I took my scooter to this place and was the WORST DECISION I could made!!! Worst customer service , worst attention , i had to follow up if it could be repair! After 10 days told me they had to bring the parts from China! I decided to pick it up with no solution and they were giving me it back with the crews in a plastic bag!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE this people!!!! And then they were keeping my son s chain!!! PEOPLE DO NOT TAKE YOUR SCOOTERS TO THIS PLACE! (And I understand portugues so I know what that lady name Mariana said on my back!!! ZERO RESPECT!!!

HonestTrustworthyTalentedI ve had my present scooter for two years and it s got 30,000 miles on it-still running smooth thanks to these guys! Prices are fair and they never do unnecessary work. There have been numerous times where I thought I needed a tuneup due to the mileage and they honestly told me that I didn t need one which saved me money I d never go anywhere else!

I have been a loyal customer to RB Scooters for YEARS now.Most scooter mechanics lack TLC.Not this company. I purchased a used scooter here a year ago. The scooter constantly broke down and i sent the scooter here countless times for repairs. The moped was broken from the day i bought it. I spent thousands on this moped to get maybe 2000 miles out of it. Every time they repaired it i payed full price to get it repaired. I was in the shop almost every week. Never once was the problem repaired and within one year the engine had been completely totaled. I would not trust any of their products. The repairs are a whole other story. Avoid repairs from this shop like the plague. They never helped me out or apologized for the inconvenience. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this shop. It has placed me in a tough financial situation and 100% regret purchasing a moped from them.

Very nice people the whole staff .. i had some personal issues going thru and they understood the time i was going thru ! Very reasonable honest and helpful I recommend them to all my motorcycle friends !

Was pretty impressed before I took my baby in. Called to verify hours & to check availability for an oil change & called me back within 5 minutes. Brought her in next day & was alerted that the screw that apparently holds the oil in the engine had been stripped. I can understand how that can happen, she's 4 yrs old & pretty much goes in every 4 weeks for an oil change. What I cannot understand is why & how long I had been riding around with the screw attached to the engine with some gummy substance rather than just fixing the threads, which costs a measly $30. Them bringing that too my attention meant A LOT because too me communication is KEY & making sure that all parties of a conversation is on the same page is VERY important. For me who isn't even remotely close to being mechanically inclined being able to bring my bike in to someone who isn't just mechanically inclined but also is observant to another issue I may not be aware of is very important. The feeling of just handing your keys to a scooter doctor & just allowing them to do what they know needs to is very important & I think I may have found it in this father/son/daughter team.

I brought the scooters in to replace the tires and this is how they gave back my scooter, DAMAGED!They were removing the tire with a flat head,And then claim they didn t do that even though it was 1st time replacing a tire, I even bought the scooter from this place and they still treat me like garbage. Absolutely disgusting owners, do NOT come here.Go next door to the other scooter store

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE/PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE SUCKS. DON'T GO HERE. I called to get a quote to remove the old rear fender with a new one (which I already ordered and have) for a stand-on GoTrax scooter my kid takes to school and they would not quote me over the phone and insisted I drive 45 minutes to them so they could quote me for this simple service. They also refused to tell me the allen wrench size so I could replace it myself. I'm not even handy and I could figure out to replace a part with an allen wrench, much less quote for it if I were a pro. How they are fixing motorcycles and actual scooters, the world may never know. I'll be informing Gotrax as well.

My friend recommended this place for me. It s so hard to find a good mechanic. I went the to change the wheels but they didn t have the wheel in the store but they proved a new one by phone immediately. The price was very good too. I super recommend this place. Thank you guys

My wife dropped off my scooter to get a tire fixed. It was basically brand new with over 35 miles on it. We supplied the tube and they still charged us over $90. Then they drain the brakes and told us the brakes were no good they re very dishonest company. I would never go there again.

I first made the mistake of bringing my bike to MR scooter. He installed parts backwards without telling me and it destroyed my bike. I called these guys to fix it and they got it running better than the day I bought it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS! They are nice, professional, and courteous. Will DEF always do business with them again!

DO NOT GO HERE OR XGATOR!! WORST PLACE TO EVER SERVICE YOUR SCOOTERS. GO TO SCOOTER AVE on corner of Dixie n sample pass train tracks on the right. 90% cheaper n 100% more reliable and trustworthy!!

I got a high performance air filter yesterday took it all the way home try to put it on myself I thought it was the wrong size so I brought it back the gentleman inside came out with tools help me install it at no charge great place great people I highly recommended thanks again for helping me

I barely give review, but that store deserve it.This is worse scooter's mechanic service i have seen. Never go this place anymore, 3 times fixed a semi-new scooter in less than 2 month it still the same, total of $600. If you pay with credit card, they charge you merchant fee without you consent.. Also they charge same fee for debit card, and blame the credit card processor. Even for free service I would not go there. Horrible.

Went in recently for a turn signal switch and headlight bulb on a 2019 Attack Motors 49 / 50 cc scooter and had excellent service at a very reasonable cost. Incredibly knowledgeable staff and done quick and pain free. 5/5 and 2 thumbs up.

Overcharging and sometimes it felt like I left with more of a problem ..and I'd bring it back and with in minutes the bike would be fix like they already knew what the problem was ..I spent alot of unnecessary money make sure u know what's being done before they over charge

This is where I bought my 1st scooter. They walked me through the sale, and have taken care of the scooter since. Rb scooters is the best shop in town. It's a family owned business, their personable, very reasonable with their prices. Every time I walk in I feel welcomed. I would never go anywhere but here. Thank you guys, your the best

Highly recommend this place!. i took my Italian scooter by two other shops that same day trying to get a quick fix before taking my scooter to the bahamas and was told "we don't work on those types of scooters". Then i brought it to RB Scooters and they were extremely helpful and able to "think outside the box" and come up with a solution (even with no available parts), and had my scooter ready to go within 24 hours! they saved the day, now i'll be cruising the islands in style!

A good scooter repair shop is hard to find.Great customer service, quality work in a timely manner!They can even offer pick up and drop off services.Wide selection of inventory for new scooters aswell!

I took mi bike to repair at their place but they didn't fix it correctly plus they charge me a lot I had to fixed 2 times they are not good if u see this I'm not lying I had to repair my own bike thanks to them know I know how to repair my own scooter .

Scammed me not 1 time, but 2. These people will literally botch your bike so you can spend hundreds with them. Claimed to replace parts that weren t replaced. Terrible customer service and I was told that I wouldn t take any action against them, and was even dared to do so. Wouldn t go back to this shady business ever again, absolute scammers.

Scooter was repaired twice and promptly. The reason behind the "okay" review is due to the pricing of the repairs. Make sure to have a detailed receipt, and negotiate with the family-owned business.
