Our dog's golf cart was making a lot of wonky noises which she found unacceptable, so I called @Nextgen Carts yesterday, drove the cart to them, and within the same day, during this Thanksgiving week, I received a call stating the cart was repaired and ready for pick up. Everyone I talked to, including Amy, Robin, and Warren, were very helpful, professional, and efficient. The techs, whose names I didn't get, were thorough and knowledgeable (I was present during part of the diagnostic process). I am very grateful they were able to take care of the issues so quickly during such a busy week. So is the hound.

NextGen did an excellent job in repairing our golf cart. The technician who did the repair was very professional and repaired the program quickly at a cost that was well below what I was expecting to pay. We look forward to dealing with them in the future when we trade in our golf cart for a 6 passenger one next year.

I looked at a minimum of 6 different manufacturers and NextGen was wonderful to work with. I purchased a Kodiak 4 seater that looks great, is fast, and perfect for golf. Most carts wont let you put clubs on the back without adding the extended golf bag attachment due to the roof. This cart doesn t need the bag extender on the back since the roof is slightly shorter. Great people and service. I immediately starting getting compliments at my golf club about the cart.

Straight shooters. I had a problem that could have resulted in them selling me something I didn't need and they could have taken me for a few hundred bucks. But they took time to figure out that I didn't need parts or service and didn't charge me for their time. More businesses should be like this.I previously had them service my cart and they were knowledgeable and did a great job for a fair price. They also have a good selection of carts if you are in the market.

Would have given 10 Stars if possible!!! Warren is TOP NOTCH in the way he conducts the entire process. Even delivered the cart himself! We did our due diligence for months and it wasn't even close, NextGen at the end of the day was the only way to go! The personal touch added when it came to explaining how to operate and schedule for maintenance just felt like a family member was there to have your back, whatever the need may be! Will be recommending Warren and NextGen to all my neighbors, family and friends!

About six years ago we bought a refurbished cart from another business and had our fair share of mechanical problems. Even more disappointing, when we brought it back to the dealer they were never able to get the repairs right. When Nextgen moved in and we brought the cart to them for repair, it was a breath of fresh air. The repairs made by the guys at Nextgen lasted and the cost was always reasonable.We finally pulled the trigger and bought a new cart yesterday (Halloween). I bought it from Nextgen because I feel confident they will stand behind their product just like they stood behind the service they did to the old cart.

I returned home after being away for the summer, and my golf cart batteries were dead. I talked with Warren, and he suggested that I replace my six batteries with one Lithium battery. He picked up my cart from my home the very next day and had my upgrade completed within 24 hours. Now my cart is over 200 lbs lighter, moves a lot faster, and I no longer have to worry about my battery dying while I'm away for an extended period of time. I can't thank Warren enough for the great service that he provided to me.

What a nightmare. Avoid Nextgen and Warren if you can.When I went to Nextgen. I was very open about what I wanted. A 6 seater, black cart with brown seat that goes 25-30 mph and had a 30-40 mile range. Warren emphatically told me this was not a problem. Sold me a Kodiak apex 6 seater, with black seats but brown seats were on a boat and would be installed when they arrived, which was expected to be in two weeks.What I got was a cart that goes 25-30 mph with a range of 15-20 miles. Dealing with Warren, we troubleshot the issue. I was told because I had a lifted cart with bigger tires. That is why the range isn t what I expected. I was given multiple excuses. But it was determined that it is what it is and the range is what it is.(false advertising, this is not what I was told to get em to buy the cart). Which required me to spend an additional $500 to upgrade the battery to have the range I was told I would have. So that s what I did. (Had I known this was the range, I would never had purchased the cart). The communication with troubleshooting was a nightmare. I was told if I go full speed it would decrease the range. That the advertised range was only going around 15mph. Which is not what I was sold. Warren did a test run on an apex, he ran it down to 5% at 25 miles. Then made a post on Facebook saying the range was 33 miles. Which was just untrue. So more false advertisement.The seats . More of a nightmare. After 4 months, the seats finally arrived. Keep in mind. I was proactive talking to Warren about the expectation and eta of the seats. He deferred me to John Powers whom is the Kodiak rep. John told me there was an issue with the seats and print they sent. So it was delayed. Ensured me that he would take care of my cart personally, when the seats come in. Well then John blocked my number. I was able to communicate with John on my work phone and he was aggressive and basically told me to pound sand(but with inappropriate language). Which forced me to go back to Warren and deal with him. Well Warren then told me that John went back on the deal and wanted to charge Warren 1000$ for the brown seats. So, Warren was now making this my problem. After many frustrating conversations, the solution was made for Warren to order a cart with brown seats and swap my black ones for them. 3 weeks later, the seats came in, which I wasn t told until I asked. Then Warren continued to make his problems my problem. Lack of staff, other incidents happening etc. After many frustrating conversations and a weeks time. The seats were installed.My review is, avoid Warren and Nextgen carts! Warren told me many untruths, his communication is terrible. He would never initiate a conversation or be forthcoming with information. His customer service is horrible. He will make his business problems your problems. I truly believe if I wasn t so persistent, I would never have received the cart that I ordered.The Kodiak Apex 6 seater with brown seats is an amazing cart. I have an upgraded 160aH battery, it tops out at 32mph and has a range of 33 miles. It is great looking and we love it. But I would never have bought it if I was told the truth about the 105ah range and knew the poor business practices Nextgen had. So if you wanted a Kodiak buy it from someone else and be aware that the cart, as sold with go around 20 miles.My 1 star review reflects Warren and Nextgen. I would give a 5 star review of the Kodiak Apex 6 seater.Just address Nextgen s response to my post .. I have had multiple conversations about the matter and the generic response is typical of their standards.

