Do not buy from this company. Placed an order for a K&N air intake system for my Mustang GT and was told the item was in stock and will be shipped out. I received an email a couple days after placing my order asking me to contact them to verify my order and shipping address. After verifying my address i finally received a tracking number. 5 days go by and i get a call from the company saying they cancelled my order because that item cant be shipped to the state i live in. What was the point of having me call you to verify my address and yet you wait 5 days to call me and tell me you cant ship to my address after providing me with a tracking number? This is not the first time having problems with this company. Will never buy from them again.

I ordered the wrong brake pads. Called Rod ,had me new ones in 2 days over the weekend. Always top service.Only bummed out they closed the Pompano install shop. Their work was always incredible.

Don t ever do business with steeda. I bought three items from them for my s550 mustang. I wasn t able to install the parts until about four months later. When I went to install one of the parts It was for an older mustang. I contacted steeda and was promptly told that they won t exchange the part because it has been over 30 days. You would think that a big company like steeda would try to work with their customers. A buddy of mine told me to do business with steeda but never again

When I need an upgrade on my Mustang GT 2021 I always rely on Steeda to get the work done. Steeda knows racing, race cars, street performance cars, etc. I had a couple of upgrades done this year. Like installing a H-Pipe, suspension/frame work, short shifter, and even a Roush supercharger install. I always leave their lot with a grin on my face. My contacts at Steeda are Rod Williamson and Cowles McCray. Both will handle your request in a professional manner. I can only recommend this place if you need upgrades to your Mustang done, and maybe even other Ford models. Just ask them.Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim

You can't go wrong with STEEDA parts and service. I have several upgrades on my 2018 Mustang GT from STEEDA, and the difference in handling and driving dynamics is like night and day. Moreover, their service is second to none, and they stand 100% behind their products. I had a problem with a part, and they took care of it promptly and without issues.

Rod at Steeda recommended the Pro active shocks and minimum drop springs for my 2021 Mustang GT to improve driving dynamics. After the install I was amazed what a difference I could feel as soon as I drove the car. The car now has a Perfect stance and greatly improved ride and handling characteristics along with greatly reduced brake dive and less pitch when accelerating - truly a Win-Win! I Highly Recommend you call Rod @ Steeda for all your performance Mustang needs!!

My first sales rep was in Florida. We got to know a little about each other and after a little trust was developed, I'd ask him what I needed for my track setup and he'd get things right out to me. Excellent service!

Great quality, great service! Out of all the mustang sites I've visited and ordered from, they're the one I always come back to. Newest addition on my 2011 mustang gt is their Steeda cowl hood! Body shop that did the paint and install complimented the fit and finish being perfect, with no body work required to fit it

Reached out to Steeda about suspension components for my Mustang. I had done all my research and knew when it was time to upgrade my suspension components Steeda was the route for me to take.Cowles McCray was my Technical and Sales Specialist that worked with me.He was prompt with all of his correspondence back and forth with me, very informative and took the time to answer all of my questions in working up a suspension package for me while not trying to talk me into anything I did not need for how I will be using the vehicle.Shipping was very fast, wonderful customer service, highly recommended!! I've been Steeda customer since 2005 from parts & accessories to the build of a Pro Charged 2012 Mustang, including suspension, exhaust and custom tuning. They just completed the installation of a Roush Supercharger, suspension, etc on my 2019 Mustang GT premium. Workmanship is better than the factory, professionalism and customer relations are the gold standard......

Rodney and the Pompano Beach team completely updated the suspension on my 25 year old Cobra. It drives like a new car again. Great service from start to finish. I met with Brian, he was extremely helpful and professional. I only had the bumpsteer kit installed and an alignment, however he treated me as if I had been a longtime customer. The tech who installed the parts and performed the alignment showed me how far off it had gotten and explained the process on how it is corrected. The car came out great and drives better than ever. I will definitely be doing business with them again!

Cannot say enough Good things. My wife's 2018 mustang GT whipple supercharger install went great. Everything they recommended and did was excellent. The car is now extremely fast and handles great. Many thanks to Rod and the team at Steeda.

I have been ordering parts and building my 2017 Mustang GT for the better part of 18 months now from multiple places and I have to say that because of Matt Henschke going out of his way and helping me with an alternative solution, when the part I needed(due to safety issue) was back ordered 3-5 weeks, Steeda is the ONLY place I ll be ordering my parts from moving forward and I m all the way in Vancouver, WA. 10 out of 5 stars to Matt!!!

