I was skeptical about buying wheels and tires online and decided to take the plunge because they have an excellent website that answers a lot or the questions I had when buying for my new truck. I called them twice to ask questions and they not only answered ALL my questions but they answered some questions that I didn't even think about. They also took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase and kept communicating with me from purchase to shipping to installation. I really appreciated that extra effort and the tires arrived with everything that I needed for installation. In addition, they mount and balance them so they only need to be put right on when they arrive. They were even properly inflated to the right pressure. If you are hesitant, give them a call and they'll set your mind at ease. Their prices were also the best I could find for the set I was looking at.

Beoynd pleased with the tire and wheel package that I purchased for my 2021 Jeep Wrangler. Communication was excellent, every call and email was answered promptly. We will be back in a few months to purchase another tire and wheel package for my husband's truck.

Ordered wheels and tires in the beginning of June.. they called me and were out of stock on the tires I ordered, so they talked me through picking different tires which was fine, and they were 100 dollars less.. well after 4 weeks I still had not received the wheels, and not received my 100 dollar credit back to my bank account. After calling them daily for a week straight they finally told me it had shipped. A few days later I get the wheels and tires delivered and I put them straight onto the car, only then to step back and realize that they put 215/35/18 tires on the wheels when I specifically ordered 225/35/18 tires. I called them to ask what can be done at this point and they told me that since they were already on the car, they cannot be returned. Sure it was my fault for not looking them over before installing.. but the guy Mike told me that he would find out what could be done in terms of a partial refund or credit. Well after that phone call I have never heard back from them, and I have never received the money back from the tires I originally bought that were out of stock and 100 dollars more expensive. Luckily the 215 tires do work on my car, even though it's not exactly what I had wanted. other than that tiny positive part of this entire ordeal, I am furious with this company. They owe me 100 dollars and in my opinion they also owe me for sending the complete wrong sized tires, which I don't even know what the difference is in the 215 cost and the 225 in the tire I received bc I can't even access their website anymore.

The process was fast, shipping was great. The rims looks great with the car get a lot of compliments. Will definitely recommend. Had problems with TPMS sensors, called in and they are working with me to replace.

I did a lot of researching to find the best deal on wheel and tire package, Wheelfire had the best one. I was worried about the TMPS so I called and asked they use the same frequency as the factory, with that information I then went on to the website to place my order. Once I had finished placing my order I then called the end of the week to check the status of my order the representative was very helpful. When I called and checked on my order they told me that the wheels were in but the tires were delayed from the manufacturer. I then called back on the 9th business day after placing my order to check on the tires, the sales representative notified me that they could not get a set ETA when the tires would be there, so he upgraded my tires to a better brand with no charge to me. The tires they upgraded me to were in stock and could be shipped out the next day. The next day I received the email with the tracking numbers and the wheels and tires where delivered two days after they shipped. Once the tires arrived I did my visual inspection and mounted them to my wife's new jeep, after mounting them took them for a ride to reset the TPMS sensor in the jeep it only took 10 minutes for the jeep to read the sensor. We couldn't ask for a better experience with this company will definitely order more wheels and tires for my truck.

The product was perfect. I'm super satisfied with the rims and tires and lug nuts. The customer service was very satisfying and helpful. For my purchase, however, their website went down and my order went into the internet abyss. Wheelfire shipped it with no issues, however, Fedex dropped the ball. They delivered three tires in the morning and then I had to go to the regional Fedex building and pickup the last tire and sign for the delivery. I'm not sure what happened, but screw Fedex on that one.

I did a lot of research and needed help picking out the correct wheels and tires for my jeep. I had an idea what I wanted, but needed questions asked. Orlando helped me pick them out and spent time going over the process and got it taken care of. I was also thanked for my business and I am extremely happy! Thank you! Orlando is the Best!

I purchased a set of wheels and tires, mounted and balanced, with sensors, for about $1,500. Got a confirmation email. Waited a week and got no updates. 8 days after I placed the order, I called and asked (did not reply to email). They couldn't get the wheels I ordered. It did not say out of stock/unavailable on the website. It angered me very much to know they had no intention of contacting me about this issue. At least they didnt take my money.It would have been a good deal and all, but i cannot trust these people.

I was on the fence about ordering my wheels and tires from Wheelfire given a few reviews I had read. The truth is, I got a great price, great service and quick and accurate shipping. I called and spoke to a rep a couple times during the process and they were always friendly, knowledgeable and engaged with helping me. I am thrilled with the wheels and tires and my experience overall.