If you re new to the area and feeling overwhelmed about how to find the right cart at the right price - then we know how you feel! We were dizzy with all the dealers and choices and uncertainty. Then we stopped at Nextgen. An hour later we had picked our cart and we couldn t be happier. Nextgen was awesome to work with. They delivered the cart the next day, and came to our door to install a sound bar when we wanted to add that. 10 out of 10 for Nextgen!

I brought my golf cart in to have these guys look at a collapsed bracket, connecting my springs to the body. These guys were very patient while troubleshooting and super helpful. I would definitely come here again.

This is the place that you can trust your cart with and know that it will be well taken care of. They installed lithium batteries and did maintenance on my cart. I can't say anything negative about the staff or the operation !

I am SO impressed with the service I received from this company. Warren was terrific to deal with on the phone when I called to discuss possible problems with my golf cart not running . Aaron came out to the house to check out my cart. It was decided the best option was to repair it in shop. Aaron picked it up, fixed it and returned it the same day as the pickup. It was a pretty big repair. I will never overfill my batteries again, ! so happy to have my golf cart back! Thanks Next gen carts!

I was overwhelmed trying to figure out which golf cart to buy. I had been to several dealerships before going to Nextgen Carts. Warren helped me pick the perfect cart. He helped me to make sure I could use it at my golf course. His price was great and the service has been outstanding. He customized my cart with golf bag holders and sand holders and he delivered the cart the next day. He answers all my questions and has been great to work with! IF YOU NEED A GOLF CART GO TO NEXTGEN CARTS.

If you re looking to purchase a golf cart I wouldn t look anywhere else. Warren is extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. Knowledgeable, honest and kind! We had an intermittent issue with our brake lights and they quickly diagnosed the problem. Fixed on the spot with no charge. Amazing owner and staff. We are fortunate to have them in our community and I highly recommend anyone to avail themselves of their services.

Fantastic experience. We shopped around at other local golf cart places, but no one had the knowledge and prices like Nextgen!!!! Warren is a great person to work with. He always stayed in contact with us, and answered every question we had even deliver this Golfcart after hours on a weekend. Fantastic experience I will recommend Nextgen to all my friends.

I visited NextGen Carts to check them out. After explaining my concerns and cart problems Warren had a driver pick up my dead cart within an hour. He then informed me new batteries and some wiring were necessary. He went on to explain the advantages of Lithium Batteries. Little to no maintenance, 8 to 10 year warranty, obtain a full charge in 2 hours and no stains on my garage floor. Warren gave me a great deal and I am a very happy customer.

NextGen did a great job servicing my golf cart. Unfortunately, we purchased through Nascart's and needed to find someone who was willing to fix a few issues and do regular maintenance. Warren & team were a great find. They reside in the same location where Nascart's was, which is convenient. They picked up my cart the same day I inquired, reviewed, and offered options. Highly recommend.

I had a lithium battery and 4 tires installed in my ICON. The work was done quickly and the golf cart was very clean when the work was done.I would recommend Nextgen Carts to everyone.

My cart died yesterday on Cross Town adjacent to the Canines for Warriors facility due to an electrical cable issue. Next-Gen carts was gracious to send out a crew to pick it up and take it to their shop for repairs. I say gracious because this was in a pretty strong Florida thunder storm. They made the necessary repairs and had the cart ready for me to pick it up this morning. All of this, pickup, parts, and labor was very reasonably priced. Much less than Nascarts would have charged. I know because I used to pick up and deliver carts for Nascarts. Highly recommend Next-Gen Golf carts for all of your needs, or a new golf cart. Many thanks to Warren and his crew. I couldn't be happier.

We Love our cart! Me and my family were very lucky to find Warren after our first experience with a different seller in the area sold us a cart that ended up having issues within the first month. Fortunately we were able to sell it back, even though I actually lost some money on it. Anyways, I was lucky enough to meet Warren and he gave me a very reasonable price and warranty on my new batteries. One of the best things about Nextgen Carts is that they're local and always answer my calls or texts if I have any questions. Warren even helped me pick up my cart and bring back to my house one time when I was having issues, we found out what part needed to be replaced and then he came over and fixed that as well. We drive our cart everyday and I feel confident knowing that if anything ever happened I have Warren and Nextgen Carts right around the corner to get me back on the road! Keep up the good Work Guys!

Needed to replace our old batteries with a new lithium battery and Warren was a pleasure to deal with. Messaged him on Saturday and replaced two golf carts on Tuesday. Great service and competitive prices, if you are looking to replace your old lead acid batteries look no further. Hope my new lithium battery last through the 8 yr warranty .
