I was purchasing a car from a dealership several hours away from me and needed somebody trustworthy to test drive the vehicle and do an inspection. Based on the Google reviews I saw, I reached out to Chris at Sunshine Auto Center. I was on a tight timeline and despite calling him at lunch in the middle of a weekday, he was still willing and able to pick up the vehicle, do an inspection at his shop, and provide me with comprehensive information so I could feel confident in my purchase.The price for the service was more than fair and Chris absolutely over-delivered with the videos, photos, and information about the truck. Chris was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and gave me very helpful information about needed repairs. This allowed me to negotiate a more fair price for my purchase. I would 100% recommend them for anyone who's looking for a trustworthy shop in the area.

After moving to South Florida it was tremendously hard to find a reputable mechanic. Our family found them after our Daughter's car was towed to their shop. We've had all three of our cars serviced over the last couple of years and couldn't be happier. They always call with a quote to verify the work and price and call if there are any problems or delays. They are even proactive if something needs repair in the future to bring it to your attention. Love the front to back care each of our cars receives each time we bring them in. Extremely competitive pricing and I never feel taken advantage of. Kudos to Chris, Mike and the Team!!!

Excellent garage we broke down on our way home from Florida to Connecticut found them on yelp they had good reviews so we took a chance from the front desk staff to the service manager Mario to the mechanics they were all top-notch Mario even stayed late to wait for a part to arrive we felt like they had our backs and cared about us if I lived in the area they d be my go to garage they got the car back on the road safely and quickly.

Stellar first time in, 23 year old rusty Ford from the mountains needs plenty of love and I'm eternally grateful I went with my gut on sunshine, being in a new place, its easy to be weary of the unfamiliar, decades of business their reputation doesn't need any help the work does the talking, stoked to start crossing off the to-do list and thanks again to the whole squad over at sunshine auto!

I took my 2007 Toyota Yaris in for painting of the roof, hood and trunk. very friendly staff and what an excellent job they did. Not only was the painting top shelf but they cleaned the inside better that when I bought the car. I can't say enough good things about this company. Absolutely a great experience every time. These guys go well above and beyond. Ever since i found Chris and Mario 1 year ago, I will take my truck to nobody else. Excellent workmanship, honesty and integrity. Too bad they dont have a sixth star i could give. You guys ROCK! Highly recommended.

Staying in nearby Lauderdale-by-the-Sea when we have a check engine light. Took us in immediately for an evaluation and possible parts and service requirement which they would do the NEXT day. It was one of the best experiences I have had at an auto shop. From front desk to management to the techs working the shop. You walk into a clean lobby with friendly staff, and they keep you informed from start to finish. They do not try to do more than you ask but gladly check out any concerns you may have. With competitive pricing and friendly staff, I'd encourage you to bring your business here as it is worth your time and money!!

Sunshine Auto Center is a AAA shop so when my car was towed there after it broke down, my expectations were high. Sunshine did a good job diagnosing and fixing my car for a fair price and within two days. They suggested additional work that was important but not critical and gave me a written estimate for it. A few days after I picked my car up Sunshine texted me to make sure the car is running well and rhat I'm happy. I was impressed! They run a clean shop. Both the office and the garage area were clean and neat. The customer service from the front office was good. My only complaint is that a tiny gease spot was left on my door interior and a big handprint was left on my windshield in my field of vision. Neither of these created a real problem. It was easy to clean. I just wish they had noticed and cleaned it. Overall I'm pleased and delighted to have my car back in good running condition.

I am so happy I found Sunshine Auto Center! They did two major repairs to my aging 2012 dodge challenger. They called me in less than 24 hours to pick up my vehicle, fully fixed! I got a starter replaced at the dealer about a year ago, they had my car almost 4 weeks, and still couldnt even complete one of these repairs, then charged me 3x what sunshie would have charged me. I had to wait a year thanks to Dodge in pompano. Not only is Sunshine close to my house, friendly, fast, and easy to check in and pickup. They did a great job on the repairs, and most importantly, they have very fair prices. If you live in the Broward area, I would highly recomed this complete auto repair shop, over any other auto shop around this county!Thanks for everything Sunshine,ChrisServices: Transmission, Brakes

I have been coming to Sunshine for way over 20 years. They totally fixed all my body work and paint job to perfection after the hurricane hit in 2005!! My car was only 2-3 years old back then. I trust the Guys completely, My little daughter would sell Girl Scout cookies to the guys for years after school, she won lots of rewards ! They are just great guys!! They're as good as the Reviews indicate! Excellent and efficient service. State of the art technology. High integrity. Great service desk staff. Very accommodating. Professional telephone skills.If you're waiting, there's a vending machine, free coffee pods, water. Comfortable seating. Downside (which they can't control) is the location. On a busy street and limited parking because they get a lot of business and there's a lot of businesses in that location. Just went there for a simple Allstate inspection and hung out there for 15 minutes checking the place out and just talking to the great knowledgeable staff I look forward to bringing all my vehicles there for service, I finally found a shop I feel comfortable and fully trust.

