I have used Automotive Industries for many years for all 3 of our family vehicles. In all of that time their team of mechanics has never failed to deliver the highest quality work at an outstanding value. The proprietor is a solid automotive professional who runs an honest business, one that clearly values the long-term satisfaction of his clients. Jose and his team of mechanics are always courteous and professional. Communication is uniformly excellent with no surprises, while service levels are uniformly high. I simply wouldn't trust my automotive service and repair needs to anyone else!

We ve been with Jose for 6 years and there isn t a person on the planet I would trust more for the care of my vehicles. He is incredibly knowledgeable, charges very reasonable rates, and performs only the service(s) that our cars need - no more and no less. Can t imagine you could find a person in this industry with greater integrity and a higher quality of work. Thank you Jose!

I recently had my 2019 Subaru Outback serviced by Jose and his team from Automotive Industries for a very difficult electrical issue. Fuse 26 which is always hot and controls many functions within the car including the fob key, interior lights, mirrors, etc. kept blowing. Jose and his team went over all of the wiring connections and were able to come up with a fix. While my car was in their shop, I received multiple calls with updates on what they were able to test and eliminate as the cause of the fuse blowing. I know electrical issues can be one of the hardest problems to find and fix in newer cars. I was very thankful and impressed with Jose and his team, they didn't give up until they had a working solution. Prior to going to Automotive Industries, I tried the Subaru dealer, and they wouldn't even return my call to schedule an appointment. My wife and I moved to the Nocatee area almost two years ago and were hoping we would be able to find someone who was honest, and you could trust to work on our car. Jose and his team are definitely the team we want working on our car. I would highly recommend and have already recommended Automotive Industries to our neighbors and friends to get their cars serviced.

I took my car in after reading reviews, to diagnose an issue. Jose took the time to inspect my car, to find that nothing was wrong. He was honest and told me to bring my car back if it starts again to diagnose on the spot. He didn't even charge me for the inspection. It is very rare to find honesty and truth in this industry because most will take advantage of the unknown. I have just found my "go to" for cars. Thank you Jose for your honesty!

Their mechanic guys are well trained, knowledgeable, courteous and very polite. The work (oil change & maintenance) done on my 2018 Porsche Macan vehicle was excellent and price reasonable. Jose very friendly and informed of the price before the work is done. We have developed a very high level of trust and confidence with theim. Unwilling to work on vehicle due to customer supplied parts.. What a scam ,we all know its so you can make a huge upcharge profit on shop supplied parts. The customer can get parts for x amount and you charge double.. No thanks I'll never do business with crooks.

We have been taking our vehicles to Jose and Automotive Industries for over a decade and each experience is better than the last. We know that every time we bring our vehicle in for services Jose will work hard to save us money while making sure the vehicle is safe and well maintained. My car has 250k miles and with Jose I am expecting another 250k. We cannot recommend Jose enough.

I highly recommend Jose and his crew at Automotive Industries. As a female, I am always skeptical of auto repair places but I have never felt that way with Jose. He has always been honest, dependable and timely. I have never felt like I'm been taken advantage of. This is a top notch auto repair businesses in north Florida. I have b taken my Audi and Cherokee there for several years. Not only are the prices reasonable, but Jose s knowledge of European cars is outstanding. Highly skilled and reputable, Jose cares about his customers and their satisfaction. He has also saved me several dollars in multiple situations comparedto what the dealer would have charged. I moved to Ponte Vedra just over 2 years ago leaving behind all my go to business contacts back in Massachusetts. In Massachusetts, I had my go to car repair shop and I used them for decades. We were friends and I trusted them w my car, and referred them to others. It was daunting to think of having to set up new trusted contacts here in Ponte Vedra. Fortunately for me, I found Automotive Industries pretty much as soon as I moved here and I have been so incredibly impressed with each visit. Jose and his team are wonderful to work with and I consider them my trusted advisors when dealing w my general maintenance as well as tricky repairs issues. There have been times where I was required to bring my luxury car to the dealer and that dealer would suggest I need a laundry list of things with a price tag of literally thousands and thousands of dollars while Automotive Industries would review the list and has always provided me with a much more realistic and obtainable solution. I have never needed the list of things recommended by the luxury dealer which only strengthens my trust with Automotive Industries. They have serviced my car about 4 times and my husband and I have used them for oil changes. I have referred them to several local friends and they have been happy too. I highly recommend this company and I believe you will have a great experience with them. We take all 3 of our vehicles to Automotive Industries for everything from a simple oil change to bigger things like transmission replacement or installing new shocks all around. They are fast, friendly and reliable. We highly recommend Jose!! Go see them, you won't be sorry.

