This place SUCKS! Avoid like the plague! Made the mistake of taking it here from GEICO for trunk vandalism damage. After 5 days it came back and looked the exact same. Took it back again and after another 5 days of it sitting in the sun the words wet sand and buff were baked into the paint. The trunk was also never aligned correctly to the body. Had to go to the Crash Champions in Riviera Beach who finally fixed it (thanks for being a real body shop!). On top of all this, they never paid Enterprise for the rental they put me into while it was being worked on so Enterprise charged me directly. After disputing that back in August, Enterprise charged me yet again in October because this shop STILL DID NOT PAY. Going on 3 weeks now trying to get that resolved. Words cannot express how terribly run and incompetent a business this place is and they should be closed down for good.

After an unfortunate hit and run accident we were sent to Crash Champions by our insurance. We are so glad we did! We were told (by other mechanics as well as Service King/Crash Champions) that it would take at least a month-month + 1/2 to locate the parts necessary to repair our car. So we settled in for a wait. During this time we received updates from Frank (thanks again, Frank) and today we had the welcomed call to go and pick up our vehicle. After only 3 weeks. There it was, waiting for us, looking better than ever! Excellent service, ready sooner than expected and perfectly repaired. We highly recommend Crash Champions and will call on them again, if needed. Hopefully not. But it s good to know you can take your car to a place and people you trust.

Just last Tuesday picked my car from repairs after car accident. My car was returned to me dirty even close to entrance door it's sign stating that every car is detailed before returning to customer.It's OK I detailed my car by my self.Thursday discovered that car is missing one screw and one big part close to windshield where car was destroyed on entire driver side. Just look how they repaired my car.Pics below.No comments.

I was t-boned at low speeds (under 15 mph) but damaged both driver and passenger doors on my 2015 Mazda 3 (older model pick-up truck struck me). Went through my insurance company (USAA) and Service King was on their list. From the moment I dropped off my car with Mike till the day I picked it up 2.5 weeks later, I was kept updated via text. I picked it up on the day I was shown it was ready but unfortunately, after driving out of the lot, I turned around because there was a red flashing air bag light on my dash that was never there (I take great care of my baby). Mike came out and attached a device to see what the issue could be but he couldn't figure it out. He asked if I could leave the car one more day because they deal with a company that has better equipment that can tell them exactly what the problem is. I agreed because my rental was still there and apart from that, there was a minor part that had not come in yet that was supposed to come in the next day. Also, anything having to do with air bag or seat belt failure needs to be addressed before I drive on south Florida streets. I went into the shop after Mike to grab the rental keys and he was talking to another gentleman about the light. Now let me say that I don't know much about cars in general but I know about MY car. He asked me if that light was on before or after the accident. No. Was there a passenger with me when it happened. Yes. He then proceeded to tell me that that was the problem. It must be sensor having to do with the passenger seat. I stated that it's impossible as the passenger airbag and seat belt status is shown on the center console and again, the flashing icon on the dash was not showing after the accident. There was some back and forth where I KNEW that the light on the dash had NOTHING to do with the passenger explanation he was giving me. Whatever. Just want it identified and fixed. Turned out that when they installed the new driver's door, they forgot to connect the side airbag sensor....ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE. I understand that things might be overlooked but don't try to sell me on a story when the truth "We're not sure what it is but we'll get it fixed and let you know" goes a long way in my book. Still, even with this oversite, Service King was a hell of lot better than other shops. I will definitely recommend this location.

Crash chamions definitely crashed my life .. Simple front bumper turned in the nightmare. Imagine getting phone call at work that I have to pick up night away otherwise I will get charged for another day of rental . So I am Uber there and putting my job in danger. I am European and very intelligent, you wish to know my IQ I m happily picking up my car with huge crack on windshield that was in getting the ticket zone . So of course I am rushing and asking where in the world you gave me that crack ? . After couple of omg , didn t notice that I was send on the road . Later I foud out that it s illegal for car shop sending me on the road. They claimed that office is closed on Saturday. My gut was pushing me to check it and Saturday they are fully opened. . The attitude of Manager himself and his puppets was to be point that makes you invisible. With their gel pedicure hands typing something on computer and charging me my $500 deductible they had mercy to give me renal back , on my way I overheard comments in Spanish, always be careful with people speak 7 languages.I usually write the positive reviews but the fact that car lost control of stealing wheel and brakes the very same day lead me to injury of my body. I am human being for crying out loud, not another case and worst is that why so many lies . First time ever I will be happy to contact BBB and every institution that prevents those situations

