I just signed up for my first Home Owners insurance policy with Lars however I have a lot of experience with insurance companies/agencies. This by far was the easiest, most pleasant experience I ve ever had. It didn t feel like other agencies that look out for your best interest , it truly felt like Lars was taking me through this process as if he was doing it for himself. He communicated extremely well and didn t try to sell me anything that I didn t need, even after I had mentioned things I was recommended from other agencies. Solid company, extremely happy with my experience. Highly recommend

Needed to get insurance as my policy did not renew. Anderson Agency is where my daughter has her policies and she recommended them for me. They were able to give me a great quote and renewed my policy with a reputable company.

Very satisfied with the service provided by Lars with the Anderson Agency. Have been using him for a couple years now for various combinations of auto, boat, and homeowner s insurance. His communication is excellent, typically responds to emails within a few minutes, and I don t think I have ever had to wait more than 15 minutes for a return call. He is always willing to look at all coverage options for us, and gives candid advice regarding coverage. As someone who regrettably often doesn t start policy shopping until a week before renewal, Lars prompt communication goes a long way.

I went with Anderson Agency to get my new car insured. I worked with Lars and he made the process incredibly easy and seamless. Lars is incredibly knowledgeable and has a knack for explaining things clearly and straight to the point. One of the most seamless and easy insurance processes I ve ever gone through. Couldn t recommend them enough. Thank you for making my life easier everyone over at Anderson Agency

Kari is the real deal. Talk to her and she will take great care of you. We switched from Brightway and the change is incredible. No phone system to navigate, if you call her, she picks up. Very happy!

The Anderson Agency of NE has once again done a great job for me. We evaluated my four insurance and added, modified, and changed carriers. I also once again worked with Kari who has been my 'go to' person for 10 years. I just came "home" to Anderson after being shuffled off to an unfamiliar Allstate agent. It really has been like coming home. Lars did a great job searching out the best policies for my needs. He was always responsive and I never had to wonder what was happening as I switched over to my new policies, he kept me apprised all the way through!

We have been Allstate customers for nearly 40 years and were hesitant to move to another insurer. However, our relationship with Kari at Anderson has always been very positive. When she found me comparable coverage with another highly rated insurer and nearly $1,000 cheaper annually, the decision was easy. We are happy to now have our auto and homeowners under a single agency with great customer service.

Kathleen is always on top of taking care of our insurance needs. She keeps us posted on effective ways to keep our premiums lower and offers up alternatives when ever there have been rate increases (which in Florida lately, have been quite often). She sends us information about what s going on in the industry to help us plan accordingly. She has guided us with suggestions to help us lower our premiums, which have a in the end, been very effective, allowing us to save money. Thank you, Kathleen for always working so hard!

Great experience - great customer service and better prices! The go to local agent in Ponte Vedra!! Highly recommend. I have been working with Lars for years, and he has continually kept me informed, up-to-date on any changes and provided the best customer service and competitive pricing. Lars has helped with not only Auto but Boat and homeowners insurance. Truly a one stop shop!

Kari Zerrahn is a wonderful agent. Very knowledgeable, and willing to do her best in order to achieve customer s needs. In my particular case, I really appreciate the patience she had with me as I m on a really tight schedule and couldn t pick up the phone basically never during business hours. I highly recommend Kathleen @ the Anderson Agency. Having dealt with other agents that don't value customers as much as they should (rushing off calls, taking days to write back emails) - Kathleen is the absolute opposite. Recently, I purchased a new construction home - The staff at Anderson Agency of NE FL was wonderful in providing clarification in regards to the purchase of my policies as well as what was best for me at the time. Through all the delightful ups and downs of a new construction home build this company remained by myside and kept professional. Never once did I feel as if my time or money was being taken advantage of. Highly recommend and will using them for future services!!!

I have a lot of insurance and was complaining to someone about how painfully high my premiums were. She said you should call Kathleen she's a miracle worker. I said no, I don't think I can do any better. She said just call her; I said fine. So i called. Kathleen got my homeowners insurance CUT IN HALF, my car insurance massively reduced, and informed me that other policies I had were basically worthless and overpriced. She completely fixed me and saved me a fortune! Can not recommend any more highly!