We just had Automotive Industries service our VW and Toyota. Jose and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish on our vehicles. Always a more than fair experience with Automotive Industries. Can't say enough good things about the work that they do. If Jose says something needs fixing, you can trust him to know that it is what's needed. Prices are more than fair. Many times when I couldn't afford to fix everything, recommendations were given on what was important to address and what could wait. This family-run business is a rarity. Being fairly new to the area, I needed to find a place to check out my 2018 vehicle for general maintenance, based on what I was told at the local dealership. Since I don't always trust dealerships, I brought my car to AI LLC for a second opinion as they had great reviews on several FB sites. The reviews are right! Jose, and his crew, checked out my car and found NOTHING that needed to be addressed and told me that everything looks good until possibly my next oil change - and maybe not until way after that! Highly recommend these wonderful guys!

This my third time using Automotive Industries and it is where I refer my family and friends. Jose is fair and honest. His team does quality work in a timely manner. I have had a universal joint replaced, and idler gear replaced, and a vehicle inspection. Jose has been our mechanic for about 10 years. He has kept our cars in great running condition. He has done everything on our cars from brakes and bearings to oil changes and windshield wipers. He and his staff are always friendly and will explain each repair in detail. His prices are fair and competitive. I have recommended him to my family who now use him for their auto repairs. He is trustworthy and knows his job very well. I have no complaints. Thank you Jose!

Jose repaired 2 of my cars recently that had major issues. I read positive reviews about him and his business is close to my home so I decide to give him a shot. I was not disappointed at all, he is very reliable and honest. He takes the time to figure out the problems before telling you what the cost will be. He is very knowledgeable working on BMW's and I highly recommend him. I've always been pleased with Jose's honesty, reasonable pricing, and thorough understanding of automobiles. Today I was pleasantly surprised when he didn't charge us a diagnostic fee for a transmission issue we're working to resolve. The dealership, on the other hand, will charge you at least $100+ as soon as your car touches their service bay -- even if no work is completed.Hats off to Jose and his team at Automotive Industries. Jose, the owner is one of a kind. We had the pleasure of working with him at some of the most prominent car dealerships here in Jacksonville . He took care of our needs every single time and always impressed us with his level of high quality service. Imagine how excited we were to discover that Jose now has his own shop !!! He is the most honest service technician expert I have ever worked with. He is fair, he does an amazing job and the response time is incredible! Automotive Industries is one of the best, most professional auto shops I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Jose Palacios took care of us personally on two occasions for separate issues on our BMW 335xi. From Day 1, Jose made us feel like we were valued customers and he had his team take care of our issues promptly and effectively. Jose kept us updated every step of the way and both bills ended up being very reasonable. He's now our "Go To" repair shop for both of our BMWs. For how excellent he serviced us, there's no reason for us to go anywhere else but Automotive Industries. If you ever have the need to get your high-end car serviced, I will definitely recommend that you try Jose and his team out. There is no fairer, honest and professional mechanic than Jose. He has worked on my cars for over ten years, and I ve never had a single issue with his work or prices. In fact, he saved me almost $7k on a new transmission over the dealers quote! I have recommended so many people to Jose and everyone has been totally satisfied with his work, still using him today!