I had a car accident almost a month ago & my car insurance said Service King Pompano was a preferred repair provider. Now that I've seen the quality of their work, I know why. My accident consisted of entire side of car getting scraped against i95 median & left front wheel & tire getting completely damaged. Upon return, the car looked spotless, I still don't know how they got the paint job to match exactly. This is not an exaggeration, paint colors age over the years & it's quite difficult to get a close match. My car looks like it was just bought.Upon driving it, there seemed to be a wobble in the suspension, or I feared the axel was bent. I took it right back in (lifetime warranty on repairs is serious) and John got right in the car with me, drove around Pompano & on 95 briefly & diagnosed a tire tread mismatch or degradation. He got insurance to replace the tire& all was well. Thanks John & Service King!!!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I should have take time to read customers' Reviews about Service King ( POMPANO BEACH) before handed my car to them for repairs. I had an incident with my front bumper, after a couple of days, which was last Saturday that they called me saying my car was ready for pick up. I got there, I took a look at my car, the job was horrible and gross, they left excess dry amount of paint in my bumper and a few visible scratches even the bumper was just painted. To make a short story, while inspected my vehicle, my car was scratched on both side of the Driver and Passenger, plus a small dent on top. I went back inside mentioned it to the Adjuster, he told me that the car was given like that. I told him I took photos of my car before I handed and I had no dent, neither those scratches, it was a mess. I did not take the car until they showed me their photos where my vehicle had those scratches and dent. They couldn't prove that. They called me today to pick my car, they removed the dent, not the scratches. Their service is gross and horrible. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO GO THERE.Service: Painting

Returned because they didn't complete an area (poor paint repair). Now there's another new area they didn't complete to fix their original repair of repairs. No communication on progress or to cancel appointment after arriving to their desk.This place is about quantity not quality. The painters have no pride or skill, not going back a 3rd time just to receive another new problem, again. I'd strongly suggest not going there, even though it's tempting. You could likely lose more money and precious time for their mistakes, unprofessionalism and a lack of customer value.For the bot response coming after this comment is another example of low customer value.

Amazing customer service, manager is a leader and part of the team. The work and techs behind the scene bring your car to you better than it was before. They do the best job, have worked twice on my car and it came back better than perfect. I left so grateful with a smile knowing how trusted and true they stand behind their word! Thank you to all! Insurance sent me here after my car was involved in a parking lot accident. Drew took great care of me. Brought it in on Monday morning, I was called with the appraisal and time estimate on Tuesday (~$4000), and I had my car by Thursday afternoon. Everything looks great and repair is guaranteed for life. I d definitely come back.

Huge lack of communication from them. Any info I received about the status of my vehicle was from the receptionist by me calling them. My last communication with them was about 4 weeks ago when I was told they would let me know if a part was in so I could bring my vehicle back in. Never heard from them again. Don t waste your time bringing your vehicle here.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my vehicle here due to their affiliation with Geico. A woman rear-ended me at about 15 mph. The bumper and hatch sustained damage. They fixed the vehicle in about 10 days. They matched the paint PERFECTLY (9 year old car). Granted the car s paint was in very good condition, but I was still amazed at the craftsmanship. I highly recommend this shop. Their staff is eager and friendly. What more can you ask for?

Got my car fixed here after an accident. Damage was not bad and yet they took a month and a half to fix it. Whatever, I'm not a complainer. Picked it up and paid my $1,000 deductible no problem. A few hours later realized my car beeper no longer worked. annoying but fine. I called to see if they could fix it, as they SHOULD have had it fixed when I picked it up. Lady on the phone basically said they didn't touch anything that had to do with it and it wasn't their problem. ARE YOU JOKING? I just paid $1,000 to get my car after a month and a half and you're going to tell me it's MY fault that the car doesn't beep anymore?Absolutely ridiculous. CLEARLY was caused by the accident and should have been fixed prior to me picking it up. NOT my fault they never noticed it wasn't working & didn't fix it. Do not recommend this place what so ever.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

I contacted Service King to look at the damage done to my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. A security gate came down and dented the roof at the upper corner of the Window. I sent them pictures, they called me to come in for an estimate that same day. The Service Writer/Manager looked at my Jeep right away, it took about 15 minutes afterwards he said I would have a quote next day, which I did. I scheduled the repair that day, brought it in on Thursday morning, went and got my rental car. I was so surprised when I got a call late afternoon on Friday that my car was ready to be picked up, it was finished! I got there at 4:30 PM, it was ready and they did a great job, you would never have known it was damaged. I left the rental car there and they returned it for me. I highly recommend them and have already done so to a friend who has damage to his door.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My insurance recommended Service King for my rear end repairs to my vehicle. From the moment I dropped my vehicle off. They proved to be the best choice. They were very informative & had an answer to all my concerns & questions. They stayed in touch with me almost daily. Giving me updates & estimate of damages, etc. I was told 2 weeks for repairs to be done & to my surprise it was ready 4 days early! Very professional with communicating, repair job & treating me like a valuable lifetime customer. I recieved my vehicle in top shape. Repair made car look brand new. Car was detailed inside and out. I will forever recommend them to family, friends & strangers . They get a 10 out of 10 in my book. Keep up the amazing work Service King!