I wish I could give 0 stars... Chris has been holding my moms car since May 2022 because she trusted him to fix her car after an accident in February of 2022 and still have yet to release it although the insurance company paid and he finished the car... He has now racked up charges and stated that out of pocket expenses need to be made. The weekend of Nov 11th he said the payment owed was thousands of dollars... What's also crazy is he ONLY wants to accept cash for this... shady much?! If you read good reviews it's a lie. I noticed another young lady had her car held for over a year after an accident (which is sad)... Believe the BAD reviews. They are holding the car for "storage" and refusing to accept the money that is presented to them.This is a shady company and majority of the good reviews are his family and friends stating how good the company is... But everyone involved is slimy. They use a title and lien company to try and scare people into paying, and the title and lien place is shady as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, especially for major body work.

Thanks to Rudi and Chris and the pleasant receptionists i have been able to keep my 2 older cars both in top shape! Zero stars would be better. It 18 months since my car has been in the shop. Chris is unprofessional, untimely, and untrustworthy, he is also trying to extort money after he has already been paid by the insurance. 0/5 stars do not recommend!

It is so rare to have a 5 star experience these days!! I was able to schedule an online appointment. Destiny checked me in, & my car was taken back straight away! As it would take a number of hours; Nick drove me home! And special thanks to Rudy who worked on my car, provided a cost saving, and washed my car, all to perfection!! > you are the best!!! My old mechanic Rudy changed shops and now is at Sunshine Auto Service. I don t trust my cars to anyone else! He s always been great and has done custom work including some fabrication on my Mercedes S600. He s a great mechanic and knows what he s doing. It was my first time seeing him at Sunshine. The shop itself was very welcoming. The owners are super friendly and helpful. The shop was very clean and organized. I found out they don t just do mechanic work but do auto body and almost anything you could imagine involving an automobile. It s great to have a one stop shop and it was even better knowing my regular mechanic Rudy is working there! He always gets our vehicles ready when promised and updates us of any issues that may arise. Rudy is great and always can be counted on. Sunshine Auto Service will now be where I take both our vehicles! Thanks for all the great work! Much appreciated and fair, especially while times are so tough during this Covid crisis. I am a repeat customer and have had not only mechanical service and repairers done, but auto body repair, painting, washing, waxing and detailing. I was referred by a neighbor and have referred two other neighbors and a friend. We are all pleased with the service, price, comfort and kindness we see/experience from scheduling and Destiny and Calissa at the desk to Rudy and others who make being a customer a pleasure. Rudy was the technician who worked on my vehicle. I took the car in on a Tuesday for some pretty serious issues (power steering pump replacement, tires etc). The car was complete and ready that Thursday. Not only is the work done here diligent but the mechanic is very knowledgeable too. I will be coming back here for future repairs and questions. Thanks to the team at sunshine auto.

Sunshine Auto is fantastic!I don't love taking my car to the mechanic and have had less than pleasant experiences in the past with other places, including dealerships.� My father highly recommended Sunshine, and he was so right!!Everyone at Sunshine is incredibly helpful and friendly -- from Destiny at the front desk, to Neno at the detailing service, to Jan, the owner.� And I would be remiss if I didn't sing the praises of Rudy Rivera, the mechanic who has worked on my car.� Not only does he accomplish what I've requested, but he also helpfully gives me real-world advice on what maintenance needs to be performed and when.� He doesn't use any of the scare tactics I've encountered at other places.� And he patiently explains it all when I'm not completely clear on what and why.I would give 6 stars if I could.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Battery, Oil change

Absolutely my preferred mechanic for my Lexus. As a female trusting a mechanic to be honest and fair when dealing with car troubles can be challenging well not at this amazing auto center! Chris and his team have serviced my vehicle over 3 years now. He s always patient with me , answers all of my questions , and offers the best prices. My badly damaged rear bumper was just repaired and it looks like new! Chris and Mario are the best! They are extremely professional and take pride in their work. Excellent work, a good value and very nice, honest people to deal with is what you will get at Sunshine Auto Center. I highly recommend them.
