Overall, the repair work was done and it looks good; however, there are some issues with staff:Pro: explained how the Florida process works; initial estimate was spot on; good work on repair.Con: it took too long to order parts; rude call taking; assembly needs QA.Like every other repair shop, it took over 6 months to get the car in the shop after being rear ended. Hurricane Ian kept them busy. No big deal.I was told I would be updated on the progress. I had to call (no big deal right?), but the call taker was rude, answers as if they were the most overworked ever. I wasn't greeted in person like that, only on the phone.I was happily surprised when I got a call 11 days later, showing my car done.I paid my bill and took off. About 1/2 mile later, I'm on the side of the road with a dead car.Whoever did the assembly forgot a bit: tightening the Negative post of the battery; cabin filter assembly just laying there; the battery compartment cover disassembled.I have a car that requires every bit of that (and other) batteries. I'm pretty sure I'm not alone. Batteries seems to be quite important to the operation of a car.Too many strikes to get all giddy about Anthony's. They got the work done'ish and I'm satisfied.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had damage from a tornado there ref were great and referred by the insurance company. So far only the estimate I'll upgrade the experience once they finish the vehicle. Part 2 Was told to call in 2 weeks so they could gather the parts. Called was told they would call back they didn't called again in 2 weeks was told they would call back a week later they called saying bring it in that day on a Friday but couldn't wife had car at work agreed to bring it in on Monday. Brought car in Monday went over what needed to be done again with owner and was told give them 2 weeks. The Friday at 3pm 3 days early was called vehicle was finished. There was no way I could get there by closing so went Monday morning. The car was finished. Everything that was needed was done perfectly car was back to normal. I know it sounded like we were stuck waiting for them to gather parts but you have to remember to look at the date of this and keep in mind it's ridiculously hard to get car parts right now. On top of that the windshield they ordered from Honda was wrong no fault of Anthony's and this was only found out after the car was dropped off and they still managed to find the right windshield and keep to the time frame quoted even finishing 3 days early. Anthony's is a great shop just don't expect them to fluff the insurance estimate there on the up and up and don't cheat anyone they do quality work. Some of the negative reviews are probably ppl looking for a shop that fluffs paperwork to eat deductibles and get mad because Anthony is honest... A rare find these days.

Anthony s did a phenomenal job repairing my car. They went beyond my expectations.Jack gave me an estimate which they followed to the tea they were even a day early with getting my car back to me. They texted me almost every day to keep me in the loop as to how my car was being repaired. I can t say enough about how professional they were. Went to Anthony's to get a quote on some minor damage on the front of my Mercedes.Jack the manager took the car In immediately and had the repair completed. The car is back to looking magnificently just the way she used to.Extremely happy by their work and friendliness.I will definitely recommend them!Service: Body & Trim

They did a great job repairing my car. Very professional, on time with completing the job and high quality workmanship. They were very easy to deal with and loved that they followed up days after to make sure I was happy with the job and if I had any questions. Highly recommend!!

I am so happy I decided to you use them for my vehicle repair. I learned a very hard lesson a few years ago with another company. They cut corners and within a few months my paint job looked terrible. This company hands down pays attention to detail and goes the extra mile. They made the whole process of dealing with the insurance company very easy. My car is not a brand new model, but now it looks just like when I first bought it at the dealership!! I couldn't be happier. Thank you! You guys are the best!!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would have. From the moment I called to have my car fixed to getting my vehicle back was an amazing experience. Jack asked me to bring my vehicle up there for the initial inspection of the damage. We spoke of what work needed to be done and made sure I was set with a rental car. Jack is a man of his word. They delivered my car back on the day it was promised. The work that was done was simply amazing. It was done with white glove treatment for sure, my car shined when they handed it over to me. You can tell they truly take pride in the work they do. No hidden up charges or any kind of funny business. I would highly recommend Anthony s Touch of Class Collision to everyone. So look no further than here. Say hello to Jack for me. They are are truly top notch.

I was referred to Anthony s by Tire Kingdom. I had purchased a used Honda Odyssey van from an older gentleman, and there were numerous scratches on both front and rear bumpers, the rear hatch, plus a small dent in the rear hatch and scratches along the sides of the vehicle. I talked to Scott at Anthony s and told him I didn t wNt to spend a lot of money, or have the whole vehicle painted, and asked what he could do to clean it up.He was very polite, courteous, listened closely to what I wanted, and gave me a bid to remove and paint both bumpers, paint the rear hatch, and touch/up all the little scratches. Clean it up for me. His bid was much less than I expected. I believe it would have cost me twice as much at any other body shop. When I picked the vehicle up, I was ecstatic! They had done such a great job, and even repaired the dent in the hatch for no extra charge! Unbelievable! They were so easy and professional to work with, and really work to keep the costs low. Just a wonderful experience and my van looks fantastic!!In my opinion, the only place to go for body and paint work. Just the best!Gary AndersonService: Painting

First I d like to say that mr. jack is such a very welcoming person. Love his place. The workers did such a wonderful job to my car. When I told him there was a little problem with the paint he took care of it right away and fix it good. He was such a gentleman. So please if you decided to get your car fix come check this place out. You won t be disappointed.

Just picked up our Honda from Anthony's. We had a little fender bender and the work they did was amazing. You can't even tell there was anything wrong before. The workmanship is out standing and the prices were extremely fair. I would definitely recommend them and God forbid if I ever need work again, I would definitely take my car there.

