Mr. Derrick Phillips, the son of the previous owner, performed a marvelous job on my vehicle and was able to work with my insurance in getting my vehicle repaired before the deadline of my travels. He was honest, professional , fast and efficient. Mr. Phillips went above and beyond by working extra hours in restoring my car. I am forever greatful .

Had my bumper and hood repainted. Had to take it back twice because of the paint bubbling and chipping with a couple days. The workers left my car filthy inside with the dust. The owner was extremely rude, didn't want to acknowledge me,and told me that he basically did me a favor and my car wasn't worth anything compared to the other cars he repairs. Derrick is extremely obnoxious and has no respect for women. Once you have a problem with his service, he does not maintain his professionalism and gets upset when you call them out on their flaws. Not worth the price, repairs or agony. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.Service: Painting

Buck Phillips is only helpful to those he knows and are close with. I went to get a fender work done, I was given a price of $355 for my vehicle at first ( written ) I later came the next 2 weeks to do the job. When I arrive I showed the price he first gave me, but he still raised the price to $522 and that s after I even removed my own bumper. I was in shock how the price went up and I made the labor even less. I then decided to buy my own fender to make the job less and just pay for install. I arrived the next 2 days after finding my fender for him to tell me the exact words I don t feel comfortable doing the job and then he told me go to where that place you know with a little smirk on his face after telling him I found the fender. (Keep in mind I m a college kid so any form of way to make the price less I would do, but he felt some type of way & in his feelings since I took initiative). I only returned after finding the fender to see the price he would give me, I already talk to another auto body who had me on schedule to pop up the next day, and so I got it fixed the next day for way less & a decent price. Customer service and experience was horrible.

I have a 2007 Honda Civic. It drives like a dream but it's exterior was starting to look like a nightmare. The paint was deteriorating and then I broke the sideview mirror while backing out the garage one day. This car was starting to look like it needed a new home in a junk yard.A friend recommended Westside to me and told me to ask for Derrick. She told me he was the best in the business and would not disappoint. Therefore I drove all the way from Miami to Pompano Beach to entrust Derrick with repainting my car and fixing my mirror.When I went to pick it up a few days later, it looked brand new. Derrick matched the paint perfectly, cleaned out the oxidation in the headlights, provided new windshield wipers, repainted the edging around the windows, and replaced my sideview mirror. I almost did not even recognize my car.Now all of my friends are asking me to refer them on who painted my car and I've been more than happy to share Derrick's information. Do not pay attention to detail, buffed my SUV and not only did he leave scratches and whatever compound he used all over the truck, you can see dull spots in the paint in all of the spots he was paid to repair. Owner is selfish and doesn't try to make the customer happy, just looks and nods when I ask him about the work. He was more interested in just getting paid than correcting his mistakes. Used them in the past, will never use them again.

Derrick re-beautified my black paint on my 2015 GMC Yukon! I couldn t be happier with the end result. He s an honest business owner and easy to communicate with. I really appreciate the kind of service and results he delivered. Strong recommendation for Westside Paint & Body for those in need!

Derrick is great to deal with. His attention to detail is excellent as well as his work. I highly recommend Westside Paint and Body if you have any body or paint needs for your vehicle.

This shop was recommended by an acquiantance, but as a woman I feel like I was ripped off by him.I took my red Corolla to this shop and they put white doors with dents on and painted them red.After taking it back 3 or 4 times I am still seeing white paint by the trim; they obviously didnt bother to take the trim off before painting the doors. These door were faded on the inside and don't match the other doors. The mirror that have spots which was repainted but are still there. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!If I could give zero stars I would

I went and Asked guy at front office to give me a price to fix front bumper and was told I'll pass on that! Really you are a body shop?. Very poor customer service I would not recommend them at all to anyone!
