The price is good. I purchased tires. I think that guys could have placed my items back into my car a little better/neater... looks like they just tossed my stuff back in. I will say I did not have to wait long for them to complete the service.

Bought 4 tires online and scheduled an oil change at the same time. Three hours later I received a text that my car was ready. When I went in and looked at the bill the oil change was not included. It was almost closing time. I declined the oil change. I went there to save time and do both at the same time. I would have been better off going to my warehouse club and oil change somewhere else. Complete waste of time going to Walmart

I have been a retail manager with high customer service skills for about 20 years. I just added stars because of the service manager Lincoln, which was the only one showing high customer service standards. I had to go to work and my battery was dead this. I arrive to Walmart in Pompano because they had in the past given me great service. I was just trying to ask them for the service and two of the guys working in the cars approach was aggressive and not polite at all. They send me to park and said they will help me turn the car back on later. I felt already frustrated, parked my car and went inside and did the line. When I approached the register I was neither welcome nor greeted and she just asked what I needed. I was going to respond and mention battery service and she interrupted saying it s one hour an a half . I said ok but and I was going to explain her I was in my way to work and it was just a battery she did not even let me talk, repeated is an hour an a half and I just left. I came out and ask them to please help me start my car and they gave me an attitude again and took forever. I went back inside Walmart Service Center and asked for the store manager. The service manager immediately react and said finally how I can assist you? Right there I felt someone cared and I calm down. I explained him the whole situation and he immediately looked into the best options to assist me. If it wasn t for him I was going to leave somewhere else and give not stars at all review. He is just himself a 5 stars, I believe his name was Lincoln. The cashier did not have a tag at all and never apologized. The other 2 guys didn t either apologize. When I was back at the register paying for the purchase and service she was again not pleasant at all and when I asked for change for a tip to the guy that fix my car, she denied she can open the register. I immediately asked the manager for change he said she can give you change and I said, no she denied it. He went himself to give me change and I said, thank you I really appreciate your help. You did a great job assisting me and I will give a review to you but also one to your employees because she has not be professional at all. Today, I removed the two extra stars because I had to go to Advance Auto Parts to get fixed and done properly the installation of a battery Walmart did completely unacceptable. They couldn t believe how Walmart did the job and they asked me how they let me go so unsafe.

scheduled an appointment for 11 for tires and then added on a oil change, took about 4 hours even with appointment. when i got my car back my odometer was 70 miles more than what i came in with. tires are good tho and my car is running good.

Good value for the money pretty fast service nice knowledgeable employees and I think that they have mostly everything you need in one place! It's a lot cheaper than going to a private mechanic or a tire shop for that matter they have better deals because they buy in bulk

Super busy location, it is the only Walmart in the Broward area with this service, so while it is true the waiting time is a bit long this is the reason. I went Sunday morning figuring people would want to sleep in or would be attending church. Walmart needs to expand these services to other store locations so they don't burn out the workers in this location. I found them to be very pleasant, helpful and the prices for the services provided were excellent. I highly recommend them just know you need time and patience. They are super busy. I bought the tires online and I had four tires, mounted and balanced with a warranty for my Ford Mustang for less than $500 not bad, not bad at all.Service: Tires

First 3 times I went there to get an oil change before covid was fine, no issues. Afterwards it's been multiple attempts to get service and it's always a cashiers with an attitudes telling me that they're done doing oil changes for the day or that they no longer do oil changes (still advertised). No assurance on when I'll be able to come back for an oil change, just being dismissive at a customer.Finally was able to bring my car in for an oil change. However, this time either auto center is run by incompetent people or a scammers, because they had the gall to not change my oil, charge me for an oil change, reset the oil guage and honestly thought that I wouldn't check the dipstick.Had to fight for a refund and when they finally brought me the service report they conveniently tried to slip over the mechanic's note "unable to change oil." Suddenly charged their time from of them having changed the oil to charging me for the mechanics time before they conceded and finally refunded me my money.Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy if this is how bad it's gotten.Service: Oil change

Absolutely not. Brought my car in for an oil change and after being told it wouldn t take long, here we are 2.5 hours later and me leaving without an oil change. What gets me is lying about how long it s going to take .. just be honest!!! Don t tell me 20 minutes and 45 have gone by and my car is still untouched. Now it s apparently about to be started and it s going to be another 30 min, but you told me that 45 min ago .. I ll go elsewhere.

