find out WHY, a contradictory answer was all he could get. Since I know nothing of auto mechanics this business tried to get over on us, but when my boss calls who is very knowledgeable their response doesn't make sense and was caught contradicting himself explaining what he claims to be the problem. So again, I stand by my review, this place is a RIP OFF! The only reason we did business here was due to excellent service from the previous owner. It's time to find another mechanic to take our business to, someone who won't rip us off!Service: A/C installation & repair

(2020 Challenger scatpack) Replaced mid-mufflers with dynomax mini race bullets, sounds great as I expected. Scott told me to show up at opening time and leave it as there was another appointment ahead of me, called before 10:00am and told me it was ready for pick up. Welds look good. Had appointment, showed up to my appointment and was explained that Technician out sick for the pass 2 days. (Understandably) was told would receive call first in morning if tech came in. Tech called that afternoon and said I had to wait another's 10 days for another appointment because of the people that were already scheduled had to be service first. My question is why didn't you try to reschedule everyone instead putting off the ones that had already waited for there appointment. I understand things are difficult with the hurricane and business trying to catch up and recover. But customer service should never be sacrificed without informing customers. In this day and edge all attempts should be tried like text message and voice mail .

Great service. I came in with a motorcycle head pipe that was rusted through. I expected them to give me a price and schedule an appointment to fix it but they jumped in and took care of it on the spot even though they were busy. The price was WAY less than expected! If I could give a 0, I would. I brought them an exhaust to do work to and put onto my car. They did the work to the exhaust already on my car, and claimed I didn t remind them I wanted the work done to another exhaust. Scott explained that the other exhaust wouldn t fit anyways, I have seen the exhaust I brought in, on my vehicle and know people with it on their vehicle of the same model. When I told him I wanted a refund for doing the wrong job to my car, he became angry and started to yell and cuss. Will never bring my car back to this businessService: Exhaust

Staff is amazing. Kept very good communication, Scott worked on my car and did fantastic. Car running a hell of alot better. Absolutely would recommend. They do get busy from time to time so be patient. If its an emergency they will take good care of you at a fair price.

Need a reputable exhaust shop in town? Look no further! I had a leaky catalytic converter, talked to a gentleman named Scott over the phone, told me to bring my car in the next day and got it fixed within a couple of hours. Scott is very knowledgeable, honest and his quality of work is exemplary and fairly priced. They took payment over the phone and they were able to accommodate my work schedule and leave my vehicle in a designated spot to pick it up after hours. I will definitely return to them for any future exhaust service.Service: Exhaust
