My Truck was here for repairs for 2 months friendly staff but communication between them and the Peterbilt dealer was slow causing me to loose a lot of time from work finally I got the Truck back after a very expensive repair, replacing the swayed bars and Bushings and alignment I drove the Truck for a few months went home for a little time off now I get back on the road and find out that the bolts on 1 of the swayed bars was completely loose and had to get to a shop to take care of it.

Worst place to get your truck fixed, wish I could give -5 stars, I went there for truck alignment, asked for price, the ignorant manager told me $ 175.00, I thought the price was for all 3 axels and authorized the job, after they finish I asked if it was done alignment on all 3 axles, the stupid manager told it was on steers only, it''s his job and obligation to tell me what he is selling me, then after that he tried to over charge me $110.00 for front tire rotation that I did not asked for. After his BS alignment I did a trip of 2000 miles and the tires are wearing worst than it was before, the front and drive tires are full of bumps on the side.I had to do alignment again at Speedco (El Paso, TX) for $ 200.00 +tax on all 3 axles. Much better service.I'll never come back to Southeast, it's BS.

Worst experience!!!Ignorant managing, Had 8am appointment, and one hour later, asked me about my truck key, Wasting other people time, the workers are slow like a Snail in the Cactus jungle!!!They walking that slow, a good doctor able to succeed surgery on them!I hate when they manipulate time, so they can charge horrible height labor!!Wake up, Pull your pants up, and work!!!When the "mechanic" try to explain how difficult to reach that part, so that's takes more time, to do wheel alignment!!Telling me, who actually replaced those tie rods!!Unbelievable!!!!

I must say I really appreciate and respect these guys at Southeast Truck Specialist. They really go through your truck carefully and fix whatever problem there is proficiently. I will trust these guys with my truck any day.

Terrible those people keep my truck for 8 months they never touch it the city needs to close that Mecanic shop down 'they not good for nothing 'bad customer service 'bad service 'they are terrible.