This place is amazing! Professional, fast, andService is unsurpassed. My truck looks like nothing ever happened to it and the paint job is unbelievable. The staff is friendly and communication is great they keep you posted on your vehicles progress. I will never go anywhere else for my or my family's vehicles. The passenger side mirror on my car popped off and broke. I bought a new one and I was not sure how to put it on. I called several places and Anthony said that he would look at it and let me know.I drove the car there and in 2 minutes they had put the mirror on at no charge for me. I would definitely go back to them.Update second time using Anthony'sI brought my car in for some rear end damage. I had to have the bumper replaced. They gave me a quote, had the work done in a day. I hope I don't have to use them again. But if I have damage that needs repair I would go to them in a heartbeat. They are professional and friendly. And most of all they treated me as a customer without the talking "down" like other places I've gone to. Thank you all for making this great experience.

I can't say enough about this shop! I had some cabinet doors for my kitchen spray painted, and they came out absolutely gorgeous!! Jack, the office manager, was so helpful and kind.The quality and professionalism is outstanding! Not to mention the cleanliness of the shop itself. I have never been to an auto body shop that is so beautiful and well kept!. It truly is a "Touch of Class"Ask for "Jack"

About three months ago I had a dent and scratch repaired. The repair was perfect. Paint and body work was done professionally and as promised. Repair was like new. Today I went there because of a molding coming loose. Absolutely not related to the previous repair. They removed the molding and put new adhesive on it and replaced it while I waited. It took about 45 minutes to repair. They did not even charge Me . I highly recommend this business for all your paint and body work. They do perfect work.

They repaired a softball size dent in the front fender of my car blending paint into the door. 3-5 day repair. Called on 5th day for pickup after5. It was raining and they were washing car as I pulled up?? Got home with no rain or water and paint looked terrible.. I called immediately and they said bring back, dropped off again Monday, Thursday they said it was done, this time I went to look before returning rental car, they tryed a scuff and buff that didn t work, they said they would repaint, next week when I picked up it looks like they did a heavier sand and buff and was better but not what should be expected.. and is still obvious, i wish I still had the dent and the 1400 for repair and 800 for rental and the 3 weeks of time spent versus the poor job I received.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is great! I was in an accident not caused by myself and the repairs that needed done were a huge inconvenience for me due to my work schedule. Jack and the entire staff made this the easiest experience for me , they picked up and delivered my car , they were exceptionally kind and did an incredible job fixing it the large dent in the side of my 2007 Chrysler 300. I would highly recommend them to anybody , the only problem that I had was with Hertz Rent-a-Car... whom I would never recommend ....but because of Anthony's Touch of Class the horrible experience with Hertz made things so much easier

I hit a deer at 70mph with my 09 f150, after looking and reading tons of reviews, I made my selection to have Anthony s repair my Truck. It was the the best/ easiest experience I've ever had. . From day one until my truck was completed, I was updated on everything. JACK was the gentleman who made this a painless experience. There work was perfect, flawles, if your car or truck needs body work and your looking for the best, then Anthony's touch of class is your one stop. It's not a everyday run of the mill place, these people really care about their Customers.

My car was hit in a parking lot. Took it to Anthony's Touch of Class in October 2020. Jack was great walking me through the whole process. He made the whole process very easy. He kept me updated on a daily basis. I didn't have to do a thing and my car looks perfect. I couldn't be happier and would refer anyone to Anthony's Touch of Class. UPDATE: 11/9/2020 I brought my car back to Anthony's Touch of Class to have it compounded and my car looks like it just rolled off the dealership floor. Wow! My car looks amazing...Anthony's did a great job...even cleaned the inside! My car was struck about 6 weeks ago and unfortunately my daughter s father passed away within same week. I had to put off getting my car fixed...State Farm even closed the claim because I had put it off for so long. Jack had it reopen and expedited so quickly...without any hassles...they even fixed the side mirror for free that my daughter had clipped while she was learning how to drive...they didn t haft to do that they just did...great people!!!Service: Body & Trim

The person that wrote my estimate on Saturday 7/17/2021 wasn't very friendly and seemed as if he wasn't happy about working on Saturday. My wife dropped the car off on Monday 7/26/2021. I got a call on Friday night to tell me the car was done and could pick it up on Saturday between 9-11:30 am. My wife and I got to the shop at 8:55 am and no one was there. About 9:10-9:15 the same person that wrote the estimate showed up and got out of his car in shorts and a button down shirt although the shirt wasn't buttoned. He never said anything about being late and asked me if I seen the car and I said yes only the outside and wanted to check it out more so he handed me the keys and I went out to look at it ( alone I might add ). I made sure the window , mirror and door locks worked and they did. When I got home I noticed some spray mask on the door sill and over spray on the rear door window molding which I took care of myself I also had to vacuum Bondo dust out of the air conditioning vents and seats. I have been in management for over 35 years and years ago managed a body shop and was a painter prior to that and I was happy with the repair and the speediness of the repair,but the customer service wasn't a good experience. The only reason I used this shop was because of the reviews.

Admittedly, and maybe embarrassingly; I've been here a few times now. I felt compelled to write a review due how great this place has been to me. I've been unfortunate enough to have been in a few collisions now and I've brought my car here each time. The office staff is communicative and responsive, keeping you updated on the status of your repair, insurance, etc. The guys doing the repair work are extremely detail oriented and took time to explain things to me about the repair process. (My car is my baby!). My car has always come back spotless. I'd recommend this place to anyone who finds themselves in need of body work!

Spectacular services. I went to Anthony for my Mercedes and what a great surprise I found a body shop for life... Anthony is the only place I will ever go to for my cars. Up north I did restoration on cars receiving many awards and I thought I would never find anyone that could meet my demands. This was a wonderful experience and I received Quality work which far exceeded my expectations. GREAT WORK, AND SUPERIOR QUALITY .

Absolutely the best experience. Friendly, professional and excellent workmanship. I chose Anthony's Touch of Class because of the reviews, it was definitely the right decision. They handled all the paperwork with my insurance and were able to get my car back to me on less than a week!