If you value your vehicle at all. Please avoid getting any work done here. Tech that replaced two tires had no clue what he was doing. Set tires to 50 psi when they were supposed to be at 37. Even after asking him and confirming, saying they were at the correct psi when I got home confirmed they were at 50 psi. He also didn t even know how to program the tpms system after replacing the tires. Let alone that fact that it almost took 2 hours to swap 2 tires. Go to a real tire shop/ mechanic if you need work to be done correctly.

I called night before and was told need no appointment. Got there at 10am, I am disabled, hobbled in and a not friendly woman said I need to make an appointment. I just needed one tire and oil change. I told her I was told no appointment necessary. When I left she said would you like to wait for 4 to 5 hours. I left and will not go back! There were 2 stalls with nobody in them.

Got a great price on some premium tires. Made an appointment about a week out to get them installed. When I arrived, they told me they couldn't install them as my wheels would get damaged. I appreciate them being honest, but then why was I even allowed to book the appointment? I have stock 21 inch wheels, nothing aftermarket.Instead of being able to get them installed I had to stuff the tires in my car and find another place to install.

On 8/25/2023 I brought my vehicle to have the tires replaced. After picking up my vehicle it was shaking like crazy. I knew it was never balanced Called back and there was no space to fix my problem. Incredible that I was charged for a service they never did . And dangerous too! Had to take to another place where they told me my lug nuts weren t torqued either.

Excepting the low cost Walmart isn't good for much. You are trading time for money saved. The place is horrendously slow and time consuming even after you take an appointment .

Prices and timelines of their service can't be beat. BUT BE SURE TO MAKE A RESERVATION or you may face a long wait

Good quick service. We bought our boy a battery here and it was very easy in and out. Customer service is very well-trained because we need a special battery and they are quick to look it up in tell us right one. This battery would have cost double the price anywhere else other than Walmart. Great convenient location in proximity to our boys lives. Will definitely need visit this Walmart again when we go to visit.

I have been to this Walmart Auto Center for the last 2 oil changes and battery replacement and I am very happy with the service. I have always went to the dealership and paid so much money for the upkeep and maintenance of the cars that I have purchased. But Walmart prices are much more affordable during a time where everything is expensive.The wait time sometimes has been extremely long but like my mom always tells me pack your patience where ever you go cause you aren't the only one needing that service. So I just patiently wait for the service to be completed. Thank you Walmart for being available to assist with my car needs.

I went in to get my oil changed based on a promotion I saw online. The initial cashier I encountered, informed me that they were all out of stock oil and that I was going to have to purchase the more expensive oil. I explained to her that I was coming for a promotion. She stated that if it's not on her board, then the promotion does not exist for this store. I didn't argue with her, and let her write up my service order. Afterwards, I went and found Curtis, the Auto center manager.Even though, the first cashier, and Mimi, another cashier, did not represent Walmart well, Curtis displayed EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, a THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE of the centers services and products, AND he went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was GREAT!!!Lucas did an excellent job on my vehicle, and was very polite! Overall, I was satisfied, and will return!

Well I order some tires on walmart.com I also wanna dump to install it But it was disappointed The guys there don't even know how to put the card on the left And I hope they don't run out of weigh The guy that bounced my tires did not know what he was doing I've been in this business for years Never seen a tire balance with so much weight Also one of my real tires Was miss in the cap on the log nuts And they swear it wasn't them That Misplaced them

I came in for a simple oil change, I waited for 2.5 hours only to then ask if my car was complete, I was then informed that the oil change was never completed due to a filter being too tight. I wish that this had been communicated right away versus having to find out almost two hours later. I set time aside for this only to now have to go elsewhere. I guess I should ve expected anything more from Walmart service. So disappointing.Updated review: This place is still a shot show. Long wait only to tell you that the job cannot be perform. The only difference this time is they decided to break my cap for the oil stick, and not say a thing about it. This review was just a nice lake warning. I ll be sure to follow up with your corporate offices on this piss poor job.

The young registrar treated me in an impatient and rude manner, she gave me a very unpleasant time. You need to educate yourself in customer service. In short, I don't know what this treatment is more like, or lack of respect or an act of racism.

