RL came highly recommended by a friend of mine. I contacted Renato and explained to him that I was in a car accident and being for the first time in a car accident I had no experience with body shops and insurance claims. Renato explained everything to me and took care of all the rest. My car was fixed within the timeframe and Renato did an amazing job. I am very happy with the professionalism and with the quality of the work. Renato is always available to answer your questions and is very honest and trustworthy. RL came highly recommended. It was a breeze to do business with them. I told the insurance I was dropping the car off at the shop and RL took care of the rest, the work looks flawless very professional and done in a timely manner, I couldn't been more happy with the result!!! I am a owner of a Collision Center and did some business with the owners of this shop. The owners are a rare breed. They are honest, trustworthy and stand up. Working with them was a pleasure. When a business owner is this honest it will also show in the quality of work done.

Renato is fantastic. Professional work a great price. Got in a reck and when I arrived, he walked me through the whole process. Showed me the damages and explained to me everything. Definitely made me comfortable and at ease with the whole process. Car came out better than expected and most importantly on time!! I was in a car accident and being a woman and not too comfortable with body shops and insurance claims, Renato explained everything to me and assured my car would be fixed within the timeframe that I needed. Not only was my car ready on time but Renato did an amazing job. I couldn t believe my eyes. They replaced and wrapped my bumper after a fiasco with another body shop that made a disaster of my car. The owner, Renato, took control and made it perfect. Couldn t be more pleased.
