Had to call AAA when my van would not start. The diagnosis was we needed a new battery. They jump started it, and we immediately drove over to your store. Showed the AAA report to Kyle B, who quickly confirmed and informed us of options, including purchasing an extra 6 month warranty, which we agreed to. Kyle then proceeded to replace the battery without delay, answered our question, and was polite, personable, and professional throughout. We were on our way in no time. Very impressed with the service, and this young man.

This is a good shop owner Larry is old school .Did what he said he was going to do, and for price listed..no crying or whining ..Hint,look for old school and family operated shops for your work.....if not with few exceptions you will probably have a bad day... thanks.... jim

Couldn't place my order online due to system error but it wasn't the stores fault. Good selection of much needed auto parts on hand. Not the best prices. But better prices than the other big three brick and mortar stores in the area. Items that show in stock online are often not in stock I'm assuming die to theft? Nice clean store and friendly staff with limited auto knowledge as expected.

The work truck had been acting up and there just didn't seem to be any available time to figure out the problems for myself. It was raining the day I pulled in and asked if they could troubleshoot it and give me the codes that came up as a problem. This gentleman came right out and ran it. Then he gave me the codes, let me take pics of what the diagnostics showed and answered all of my questions! Now, remember, it's raining...He even had me open the hood so he could show me exactly what I needed to do to solve about 95% of the issues. Being female, I expected a somewhat dismissive attitude from him but I was very wrong!! It was like a breath of fresh air speaking with him!! I wish I could remember his name! The facility I went to is in Port Charlotte, near the medical offices behind the Publix on Tamiami. Yes, I consider myself to be another pleasantly satisfied customer!!

My last visit was horrible. The new people know nothing about cars let alone parts... If the older lady is there just leave and go anywhere else...

Today June 5th at 5.45pm I went to the store(No customers) the sales man told me that he couldn't do anything for me because he was closing at 6pm . He was rude . On the door and the website the store closes at 8pm ?I am a regular customer and never had any problems with your staff.Please advise.

I purchased something did not work. The store employees verified it was inoperable. I lost the receipt. I tried to return it but they would not refund me my money due to no receipt. They did give me a store credit but not my money back.

I ve been going there for a year and I deal with Josh (Red) all the time. He goes out of his way to help people and is EXTREMELY polite. I wish all stores had people like him to help you. I walked in and dealt with a guy named Jimmy who could care less I was there, then Red told me to come over and he could help me!!! GREAT STORE WITH A JEWEL WORKING THERE. THANK YOU!!

The staff was super nice and extremely helpful.. I would recommend everyone going here for any of their auto needs.. Excellent customer service.. Thank you especially to Kurt. He was very polite and friendly and helped my mom fix the problem she was having and save her from buying something she didnt need..

Advance Auto Parts has always been my go to for parts. Very rarely do I stray. This store however, has always gone above and beyond expectation. I was in a pickle on what part was the cause of my problem, but the knowledge of the staff quickly helped me sort it out. It was Ali that was the one to come to my rescue. I just wanted to publicly say a HUGE Thank You to her! She was friendly the night I sent my daughter for parts and helped me out then, and then again today. Thank you so much for your kindness, and knowledge!

This particular Advanced Auto has ALWAYS treated me and my mom VERY well. Kurt helped me figure out which tail light bulb I needed and then replaced it for me along with the windshield wipers. Previously another gentleman helped with a battery issue and frankly told me I didn't need a new battery and refunded a battery I purchased online. It's rare that a store is honest enough to bluntly tell you if you don't need something and offer to return it.

Got a battery for my 2003 mini van found the battery that the computer said it needed .I suggested the economy battery still a great battery the staff measured the battery size and found one in stock . No pressure to buy the higher price battery and gladly removed and installed the new one Thank you Glenn awesome service.

They don't open at 730 like said on google they open at 8 went there before work so I can get one thing I needed quick still closed

I've been trying to set up a commercial account I have one at all the other vendors but it's such a hassle and a headache I dropped off the paper and my tax ID I have an account in another state since I have businesses in other states but it's such a headache it's just aggravation but anyways the people there know their stuff yes they do have products and stuff but honestly if you can deal with the slowness then other companies have the parts everybody price matches
