I got a flat while I was close to this store. I was three hours from home and didn t know anyone in the area and was panicking. The team were all very kind, especially Tony, who put air in my tire so I could make it to somewhere to have it changed. Thank you all so much!

I called Autozone and spoke with Tony, he was professional, polite and patient with all my questions . I went there and Tony. RJ and Jordan were great and helped resolve my issues. I will definitely go there again!! They are very knowledgeable.

I went to the shop on Peachland and found out that my three week old battery was bad; they didn t have another, so they called this store to see if they had it/if they could change it (it was within warranty). I was told after the phone call that they had it and said to head over. When I got there, I was greeted with hostility and I must have answered the call in the heat of the moment, I can t change that. While I understood it was sprinkling, I told him that I could wait until it passed when he said You have no concerns for my safety! I was blown away by the lack of customer service, and even at the minimal KINDNESS, after being told to go there! The store on Cochran was incredibly more accommodating and helpful.

With a second home near here I find myself coming to this AutoZone for the random things that pop up on vacation. This was a gasket kit for a 1970's Era carburetor and some line wrenches. They had it sitting on the shelf and with associates humble enough to ask me questions to make sure I got what I needed. Friendly and helpful folks here, glad it's nearby.

I was fortunate enough to make it to store #1280 and get helped by the wonderful worker RJ. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on all that I asked him. He saved me so much time and stress. Keep in mind, a couple days prior, I went to (6) SIX different stores for my EXTREMELY SIMPLE problem. All of them supposedly couldn't help me. Once I made it to store #1280, RJ fixed my problem within less than (20) twenty minutes. So with all that said, I had to compliment him and let his higher ups know. Hope he is rewarded for his great service.

May 5th, our engine light came on five minutes before AutoZone closing time, but we made it in the door and they graciously helped check our car. Ty and Eddie were super helpful. We thought we were squared away, they locked their door, we tried starting the car to leave and it didn't start. We knocked on the door and they let us back in, rechecked the car and it turned out to be the battery. They were so great staying late to help get it replaced. We would have been stranded without their help and kindness! You both were so wonderful! Thank you so much, Ty and Eddie!!

One of The employees didn t know how to physically or want to order a simple alternator part and told me that he had me in the system for Wednesday at noon (even though they technically can t hold parts for that long) because I was also suppose to get a call back and nobody has even attempted to call me back.. Very unhelpful ! So I can only imagine the customer service inside the store

A car battery died during the aftermath of Hurricane Ian. This store replaced it. It wasn't easy for them. They were running off a generator, naturally no A/C, limited Internet, plus the rest of the issues a major hurricane causes. That said, the staff was GREAT! There was a solid, rapid flow of people needing some part, or item, to get a car, truck or generator running. Staff had great attitudes and genuinely helped everyone I saw. Very impressive. Definitely consider this AutoZone if you live in or near Port Charlotte.

Quick assistance/purchase for my wiper blades. Quinn assisted me and offered to have them put on. In a rush, I thankfully declined. Less than an hour before close, there I was. Ty was more than helpful! She came out to my car and had everything in place, correctly in approx 5 min!! With a smile!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THANK YOU. I will recommend and return for futute services.

This place jumped right in on what I needed. They helped me find what I needed and also checked my charging system and informed me everything is good except the battery tested bad.. they changed it out, and was very quick. The woman staff and manager were fantastic, and made you feel comfortable. Their knowledge is remarkable. You want things correct, come visit them

The Auto Zone folks are very courteous and helpful, especially Raymond! He volunteered to help a friend with a flat tire, who was waiting for hours for help. Bravo Auto Zone. They will be my preferred choice in Punta Gorda for all my car needs. Much appreciation to their polite and incredible staff.

My Babe and I absolutely recommend this location. They are kind, helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. When my man was on a trip i had to fix my car. As a female I like to think I know more than the average female (i know, no surprise). Well I had to get a part for my car. A "Bleeder screw", i knew I needed this part because i broke the top off of it, anyway.... I went to "my store" (this location) and another in Murdock. My location didn't have the part so I went to the other location that did. Sad to say I was treated as if I was ignorant. While I understand that the gentleman is older and that a woman such as myself isn't common, I do believe I could have been treated with more respect than an assumption of who he was dealing with. Needless to say I will surely stick with my location and the staff there.*** See ya soon y'all!

I came in today to get new windshield wipers ..and Jose I believe his name was was more then helpful even put them on for me so I wouldn t break a nail :) will definitely be back if I need anything for my car!

Thay found out that it was my battery was bad and I had to replace it and they replaced it for me and they did a great job and excellent customer service

Nice people, very helpful. Limited selection of windshield wipers. Didn't have the brand I prefer, but couldn't wait to go somewhere else. Employee replaced the wipers for me, a service they provide. Really helped out because the equipment in the package didn't include the correct piece for attachment.

Saturday my Truck would not start. Went to Tuffy Repairs and they determined that the Battery failed and caused the Alternator to fail. Recomended that I replace both. I remembered that I had purchased a Battery from Auto Zone [arts in Port Charlotte. I telephoned store to determine if under Warranty. Quinn found my purchase in the Records from 2020 and advised an exchange would be possible. I retrieved the Battery, went to the Store and the Service couldn't have been better. They made the computer entries and I was out the door in 15 minutes. Quinn is an Honest and proficient employee and he was kind to the aging customer. Higest regards to Quinn and Auto Zone parts.

Helpful staff, pleasant and knowledgeable. I have compared their prices to advanced auto and they were considerably less expensive on a few things.They generally have what I need in stock, but if not they are able to get it in the same day and not charge shipping.

Usually they have higher prices so I usually go elsewhere, but this time all five needed items were each lower in cost plus they have me a 10% courtesy discount! Although the part I purchased was the entire assembly and I only needed the top half, the salesman was very helpful.