Shopping with Steeda is great fast and easy. However, I have an issue with my adjustable rear toe not adjusting. Had to take it off and use a pipe wrench to get it to move. Currently waiting to see how Steeda handles this.

Matt Henschke was a great help to a problem I had with my SCT tune tool!I had been working with SCT for over a year to resolve a heated O2 sensor problem that they were not sending any data and the car would not pass emission tests. The SCT people determined that I had a defective programming tool. I sent the old one to them and they sent me a new one. Did not know the new one was lacking the Steeda tune. Matt was good to send me a new tune for the new device at no charge! My problem is still there but at least I know a company that has great customer support like Matt and Steeda!I would rate them at A+++++Bill Boehly

Just picked up my 2021 GT. As most of us know, after the first 3k miles or so we figure out what Ford SHOULD have built into these cars. Enter Steeda and Cowles McCray! Progressive lowering springs, Bullitt front brake calipers, the Steeda Stop the Hop kit, and the Ford Performance tune kit, (throttle body, cold air, and tune), transformed the feel of the car almost completely. The tune takes out the "slog" at the lower end in each gear as it's mostly "torque-centric." The springs give it a phenomenal stance, (who thought 1" would make such a difference?!) The 6 piston brakes, new pads and braided not only dramatically improve stopping power and distance, the red accents really pop. I didn't get on it too hard but hit triple digits (sorry to my LEO friends) on the way home and did a couple of quick lane changes and leaned in a little bit on entrance ramps and I barely recognized the car in the best possible way. The cat-back Borla S-type exhaust comes in in the next couple of weeks when we'll do the short throw shifter, reverse lock out collar, shifter base bushing, and clutch spring assist with spring perch kit. This should kick off the "obvious" improvements over factory.In short, I can't say enough about the product and service. Cowles knowledgeably answered a ton of questions (after all he's a GT owner as well) and was highly collaborative in choosing the upgrades for my car. I could not be happier with my choice of Steeda.

The only place I will let touch my mustang (2016 GT). These guys love what they do and it shows. They are friendly , knowledgable , and most important do good work. Every interaction I have had with them has been positive. They have called to follow up and assure my satisfaction. Head on over to Steeda!!

Customer service is ok at the best and just so everyone knows for gen 2 s, minimum 7 day turn around on tune, I still haven t even gotten mine, hope this helps everyone

Man... words cannot describe this place above par customer service Rod is always polite and works hard for the customer, always willing and ready to answer almost any and all questions. This is the second time I have taken my car to them, (1st time to get rear gears installed, 2nd to fix my pinion angle) both times I have been met with great work and customer service. 6/5 stars 11/10. Would highly and greatly recommended to any person with a mustang page to come and get work done here!!

I did my first car here back in high school in 1991. Over the years they ve grown but the principles remain the same. No you can t hang out in the shop like the old days but they still do a hell of a job at a fair price. This is my third car with them and while I ve dabbled with other shops locally over the years I always come back to them. If you ve got a problem nobody can find, this is your shop. Great team.

Absolutely first class experience. Was kept informed of order status at every stage of process. The mustang trunk struts/pop kit were extremely easy to fit and are far superior to the original . Highly recommended

My only complaint with Steeda is that I m unable to give it a better review than 5 stars! Growing up, my father always had some crazy Mustang/Ford and he would always buy from Steeda. Fast forward 10 years and I am now also continuing the family tradition. I ve currently bought the Gtrac Stage 1 Suspenion, Tri-Ax shifter, CAI, and a few more I can t think of. I ve never never never once have been hassled by any of the employees here. Not only are the products they sell used for competition, but are proud to say that their parts are all MADE IN THE USA. Now that s tune I can dance to. Steeda takes their quality VERY seriously. I m most cases I ve been told I ve ever had a problem with a part they would have no issues replacing the part. And I m not sure why they would have to because even with all the abuse I give my car, I ve NEVER had an issue with ANYTHING I ve purchased from Steeda. It sucks that I live 2 hours away or else I d be there every weekend trying to buy parts. Thank you guys so much for taking care of your customers, that means a lot to me in a world where everyone is trying to screw you out of something. I would recommend Steeda to anyone and everyone