Quality A+, Value A+, Professionalism A+, Punctuality A+Service King in my first experience with them was a top notch repair shop. Very friendly and welcoming as soon as I stepped foot in the lobby. Greeted by front desk girl immediately getting my process started then dealt with Drew. With professionalism he took care of me and got me out in no time with all my questions answered. Throughout the process we were updated with every step which we loved and were very appreciative to be kept up to date. Car was even returned earlier than promised date!!!A+++++ for this shop. Definitely would recommend and will use again if need be

My experience from start to finish was unlike any other customer service experience I ve had regardless of the industry. They are absolutely professional, reliable, fair, honest and they stuck by the date my vehicle was promised. The collision repair industry in South Florida is sketchy at best and Service King has proven to me that there is a resource that is reliable. Service King has been one of the best places I have used for repair car services! I got into an accident over the weekend and they schedule quickly a estimate inspection then had my car ready less than week from the repairs. The team is very friendly and understanding if under time constraints. Definitely give them a try.

Unsure about this place yet. Because they haven't finished fixing my car. I was in a full head-on collision at 35 miles an hour. So they replaced my bumper with a new one and put all the broken sensors back in. So I've had my car back for 2 weeks and I still do not have any forward parking sensors. They say they will fix it but I have heard nothing from them in 2 weeks

I have to leave a review for Malakai (not sure if I m spelling that right). He deserves 5 stars all around & if this was just an account for him I would ve left the 5 stars After being told by the really rude lady at the front that they wouldn t fix my beeper because they didn t touch it, so it s not their problem (even though it was working fine before my accident) I went in & brought my issue to Malakai who had been helping me from the beginning. Malakai went ABOVE & BEYOND to fix my issue, running a diagnostic & consulting the mechanics to see if they knew how to fix it. After watching some videos he fixed my problem (a fuse or something was not plugged in) & I was on my way! Couldn t be more grateful to him for that. Seriously he s the best.Lady = the worst. This business was recommended to me by USAA insurance. I was impressed immediately by the quality of their facilities and personnel. They took necessary precautions for the Covid-19 pandemic. They explained in detail the nature and timing of repairs. They contacted me daily with both text and telephone updates. When they could not meet the original repair schedule they worked with me to meet an alternative, acceptable schedule. When I noticed a new mechanical problem (rough/fast idle) with the vehicle following the repair they promised to rectify the problem upon my return to the state in the fall. I have every confidence they will make this repair and will update this review upon completion. The front staff was incredibly friendly as well as extremely helpful, my car got bumped on a Friday night and my car was in the shop Monday morning, so I don't know what this other guy is taking about. I have yet to see the completed job but they have a lifetime warranty on their work so I'm assuming it's not gonna be bad in any way shape or form!

I had a large repair, but the first body work was terrible when returned to me last week, and needed to be taken back and redone again. I have been very patient, but have been waiting over 12 weeks. Waiting on a headlight now, was missing about 10 parts under the hood last week, poor quality control. Still don't have my truck back. One more day...one more day...still not buffed or cleaned....one more day...I hope i can write a better review when I get the truck back...but over 12 weeks!!! SK has paid for 1 week rental car so far. Would not have written this had my truck been returned on Tuesday as promised.

Service at this location is terrible.My friend brought his car and left it for two weeks for the repair. He left a deposit of $500.When in 2 weeks he returned to take his car the car was unassembled.Service was not done and client was very disappointed.Since middle of January he is waiting to get his deposit of $500 back.Still there is no refund the manager who's name is Steve Ward is very rude he never kept his promises and the more he often hang up the phone while speaking with the customer.All I can say this service is terrible and stay away from here.

I m giving 5 stars based on a great experience my wife and I had with Juan the manager and the quality of work. He was very communicative and let us know what was going on every step of the way. You would never know our vehicle was in an accident.

When my car was damaged in an accident I was referred to this place by Allstate Insurance. This was the best referral I have ever received. They are extremely professional and economical. They do take a little long but certainly worth the wait.