If there was an option to get zero stars or a negative Rating they would be on the top of my list.! I have a nail in my tire.. I have a warranty from them! I was told I can contact them in any case of emergency. And they would be as the best of assistance as they could.. I've called about 8 or 9 times nobody ever picked up the phone, and the one time somebody picked up the phone they directly hung up... The lack of care that they have for customers.. The service that they provide.. It's horrid! I am now stuck with a flat tire ..When I did have the opportunity To initially go there when I first started contacting them. I would have had it taken care of... But now I am stuck.. And have to figure out another source.. Completely unacceptable..! Would never recommend anybody to go to this tire care center..!

Never use this car center! Stupid staff. It was on July 24 2023. Nobody answers the phone calls. When I arrived to change tires they said me to wait about two hours until the work is done. In TREE hours they informed me, they had only 3 wheels and offered to replace only tree. Nobody of them knows it us dangerous to drive on wet road with different tires, especially if some of them are worn. Nobody is responsible! Never use that service if you want to be safe and value your time

I was a little concerned about trusting my car to Wal-Mart for repairs. But I made an appointment for four new tires and was in and out in right at 1-hour! Very reasonable prices too compared to most car service centers in South Florida.

This morning I went to the Walmart AutoCare Center in Pompano. I checked in around 8:25 a.m. I needed a battery and the cashier said there were 3 in stock. I needed wipers and the cashier told me they had 12. I asked approximately how long it might take to get to my car since I could easily Uber to work. She said there were two cars in front of me so maybe 45 minutes. 2 hours later(!!), they finally took my car in. About 10 minutes after that, they call my name to tell me they don't actually have the battery I need and that I should drive to a different Walmart pick up the battery, and bring it back so that they could install it. Unacceptable. If the system says they have the batteries then they should be able to find them. If they don't have the batteries then someone should be doing a proper inventory to make sure that what's listed in the computer is actually on hand. I have now wasted nearly 3 hours of my day and have still not gotten my car fixed. I cannot drive around hoping that my battery continues to start my car. I can't be stranded on the side of the road, especially not with two kids in the car.I am going to have to try another day but I will end up spending $100 more because I can't trust Walmart to do what they say they're going to do. You can't call over there because no one answers the phone. 2 stars just because their prices are reasonable.

Where do I start...ok..here goes...bought tires...made installation appointment..got reminders of my upcoming appointment leading up to the take..checked the status on line..said in progress..still getting reminders..called several times to verify..no answer..decided to show up for the appointment..heard tires were not there yet and the phones have been down for weeks if not months. The team leader (awesome guy, and the only reason they got a star) said he'd check on it and personally give me a text. Few days later, tires came..tried rescheduling the appointment via their customer service as you can no longer do it online..received confirmation email of my date and time..showed up promptly for my appointment..heard there was none..ofcourse I was livid..team leader had already left for the day..another gentleman came to speak to me..apologetic and promised to try and fit me in early the next morning..showed bright n early..long line with one person to assist..didn't get through until about 3 hours after..WALMART you can afford to do better..for a so called "first world country" this is unbecoming. Now, I have nothing against the workers as they are doing their best given their limitations..grossly overworked and I suspect under paid..someone in authority needs to look into this!

I purchased my tires online. You can't purchase the installation online but you can schedule the appointment. So I do. I'm here now and tell the attendant that I wish to purchase the $28 per tire installation package. She tells me that's not the right price. I show her as well as the auto center manager the advertisement on their website. They tell me that's not THEIR price. Am I not in Walmart? This is FALSE ADVERTISING and it's ILLEGAL! I hate this store! THIS is why I NEVER shop here.Next time I'll pay more for my tires elsewhere where they honor their advertised prices instead of saying "You must contact corporate" like a robot.Shame on your stores for not honoring advertised in store pricing!!Service: Tires

Worst auto center ever. Been there twice for the oil change. Both the time either they where short staff or they close even before the working hours. If you try to book the appointment they won t let you as it s walkin only. And if you go at 3pm or 4pm ( its should be ideally open as the working hours are till 7pm) they ask you to come at 7 in the morning. Why would I go to change my engine oil in the morning at 7am! Worst experience!!
