My mom got a flat for the second time in a month. Her building is under construction down the road and there s nails everywhere. It s a major undertaking.I called AAA they never showed up. Fla has big problems with AAA, not enough tow truck drivers. A nice gentleman who was a tow truck driverhappened to show up in our development and I flagged him down. He filled my mom s tire, showed me the nail and off to Tire Kingdom we went. My mom already used her spare tire which was a donut. My mom had an air compressor in her trunk so it made it convenient to fill up her tire temporarily and drive five minutes to Tire kingdom.Unbeknownst to me, my mom has faithfully been using this Tire Kingdom for 10 years. They ve always done right by her with oil changes etc.So many car places take advantage of older people especially woman, not this place. Jim worked with us.Tire Kingdom was bought out by Mavis Tire Discount. They are keeping the name separate but some of the policies are similar. I personally prefer Tire Kingdom over Mavis.Jim at Tire Kingdom was wonderful. We didn t have an appointment and this is a very busy store. Jim let us know we would have to wait and he would fit us in as soon as he could. No one knew how long it would be. Jim did apologize for the long wait, but we really didn t have a choice.Mom and I sat in their showroom for about 3 1/2 hours. Jim constantly came over and updated us and apologize but they were very, very busy and people had appointments. Our tire was looked over thoroughly and unfortunately we had to replace it. The last flat did a number on the tire. Jim gave us a good price and suggested we get a warranty package since this is the second time my Mom got a flat in a month.The warranty ( Mavis) consisted of $15 a tire. It is good for up to 1200 miles since my mom is old and only drives locally. I felt this was a good option going forward. Jim s manager Chris was also very nice. One of their machines was down, and Jim let us know where we could go to get it done at another Tire Kingdom. Both Jim and Chris said if they were to give us a hard time and try to charge us to let them know. They shouldn t charge us. Jim also checked my mom s breaks and break fluid. Both were good for now.If they don t have the tire that you want, they can order it and it usually comes in, in 24 hours.I definitely would recommend this Tire Kingdom.

Alex gave me excellent customer service. I called customer service over the phone and they told me different price that we agreed on so when I came to the store it wasn't the same price and I felt lied to, I was upset and alex was able to explained to me in detail what happened. He was able to explain it in a very professional manner and he explains the mistake over the phone about the quote I got. He was able to resolve the issue. Definitely recommend Alex the supervisor to anyone and everyone.

The service I received today was exceptional!I came in with concerns on my vehicle and left feeling at ease. Alex was very attentive to my concerns after inspection from the amazing service team, Alex presented the issues my car had along with solutions. I got everything fixed in no time. Horrible experience here they lied and said all our service was done when they only did 1 out of 4 things we paid for. Had to go back and get the rest done after driving all the way home and realized nothing was done. They didn't even compensate us for our time and patience for all the headache it caused us. How do you take full payment and tell us everything is completely finished yet nothing was done to the car that was paid for. that is ridiculous. 4 hours of my day lost. Never again.

First of all, I was surprised that we could get in on the Sunday, I feel that Its hard to get an oil change on the weekends. That should have been the first red flag. We went there for an oil change and to get our tires rotated. Second of all $113 for an oil change is CRAZY!! Third is there said the did the tire rotation but lied and did not. (We know cause one of our tires was low and still is in the same spot. I will be driving to a different one next time. Rude workers also, you can tell they are miserable.

We stopped in just for a minor repair. They worked us in right away just before a major holiday. Jim and Astin were very helpful. The team was quick, attentive, and very kind and I will definitely come back here!!

Alex was graciously amazing. From what could ve turned into a horrible experience to where I would never bring either of my cars back to Mavis or Tire Kingdom, he turned into an unforgettable experience and handled it like a real manager! Will definitely be back!!!!! - Octavious

I went to the Tire Kingdom in my area to get an oil change and tire rotation. The gentleman that assisted was Jim Protesto. I don t remember having such a pleasant experience at a service center as I did at this place, that s because Jim was pleasant and took the time to explain to me a few additional safety issues with my car. I know I was going to need new tires at some point, but Jim explained they were really worn and should be replaced. I also was informed my rear brakes were worn as well. I decided that because my experience this day was so pleasant, I made an appointment to have the additional work done the following week. I would recommend this Tire Kingdom store to family and friends. I m sure the other service managers at this location are nice too, but my good experience was with Jim.

Took three hours for an oil change on a hardly busy day because they overfilled the car by a quart.Glad I checked the oil level before leaving because being that overfilled could have caused terminal engine damage.Their computer told them 5 quarts for a car which takes 4. How can they be trusted when they don't even check the level on the dipstick after changing the oil?They still charged me for 5 quarts of oil when I only needed 4. Wouldn't give me any kind of refund or compensation for my trouble because when I called the number listed on google I was given to "customer service" instead of the store and customer service gave me a special discount supposedly when I made the appointment.My invoice clearly showed 5 qts at $14 per qt, so I shouldve been charged $14 less.Thankfully they did drain and refill it back to the proper level at no charge but I don't recommend going here and won't be back myself.

