Absolutely AWFUL experience with this company. I called to inquire about purchasing a spray rig from this company. They sent me a buyers order and I was going to fly out to check out the truck. They never ONCE asked for a deposit to hold the truck, though I gladly would have paid it. They contacted me and told me the truck had to go into service to fix some battery issues. This rolled over into transmission issues and the truck was in the shop for weeks. All this time I thought the truck was being repaired so I could purchase it...I get a phone call today that they SOLD THE TRUCK TO SOMEONE ELSE. A different salesman, a scumbag named David with no respect for his co-workers and co-sales people, just STOLE the commission from the person I was working with. They never even gave me a phone call saying someone else wanted the truck and give me the chance to put a deposit down even though I expressed interest first. They wasted WEEKS of my time waiting for this truck that I really wanted, just to call me and tell me I am screwed. If they are willing to do this to potential customers then they are definitely willing to sell you a truck loaded with problems that will break down in no time. Be very careful buying from this company as they have no morals.Especially if you get this "David" Salesperson who is willing to steal a sale from his teammates. Who does that? No one I want to do business with.

Xavier was fantastic as he helped me with my warranty on the truck. He was extremely professional and stayed on top of that to make sure that the part that was covered was under a maintenance agreement. Great job to him and hope he is recognized for his service.

Afren was great! He was very professional and helpful throughout the process. Husband loves his new work truck!! Very nice staff in office who work hard to get an approval. We will definitely be returning!

Company Serviced a fleet vehicle here. Their idea of fixing batteries draining is by disconnecting electrical components until the draw goes away and then leaving them disconnected instead of figuring out the issue and fixing the the actual problem.Also takes an entire year to respond and try and make things right after my review.

If I can give 10 stars I will! Just bought a box truck from Efren, he went above and beyond to help me. He exceeds my expectation in every possible way! He's a great salesperson and so genuine and truly cares about his clients. I strongly recommend Efren if you ever need to purchase here. I will definitely return for my second truck.

I stopped by Friday and agreed on the price of the NPR truck for the amount of 37.9K I put a deposit and I said I'll put 5k down. Monday came along, the deal has changed because they said my credit was declined 2x but got an approval from another bank. Now they want 10K down, the priced increased to extra 10k because they want maintenance warranty for 4k, another 1500 for gap insurance, dealer fees , plate registration taxes..etc.. but what threw me off.. they said my payment would be over $1000/per month for 48 months...that's almost 50K...with a purchase price of 37.9K... so I said send me the paperwork , I'll give it to my banker and buy the truck outright.. here's where it gets interesting, they said they're only selling the truck at that price if I finance it through them. I said you sold the truck for the listed price of 37.9k They never told me that I have to finance through them, and the manager told me that's the internet price..then I said I'm buying it at internet price of 37.9k. Then this manager pretend he didn't even met me, but the tool took my information in his office where his sales guy corrected him saying I was there. I told them I'll never do business with them, very deceiving, I wonder how the attorney general would react to these practices? Long story short. Don't trust these guys double talk and did not send me the paperwork to cover up for their greed..... Lesson learn...PIGS GET FAT...HOGS GETS SLAUGHTERED

Very bad experience I came to buy a part of my truck and I took the vin number and they gave me the totally wrong part of another truck I tried to make a return and they did not accept me they made me lose my money and my time because I did not have professional staff to attend I am their client but with this bad experience I changed to another truck sale

They are good only when want to sell a truck, after that the service is always overtimed, they never answer the Phone when you need parts.I bought two hino trucks and i will never buy a truck again here

Purchased a 2018 Freight-liner December 2021, everything looked good. Got back home to SC and 15 days later the truck is broke down. Long story short truck has been in and out shop several times and I have spent over $20,000 in repairs. I am highly disappointed this vehicle has a lot of rust and assumed to have been under water because everything I have had replaced has been either gunked up or rusted out! (Allegedly). Just wanted to share my experience. If I could give zero stars if I could!

Purchased a truck from Steve Weiss and in less then 72 hrs the truck broke down. I have tried reaching out to Steve in a professional manner via email and phone however no response. I feel this is no way to do business nor is this a way to build rapport and get more business referrals from myself as well as other customers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL

Bought a 2017 Hino with confidence everything would be as perfect as I was explained it would be. I was even told if it needed anything to pass PA state inspection, to let them know and they ll cover the expense. Over $500 later all my phone calls, text messages and emails have been ignored. At one point I was even told by Brian they ll mail a check out by the end of the week. That was 4 weeks ago. Come to find out they went back on their word and that hurt me more than just financially, but the trust I had in them was destroyed.