Unless you like to wait a long time and you are okay with receiving poor communication, I would not recommend using this company to purchase your wheels from. First, they didn't have the wheels I ordered and took them a week to let me know that. Then I was sent an email with some replacement wheels. After choosing a replacement wheel and confrming that there was not a price difference, they charged me an extra $140, however they did refund that back to me. I asked 4 different times "when I could expect the wheels to be shipped to me" and I have not received a response. I had even emailed Carlos and Fred directly, and even sent an email to customer support asking with no response.

Terrible customer service. 1st on ordering I asked about their military discount but was told their current sale was a better deal. But had to buy tires and wheels together which I didn't want. So received no discount. Then, ordered lug nuts as part of my wheels order. Got the wheels but the lug nuts never arrived. Asked for refund and have been promised one repeatedly for weeks and weeks with NO refund yet. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! They do NOT care.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Absolute SCAM.Ordered from them a month ago. All I received was a confirmation email from them after my initial $1600 order. Said it would take 10 days to ship. A week and half goes by before I realize their site is down, and the phone line is disconnected. Total rip off, now I have to go through hassle of contacting my credit card company.

MAJOR SCAM. Don t order from them- I placed my order on September 10. I gave them their 15 day shipping window and called on the 25th. They said my rims were never on the shipment and asked me to pick a different set so I settled for cheaper ones.They processed my payment for the original set that I was no longer receiving and stopped answering their phones (the line kept saying that they weren t open) and won t respond to my emails. I had to flag their payment with my credit card company. Never again.

Put my order in over 2 and a half weeks ago never got a tracking number and never heard from the company after i placed my order everytime ive called in the past week it says they are currently closed. Ive literally emailed the company 3 times and never heard back from them. I ended up disputing the charge on my credit card. I spent 2500.00 on this company and thankfully i will get my money back due to having a good credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT SEEMS LIKE A HUGE SCAM

If I could give zero stars I would have but nothing but a horrible experience. Made a purchase and never heard anything for a week had to call them, then they said they ordered wheels for me from the manufacturer but never showed up so they ordered a second set took them another week to get those and when I finally think things are going smoothly the wheels arrive and improperly balanced and they re trying to argue with me that it s fine when I mount and balance tires for a living they want me to drive it and see just so they can say I hit something or did something wrong. And on top of that some of the wheels are missing the screws for the center cap. 0/10 would recommend

Ordered rims, processed then says refunded. My refund was denied through PayPal. Emailed and called no response. Filing a fraud claim they took 1000$ and did not refund my money.

I ordered my product. Over 5 weeks in so far I haven t received them. I called everyday for a whole week in I m not getting anyRespond. Every time I call it keeps saying there closed. I even send more then one email hoping for a respond but nothing I m starting to thank this website is a scam so every one be careful ..,,,, .

I have had several positive experiences with the guys at wheelfire , this last was no different . Armando called to let me know my tires were on back order and to make sure the offset I chose was exactly what I wanted. He offered to let me reselect tires to get a faster turn around and even sent me links to all the tires that met the specifications i was looking for that they had in stock . Excellent customer service all around

Ordered wheels and tires through their online financing. No confirmation. No response whatsoever. No communication. Can't call because there phone say they are "closed". Used them in the past and they were great but seems they are closed now and leave the site up to take peoples money. Do not order from them!

Don't order from them they took my money and then stopped returning calls. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I've used them before. Many other people are having the same issue trying to contact them but it seems they've gone out of business without returning money or contacting customers. Their site is still up so don't order from them or you're going to have to dispute the charge

I been wanting a set of wheel and tire combo for quite some time and some how I stumbled upon Wheelfire and I couldn't be any more happier!! Their prices on combo packages are just not beatable! I guarantee you, you will not find a lower price than Wheelfire. I called for some assistance and Matt was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me with an order. I really wasn't ready to place any order but after speaking with Matt I felt confident and placed a order for a combo package. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy high quality wheels at a affordable price.

Spent well over 2k on wheels and tires and was promised an exact fit. Problems with tmps and fitment lights and concerns. Contacted them and again I was guaranteed it will be corrected and would send me a tool to correct. Never sent anything and they don t even reply to my emails. Stay away! Buy your wheels and tires elsewhere.

Worked with Matt and he took care of everything..got them ( new Fuel rims for my 2018 Ram 2500) in a couple of days and he even dropped them off at the house since I lived in the area.. couldn t ask for better customer service.. and we are a family of custom cars .. I won t hesitate to use them again. Good job!

Negative 100 stars. They are robbers. I supposed to recieved a credit for a set of damaged wheels that I send back. First,, they made me wait for months, then, they disappeared I still have all the emails between me and Matt Spangler. Shame on you Matt.

Great team over here! Ordered the wrong size for my vehicle and they contacted me about it before the mistake escalated! They installed, mounted and even reset the tire computers! Excellent!

You get a tracking number in your email immediately after the dispatch and many free gifts along with the package.