Came here for the first time to have a tire replaced. Was assisted by Astin, who was very helpful in finding the best tire for my needs. He also went above and beyond and told me the life span of the other tires on my car, which helped me make my final decision on which tire to get. Will come again in the future!

I recently brought my KIA Sedona in to have the brake lights and turn signals fixed at the Tire Kingdom location located on the corner of Copans Road and Federal Highway in Ppmpano Beach, Fl.The poor service began on the phone as your representative told me it would cost 350 to replace my brake light assembly if it had been shorted out. I said ok and brought my car in for service the next day.When picking up my vehicle on Tuesday of this week, the bill was 429.00. I asked why it was $80 more than quoted and was told the quote had not included labor. I don't think it was cool to have been given a different quote than it ended up costing, but I went ahead and paid the bill in good faith.When I went out to get my car, I realized the driver side break light still did not work. I went back inside and Kemo, the manager, told me the paperwork had not mentioned anything about the drivers side brake light.I was a little flabbergasted by that because I had spent some time talking to the assistant on Monday and even went out to my vehicle twice for him to check all my lights and supposedly write down everything I needed to have done.Keno then told me to wait while they took care of the brake light. When he was done and returned my keys, I went to leave, but noticed that my drivers side brake light cover was broken, when it was not when I brought the car in.I went back inside and told him about the broken brake light cover and he said he didn't know what I was talking about. I asked him to come outside and look. When he did, he asked me and my husband to wait and he would be right back. We waited for about 15 minutes and when he returned, he said he had ordered the brake light cover and it would be here on Thursday. I said ok and that I would see him Thursday.Today, I called to see if the cover had come in and it had so, I planned to take the car in. Then Keno called and told me that it was going to cost 210$ when I came in. I said that no, I was not paying for a broken brake light cover that THEY broke. He said it needed to be replaced anyway so they were not going to replace it for free. I reminded him that at NO time had he mentioned that I was going to have to pay for a brake light cover that THEY broke, nor did they talk to me about needing to replace the cover before I brought it to his attention that they had broken it.He did not relent, and when I asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager.This is the WORSt service I have EVER received from Tire Kingdom, or from any mechanic shop anywhere.

I had a great first-time experience at the Pompano Beach Tire Kingdom. It was a pleasure from the time I walked in to the time I left!! See Alex he is very knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend going there for all of you car care needs!

I had an appointment at 9:00am to get 4 tires and there was no one there. Employees started to come and it turned out that the person that was supposed to open forgot that they needed to work. I got no apologies or any compensation for waiting for over an hour. Once my car was in it took another 2 and 1/2 hours to finish. Once I got in my car and drove it they didn t do the alignment. It was shaking bad when i got to 55mph. I hadn t had breakfast and was hungry. I also had my kids at home and I needed to get back. I called Tire kingdom back and all they said was Sorry and to come back to fix it. After spending half my day there my plans with my kids were ruined. I paid $638. I was actually supposed to get $20 off at the counter but the assistant manager Alex forgot to give it to me. I believe after all my troubles and patience I should be compensated. And i m never going back to this Tire kingdom.

Customer service was very nice, but I had to take my car back a second time for a tire patch. As it turns out, the tech had not actually done the patch when I first went on Sunday, October 28, 2023 so I had to put air in my tire all week before going to work. I took it back on November 5, 2023 and the gentleman from customer service admitted it wasn't done when I was there and paid for it one week ago. All I can say is perhaps better management is needed and for sure when Shelly was there this is not something that ever would have happened, because we took our other car there when she was Manager and never had that issue. Seriously a safety issue and needs to be looked at!

Brought my car in to see why my vehicle was losing brake fluid. Chris the manager told me everything was fine and that I should bring the car to the dealer. When the dealer removed my back tires, the rims were soaked with brake fluid coming from the callipers and they told me the vehicle was dangerous to drive. Called back Chris to reinspect the vehicle and questioned how he could miss this. When I arrived Chris disappeared and Alex gave me the run around so no one even looked at my car. A simple problem that could have been fixed had they been an honest garage, as well as a complete lack of customer service and safety.

I highly recommend this particular Tire Kingdom location. Always open when I need them, weekends included. They are reasonably priced and polite (hard to find these days - plus, I am a woman and the are respectful of my questions) - Shocker. I am here, today, to get brakes, new tires, alignment 2 roters turned... Happy New Year to me!Thanks everybody at T.K. - have a Great New Year!!!

Good, fair pricing for new tires. Went with a nice new set of Pirelli tires. It was hard to find my size tire and I ordered them in at my first stop and had them installed a few days later. They do Military discount and price matching to competitors! The staff is super friendly. I am Satisfied with my experience at this location Tire Kingdom. I recommend a visit here for your tire or small repair needs.

I made an appointment online @ 12 noon & whilst speaking with Jon at the front desk, they were able to honor my wheel alignment earlier. Jon was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. Time & quality at this Tire Kingdom location was amazing. I was amazed by the staffs customer service with all the other waiting customers. Very nice establishment & I would recommend anyone to give them a try because you won t be disappointed! Thank you Jon for being an awesome staff member with Tire Kingdom.
