I have to say the staff over at Primetune are the best . Their mechanics are honest fast and get the job done right. I can't say enough about Primetune the whole staff is absolutely amazing and very professional!!! By far the best shop we found to work on our older cars. They took such great care of our 68 GTO that we dropped off our 63 vette. The owner and his son Kyle kept us in the loop every step of the way with updates and the building is kept amazingly clean at all time. Stop looking... You found the place to go to!

Kathy, Paul and staff are always great to rely on. Regardless of how busy (which they always are) they get you in promptly to resolve your issues.Treatment and pricing have in my opinion always been fair which has made me trust them with my vehicle for many years. They will always be my go to repair shop!

This is the only place I go to service all of my vehicles. Kathy and Paul are the absolute best. I never worry about being sold work that is not necessary and the quality of their work is the best. A+++++++

Regular visits are always a great experience in and out fast for oil change. They do special cars so I feel much safer here than the dealership. I am not just a number. They actually know me personally.

Always a great experience they take care of your vehicle and your family with notifications of deadly recalls and all the work they do. I have be using them for all of my vehicals for years. They are very knowledgeable and do it right the first time. Came in because my car was pulling to the right when I drove for an alignment after having new tires put on and balanced at another shop. Come to find out that my wheel bearing was cracked and broken in two pieces. So Paul replaced it and that fixed the problem. Very honest shop, I was stressing out about cost and Kathy offered to pray with me to relieve my stress and worry (love that they are faith based). Came back to have my oil changed and alignment done after replacing the 2 back tires. Found an honest and affordable shop honestly worth the drive most shops always try to up sell me because I m a women.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Oil change

This family shop is a must-go location if you want to find someone you can trust and knowledgeable. Just look at all the reviews. We are not bullsh_tting. They are that good and that trustworthy.I trust them so much I even hired Paul and Kathy to go and inspect a classic car purchase in New Mexico. Paul is THAT sharp (as is Kathy :) ). When I worked at Sears The manager of the auto department told me to bring my car to Prime Tune Auto repair. I did at his recommendation, and I have never had a better recommendation in my life. These people are as honest as the day is long, and when he calls me back and says Mike this is this is this a wrong? I don t question it I just say do it. I know that he will be totally honest with me and do the most to give me the best possible repair. Problem is is that they are always very busy and they don t advertise that I know of but the word of mouth gets run and when you re an honest bunch of people like these guys, are you can t go wrong.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair, Brake service & repair

Kathy and Paul were very professional and knowledgeable they gave me great advise on how to continue caring for my vehicle. Another vendor recommended Prime Tune & I read other reviews & thought how could they all be so good. Well, they are! We have a 92 Camaro which we thought had an electrical problem but Paul was able to find the issue quickly. We had a trunk latch issue, ac cooling issue & tires that were in bad shape that were unknown to us. The quality of work performed on our "baby" was outstanding. They are honest, take the time to explain what needs to be done before working on the car & they keep you informed during the different stages. This is a family run company that takes pride in their work & it shows. They are responsive & true professionals. We are extremely happy & won't hesitate to return when we have cars in repair. I've been taking my classic car to Paul and Kathy at Primetune for over two years for several reasons. They are courteous, attentive, fair, and most importantly, excellent at what they do. My 50-year old classic car had a lot of hidden problems when I bought it. But Paul has helped me keep it on the road, addressing both major and minor issues as they arose. I really appreciate the time he takes making sure I understand what needs to be done as well as why. And he's never too busy to dispense a tip or two. I have never felt that I paid more than I should have. I was so impressed with the service on my classic, I've recently taken my modern daily driver cars to Primetune for repairs and service and received the excellent results I expected.Primetune provides great service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

As always the job was professionally done and fairly priced. I have been using Paul, Kathy and Kyle for about 10 years. Paul has rebuilt two engines for me in addition to much other work. Excellent shop... Paul & Kathy are fantastic and their son is super sweet and just as knowledgeable! I've been taking my car there for a couple years now and have never been disappointed. They have gone above what was necessary to make sure I get my car back quickly as well. I would definitely recommend them! ps... I was just there this morning thinking I had an oil leak, nothing was wrong and they didn't lie to me to try to get me to pay for something that wasn't broken... not many auto shops are that trustworthy. Also, Kathy gives back to the community several times a year and really works hard to give to those in need. Such a wonderful trait and shows the backbone of this family & their business.

I took my car in because I was having some electrical issues that were pretty serious, my middle console screen and power steering kept failing intermittently while driving. When I described this issue to Paul on the phone, he immediately knew the issue that was causing this issue. The confident and knowledgeable way that he spoke on the phone, as well as explaining these things in a way that anyone with little electrical knowledge would understand, made me feel confident in coming here for service. He was up front about what he would do to fix this issue and how much it would cost, which I really appreciated. I went in to pick up my car today and the issue is no more :) Kyle showed me the damaged parts that were removed and replaced, as well as explained how each of the damaged parts caused the issue. Brought my classic car which could not hold an idle over to Primetune on a recommendation and Paul immediately came out, popped the hood and had it running smooth in minutes, I felt very comfortable leaving my car with him on the spot to do more work on the car. Very communicative, kept in touch with me along the way during repairs. Thumbs up!
