My experience has been better than I could have ever expected! The owner is very courteous, knowledgeable, and conscientious about his work. His work ethic is absolutely beyond any mechanic I have ever experienced! The job gets done right and his prices are very reasonable. I would recommend Wilford's to anyone who is looking for a really good, reputable car repair place. 5 stars!

Just an overall honest solid dude. BJ couldn t help us within the time frame we needed. Out of fairness to his other customers. He did however diagnose the problem and arm us with the information we needed to get it fixed and not get ripped off. If I lived in the area this would be my go to shop. Friendly, fair, and honest.

This place is great! I'd totally recommend them for your go-to mechanic. BJ was able to diagnose the issues going on with my car and get me setup with an oil change/tires that were needed for a fair price. Unfortunately they've run out of chances. Now that I've started to fix my own vehicles and have learned what's up, they don't seem as legit as they used to. charged me $500 to fix a/c only to have it go out in a week, it turned out to be a leaky hose, the first thing they should have looked at. same with a power steering pump on my honda. no good for me. photo is last straw. you can't throw down a paper mat?

Top notch service! No matter the problem, complex or easy maintenance - these guys get it done! And they don't sop there! I had a very difficult electrical problem with my Durango and these guys did not stop until they found the problem. Cost is reasonable as well! Highly recomended!

The kind of mechanic you always hope you will find. Courteous, fair, and completely live up to all of the other positive reviews I read prior to going. I took a chance and sent my vehicle there via tow truck when it was completely disabled, having never been there before. I spoke to BJ a couple of times over the phone, discussed what I had done to troubleshoot and he had no issues walking through it with me and explaining what he thought and why. He even loaned me a battery when he determined that was the issue without hesitation, and had my truck ready to go when I got there. Awesome place and people from my experience so far. I won't go anywhere else and highly recommend. I have absolute trust and faith in them for the next time I need it.FYI - you can easily drive right past the dirt driveway and the bldg. is a bit hidden, so be prepared to turn in before you actually get there.

I've been looking for a good honest mechanic since I moved back to Jax 2 yrs ago. I am glad the search is now over. In the course of one week, BJ & Nick took care of two of my vehicles & fixed them up. Great customer service and affordable rates. When needed, I will definitely seek their services.

Absolutely fantastic! It s always tough when you move and have to find a new mechanic. BJ helped us out with two cars that were having issues and gave us full options on everything before we moved forward. Great service, great people, and no annoying dealer service stuff. Will go back!

Very friendly owner. Seemed honest and sincere. There's no waiting room (other than chairs in the owners office), so if you plan on staying, go after 11 so the nearby restaurants are open.

BJ and his crew are the most honest people I've ever met in the automotive repair business! I dropped off my car because the engine light was on, and BJ not only inspected, diagnosed and fixed the problem, he charged me NOTHING for doing it! God Bless BJ and Wilford's Service Ctr.

Honest and reasonable! Two words you don't usually use to describe an auto repair shop. Crazy electrical problem with our Suburban that the manufacture couldn't figure out. Chevy was going to charge $480 for new keys and that wouldn't have fixed it. These guys got it right for less than half.

They are great mechanics. I brought my car in left it for only an hour and came back to ut already finished. These guys also have super fair prices. Id reccomend thisbplace to anyone.

I wouldn't bring my cars anywhere else! Fair and honest and won't perform any unnecessary repairs. Our family trusts BJ implicitly, and his customer service is the best.

We were from out of state and ran into some auto trouble. We pulled up to Wilford's to ask for help. Right away BJ came up to us to see what we needed. Within minutes he diagnosed out problem, told us he could fix it and ordered the part we needed, we were on the road when he said it was going to be fixed. These guys were straight with us, very friendly and helpful!
