These people were awesome, Told me how to fix my radiator hose so I Could get home. Let me borrow some pliers, Cannot say enough about how I was treated by the old man behind the counter.

My last visit here was quick and easy. I needed a replacement bulb for a headlight. The gentleman I asked for assistance was very helpful,and I was quickly on my way with exactly what I needed.

EDIT: They responded to my original review but do not be fooled by the appearance of customer service, NO action has been taken by them other than the written reply. This is my original review:Do not shop here. Go to a different location if you must.My mom bought a car battery here, and it stopped working. She brought it back to this store, and they charged it for her and confirmed it was a dud and told her she had 2 months left on her warranty so they gave her another battery, which also turned out to be a dud. When she returned asking why they gave her yet ANOTHER dud, they told her they can't do anything about it. The second battery worked for only 2 months. For reference, the last time we got her a battery in a different location it lasted 8 YEARS. Versus only 2 months. She came back home feeling disrespected, after wasting both money and time. And because I also had a terrible experience with the attitude of the gentleman at the cash register during my own visits in the past, I knew she wasn't exaggerating when she said they were deadpan and not very helpful. I am leaving this review so others know the men who work here treat her awfully, they also gave her wrong headlights in the past but she wanted to shop local so took a chance by returning for her battery. Needless to say, she regrets it.We will never shop here again.

Does not carry parts for equipment they sell. Do not sell equipment if you are unwilling to carry replacement parts.

Been using these guys for years. Always helpful and knowledgeable. In the rare instance they don t have what you need they let you know where you can get it.

Advance is always my first choice for vehicle parts. Staff is always friendly and they usually have what I'm looking for. If not they can usually get it in a reasonable amount of time.

Contacted them online as Walmart had the same part cheaper. They said they would price match. I went to Store 9502 and was told they didn't have to price match. I then called customer service, and the person answering was "working" from home. I could tell as the TV cartoons were so loud, and the kids' screaming made it impossible to communicate. She insisted I look up the part number, then hung up on me. That's OK, AutoZone was happy to take care of me.

Will be the last time I walk into a advanced- guy working there was a mr know it all, and absolutely knew nothing. Thanks Tyler for the law lesson, seriously they should put you in back away from people!!

Great people great atmosphere love the service I had to exchange a few things and they got the parts right on time just as promised. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received in the store thank you guys so much for getting me the parts I needed to get my old car back up and running. So happy to have this old car back on the road. I enjoy my new car but you got to have an older car it keeps me humble

Went in to this location Sunday to purchase ac recharge hose and was given a loaner one to charge car. Came back four days later without my card and was rudely told by manager no I couldn't use the tool, and he would write up employee that lent me the tool. Be consistent, now I'm driving home in a hot car for no reason.

Horrible experience... they had an outside company changing light bulbs. 4 to 5 people at one time. Carrying long light bulbs up a high ladder. We were at the check out. The guy dropped the bulbs. Not even are you okay? I was picking glass out of her hair. They said not our fault- the out side company did it. The manager was even worse.

I have been to all the stores around town. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They usually have what i need but sometimes i may have to order. Highly recommend over other auto parts stores.

Employees there do not care, walked around looking for something, not even a HI. I was the ONLY customer in the store. One employee walked by me to put something on the shelf, ...nothing... not a HI, can i help you find anything...NOT A WORD. Think I'll just stick with going elsewhere from now on, honestly.... I'm not sure why i went back here. But, will not be back.

They had everything in stock that I needed. I ordered and paid online. When I arrived at the store, I called their number (posted on the side of the building), and the employee brought everything to my car. Easy!

Quick & easy. The staff is usually knowledgeable, and the store is always clean. If you can't find what you're looking for, just ask! They can always order for you!

Over priced. $50 for set of trailor lights? The wait in line for a quart of oil in my hand,was a little ridiculous. While they dilly dallied.