Brandon was an amazing salesman! Everyone here was so helpful, kind and informative. They gave us an amazing deal on a va , and handled all the DMV paperwork and even let us come inside to the office with our dogs and gave them water. Super nice! Their customer service is amazing and you don t feel like you re being pushed or pressure to buy. They are there for you. We love them and will deff recommend to everyone! :) thank you guys for helping us so much! :)

Ordered a part that the part dept said I needed, wrong part and wanted to return it, was told it was special order so i cannot return it. $200.00 part I am stuck with. Not good ethics. i was even willing to pay return shipping, even though it was not my mistake. Be careful in dealing with this company. Sales was great! Would never go back to them again

Would give negative stars if possible. Very long story short- this company sabotaged our box truck in order to substantiate unnecessary repairs and an inflated, exorbitant repair quote. When we told them we would pick our truck up for a second opinion, we were advised it was not starting and when we questioned why it was when we dropped it off and wasn't now, they said never mind it does start. The truck was picked up and upon inspection by another mechanic it was found that the fuel filter seal was pinched and hanging out and the system was left unplugged. The service writer (Buddy) apologized, but after many requests for his manager to call me, I am still waiting. Upon replacement of the fuel filter, since the seal was damaged by their shoddy installation, we found they had put pieces of aluminum foil in our fuel filter to try to substantiate their ludicrous and unnecessary repair quote of over $12,000. We have contacted the authorities, made a complaint with the BBB and will be posting this negative review on every platform possible to try to warn others of the shady and criminal business practices of this company. Do yourself a favor and find another company to do business with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to be robbed blind or have them sabotage your vehicle when you refuse to be taken advantage of. For some reason not all photos not uploading to my review, but have been added to the company's google listing. There are photos of their "work" and the quote... go see for yourself !!!

I am in the hospitality industry and customer service is incredibly important to me. Before I ever spoke to a representative I over heard two employees bad mouthing whom ever had been in before me. I turned around and left immediately.

This dealership is the worst of the worst in the planet. I order a box truck in May 2015. After I talk to salesmen name Mike, he told me to wait 4-6 weeks. I wait it til August 15 to get my truck. When the truck was deliver to me was a nightmare . I got charge for everything and nothing was done. . I file a lawsuit again them. Now we see each other in court. I will never never recommend this garbage dealership to nobody. Be careful guys. This think is a nightmare . Save your time and money. .

Update 05/20/2016 : After filling a complaint with the BBB, we were able to come to a resolution with Lou Bachrodt. I've adjusted my review from 1 star to 3 stars because we are pleased with the outcome and that Lou Bachrodt made this "right" with us.If I could I would give negative stars. We purchased a brand new 16' truck, the manager Steve Weis, and his salesman Steve Goldman were VERY quick to sell us the truck. They even came to our warehouse to do the paper work and bring the truck. BUT the truck needed a lift gate, we thought they were going to do it themselves but they contracted it out to some "company" in Hialeah (already new it was bad news as from experience I don't trust any work out of Miami-Dade) Weeks later Tri County delivered the truck finally, and guess what? the lift gate was faulty and not welded on correctly... they did a horrible job. We called the salesman Steve whom drove over to our warehouse to inspect and basically told us there was nothing wrong, until we showed him how the gate got caught and would not come down. They send over the manager, or some rep from this crappy company in Hialeah and the guy told me that we had to drive the truck to Hialeah (from North Broward) Which we did and I had to follow the driver there because we were told we were going to leave the truck there. Every single person who worked there, including that manager were extremely rude and coming at us like they didn't care about their crappy job, or that they are costing us time and money. Then they told us we had to drive the truck back and they did not want us to keep it there. This is the people that Tri County decides to do business with... So the next headache and what shows how dishonest Tri County is.... We have a business to run, and was out a truck,the salesman Steve Goldman told us to rent a truck and they will reimburse us the costs of the rental. They had our truck for over 3 weeks! The rental ended up coming to around $600.00 We even made our first payment on the loan during this time for a truck we didn't even have in our possession. So finally after all the stress we got the truck back. As requested I sent Mr. Goldman the receipts from the rental that clearly showed the dates, etc. He kept telling us that the office was cutting a check, then next excuse was that some accounting manager was out on vacation, then excuse after excuse, he then stopped answering and returning our calls. We called their office numerous times for the manger Steve Weis, just to get to his voicemail with no call back. After numerous texts, and phone calls to Steve Goldman he told us that he wasn't involved anymore and we had to take it up with the manager Steve Weis, then more phone calls with no answer and no return calls. I kept texting Mr. Goldman then he got back to me and said that they would only agree to pay for 2 days and would cut the check. That was on 04/08...Today is 04/25 and we have yet to receive any correspondence from them. We purchased this truck in December of 2015 and didn't get it back until very late January, almost February. We haven't received any check for any reimbursement amount. These people run a dishonest business. They just want your money quick and don't care about you afterwards even when it was something that was clearly a mistake on their part. Looking back I should have gotten it all in writing that they would reimburse us but since I run an honest business, I took these peoples word... I am disgusted by their business practices and will never do business with them ever again nor recommend them to any of our trade partners and vendors.

Mike Bouffard rocks. We tried working with dealers in Orlando but Mike gave us best deal, financing and service including delivering Isuzu box truck to us. I highly recommend him and Lou Bachrodt's dealership.

worst experience ever on service departmentwe left our truck there for 2 days was sitting there without anyone looking at it than will one of the personel wuoted me 1700 for front brakes which was the original estimate i wantedinstead they did oil change on the truckdefin not reliableto bad thats what i actually bought truck from i tought they would be better

Bad salesperson.they tell you want you want to hear for you to purchase the truck. Then when you call and ask why was I told this and that the response is your word against mine. That's not good business. I advice every one go somewhere else
