We have been here a lot for 4 different vehicles. Great people, great work for maintenance things...when they do it. You have to make sure they did everything you asked. Things get missed frequently, then by the time you pay there's no time left to get it done, which is frustrating and not an efficient use of time for the client. There's a young manager/owner there who is always on the ball, but it seems he has to micro manage to make sure things are done and done right. Not the place to use for major mechanical work diesel or gas. We go for tires and oil changes, you have to make sure they check other fluids, and if you ask for other items to be checked they rarely are unless the young guy is working.

Sean is super helpful and a real honest dude. I really appreciated his transparency and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I knew what I needed done and what could wait. 10/10 and I m going to recommend everyone I know to go to him!

Recently relocated here and needed 2 tires repaired, the other places were too busy, Kenneth got me in that morning and out before lunch. Will go back again and recommend you give them a try.

Very friendly and fun professionals offering always a great service and good pricing.I left this review two years ago and now it is time for the update.So I've been servicing all my cars with this great family business and the first time in two years one of their lifts broke, so they had to reschedule my visit.They gave me a free oil change when I came to get the oil done without me even saying a word as an appreciation for my loyalty. Well, it is easy to be loyal when you are treated right, get quality service, appreciative attitude and fair prices as a great bonus!If course this place stays the one to go for me and I would highly recommend it to any locals.

Just horrible people , my car broke down on the way to New Jersey from Florida because seal was not installed correctly , another shop had to fix it 500 miles away , called meany times to speak with owner will not take my call , compete disaster STAY AWAY ,after 11 days still no phone call , they just don't care about there customers,

Talked to person on phone and they said they would get right back to be about warranty coverage on my tires. The warranty company confirmed they had used Certified in the past, One day later ... no call back. Went to another Antonelli tire and they were a pleasure to deal with.

Difficult to find honest and professional service. They were courteous and helpful. Do not charge for service that does not need fixing!!! Would highly recommend them.

We needed help fast. Came from Compass Lake, FL. To pick up a Boat my companion had bought. The tires on the trailer were dry rotted. The extra tires that came with the trailer were also dry rotted . We went to several places to find that size tire with no luck. We were on a schedule and had to be back home . The owners son of Certified Tire & Service, went well out of his way to accommodate us. To help us with our dilemma. And to get us back on the road safe. He was very efficient and kind. I believe he said his name was Shawn and his coworker David. Very welled mannered young Men. I would recommend this place to anyone passing through there area, that needs tires or services with Certified Tire. They are top notch. Thank you for helping us. We made it home safe.

I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I recieved Perfect 5 Star Service, and a Competitive Price on Real Name Brand Firestone Truck Tires. I was in and out within an hour. Absolutely Awesome. We come here for pretty much everything car related. They usually have great tire prices, oil change, routine maintenance as well as repairs of all kinds. Cannot say enough good things about this business. They are honest, fair, and provide excellent service. The two older maintenance techs, Jim and the other elder mechanic are exceptional. The owner and his son are extremely nice, and don't look to oversell you, or lie to you about auto information in regard to your vehicle. I had to have some brake work done, went to another place in North Port only because I have used them before they did a good job, but this time not so good. Wish I had gone to certified tire& service, they really are honest and very nice. I won't go any where else. The parking lot is a disaster but their work is great.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

So I met someone that actually cares if I was safe in my car. He saw my bad tire and booked an appointment with Sean McCool who did a great job and didn't Rip me off. I was so excited how my car drove on the road. After driving on Toledo Blade in all the hurricane stuff it was the safest I felt all year. Ps. Best Shop around. They diagnosed the problem professionally and quickly, and had it fixed the next day. Great customer service and friendly staff. Still the go to shop in Charlotte County and North Port.

Had oil change, tire rotation free that comes with it. Also they replaced a windshield sprayer for me, the other side got broke, they fixed both at price quoted. Couldn't be happier, honest people, will continue to use as long as this kind of honesty and workmanship is done. Will definitely recommend, it's hard to find good service anymore. It was a pleasure, and the staff is very nice. Thank you so much, I am hard to please when it comes to this kind of stuff. Been done wrong to many times, but you showed me that honest people still exist. For that I thank you.

Have been to this business a few different times with three different automobiles. Brought our RAM 2500 in for a clunking noise. After tech looked at it he told us the drivers hub bearing needed to be replaced. Wellll still had noise!!! After some research on our own, the shock bolt needed some tightening!!!(that we did ourselves in about 4 minutes). Brought daughters car there. Service light on due to needing an 02 sensor (bank 1,sensor 1). We purchased one and when techs looked at car they said we got the wrong part, ordered one that cost nearly $250 (for an 15 yo car). Low and behold.. they didn t change out the right sensor and the engine light is still on. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Bait n switch.. get you in the hook for overpriced parts.. GO TO SIR THOMAS in port Charlotte. They are honest and work with integrity!!!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I would give -5 stars if i could. My Elderly Grandmother went here for service and tires and they tried to tell her that she needed new Pads and Rotors. Thank god she waited for ke to get home to check them because the front pads still had 50% on them and the rears are still practically brand new! Absolutely nothing wrong with the rotors!!! Shame on these people for trying to scam an old lady. Get a second opinion before letting these guys do any work to your Vehicle.Service: Brakes

Had a coupon for a $12.99 oil change special. Made an online appointment. Young man working the counter was friendly and efficient. Appointment was on time and service was fast! Included a tire rotation!! I would recommend this business and plan to check them out for any other issue that might arise with my vehicle because of their conscientious handling of a cheap oil change! Try them out. I think you'll be pleased!

Thank you Certified Tire Service for helping me negotiate with a rental car company regarding a front blowout tire. You recognized that the other front tire appeared to have a weak spot and was bulging...a safety issue... Thanks to your discussion with the rental company, the rental company replaced both of the front tires on that car at their expense. You then had two new tires on the car very quickly.
