I have been coming to Poirers for more than 30 years and they continue to be honest and trustworthy with accurate diagnosis, quality work, fair pricing, and good customer service. Pete has continued the reputation of Ken Poirer and strengthened the business since taking over two years ago. I highly recommend them.

Pete got me in right away for diagnostics and a quote. I had a lot of work done for a very reasonable price with courteous and friendly service. Their place is clean and in a convenient location. I highly recommend this establishment.

Poirier s is where we go for routine maintenance, interstate batteries as well as bigger problems like when the check engine light pops on. We ve been customers for years and trust their advice. I so appreciate being treated honestly and fairly.

Very professional and courteous. Found the problem in under 2 hours. Had it fixed in under 2 hours as well. The owner is Catholic, so he's very honest. Also, didn't charge extra for the part like most mechanics do.

cannot rave about this place enough. you are welcomed in by pete who s friendly but keeps it straight with you and all the mechanics are hardworking and get the job done right but also quickly. Can t tell you how many times they could ve told me I needed a new part or charged me more but they are one of the few service shops these days that in Pete s words, do things honest and right . I ll be taking my cars here for years to come.

My vehicle needed extensive work and Peter and his staff completed the the repairs quickly and the work was done expertly. Peter and Chris were polite and refreshingly honest. In addition, Chris took me home when I dropped the car off and took me to the car rental. When the car work was completed he picked me up ing the pouring rain and took me back to Poirier to get my car. The service and the customer care was exceptional.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The Guys working here were professional nice and reasonable. They were also very prompt about starting and finishing there work when they said they would. One of the guys gave me a ride to my place to pickup a vehicle because I didn't have anyone else saved me from waiting for an Uber or taxi , I like the place and people and I'll be back next time I need help

After Pete Perzan asked me to come to the shop and show me the problem with my Nissan. It was easy for me to notice a well-equipped, organized and clean facility. clear details of a business well attended in every aspect. After knowing the reasonable cost and details of the work, do not hesitate to accept that they do it. And I congratulate myself for getting it done, and of course I wouldn't hesitate to take my car to Poirier's again in case of failure. Thank you very much guys

Our family has five vehicles and we take them all here for service and repairs. They stand behind their work and the parts installed. Recently, my truck was having intermittent starting issues; six months or so ago I had the starter replaced. I thought maybe this time it was an ignition switch issue however, it was a defective starter. They replaced it under their warranty and it cost me nothing to get it fixed. This is how all mechanic shops should operate. Give these guys a chance and you won t be disappointed

This shop is run with the customer in mind. Straight forward, no over selling, friendly, you walk out, satisfied knowing the work is done above standards and the price are more than fair. You won't be disappointed.

THE PLACE for quality automotive repair. I buy my trucks new, and take great care of them so I can drive them 300,000 miles plus. I usually use the Toyota dealership exclusively, however I was having a chronic problem with extreme uneven wear on my front tires. The dealer had been unable to resolve the problem, and I had prematurely destroyed two front sets of tires. Finally, I tried Poirier, and they diagnosed and resolved the problem with alignment.Supposedly, the Toyota dealer did the same thing, but never gave me the documentation print out like Pete did. (See picture).-Highly recommend for honest, high-quality, and reasonably priced auto repair.

We were talking with them on Saturday and said we could drop of out car late Monday. They asked if we could come by in Sunday. Well we were told to be there at 6 on Sunday and Chris was there at545 a day that they are closed. He came in so we could drop off the car. They stayed in contact with us the entire time they had the car sometimes they called Twice a day to keep us in formed. I came down to Pompano Beach to pick up a boat and my brakes went out. The boys at Poiriers got me in and out and back on the road so i could get the boat the next day as planned. It was a pretty extensive . Thank you so much

Wow. Talk about professionals. Pete, in the office, kept me appraised of all updates. My car took 1 1/2 days to fix. My dealership couldn t get me in for another week and a half. I went to this business to have my air-conditioner check, after paying the $150.00 diagnostic fee ,I was advised that I needed a new AC condenser and the cost was 1,040.00 plus tax.Breakdown, after market part that retails anywhere from 60 00 to $120 00, however Poirier's was charging me $439.85 plus labor.I decided to contact a Nissan dealer in the area who agreed to do the work for $967.00 with original Nissan part'sI called Pete the manager regarding the price, he had no explanation.This shop has a bookshelve with Bible's, maybe they should read the 10 commandments " Thou should not steal "

Pete was super nice, took my nieces car.right away to diagnose an AC issue. Two hours later good to go, enabling them - parents and 3 young kids - to head back across country in comfort. Poirier s did a great job fixing up the evaporator and brake pads in my car. It was a big fix but they were very transparent every step of the way. Pete is a pleasure to talk to every time I m in and they make sure you are always well taken care of! These guys do great work, they even fixed work of another shops at no charge, because they wanted to make things right. They've serviced multiple of my families cars - and have always done a good job at a fair price, and pretty quick too. I do recommend them - so much so that I drive a pretty good distance just to know I'm taken care of properly.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Brakes, Oil change

If I could give a negative star I would!!Spent over $1800 dollars on my SUVAt least 4 trip back and forth NOT to fix the situation..before a 1400 hundred mile road trip. only to have reach my destination ..And have my vehicle back in for service to be informed that the repairs have failed and have to repay the expense to have the same repairs fix again...Owner is nice and tried.. technician Suck Take you business elsewhere.

Not only do the employees at Poirier s gives excellent service to my car, but they also provide great customer service. They are friendly, considerate and go out of their way to be helpful. And the work they do on my car has never disappoints me. I have a great confidence in what they tell me needs to be done and the job they perform. I recommend them to my friends and they, too, have been pleased. As a woman, getting my car serviced is honestly a nightmare. I ve been over charged, charged for things I didn t need and not listened to. The waiting area was clean, cool and pleasant. It was a very comfortable waiting experience. This place is 45 minutes away from my house but I will make the drive whenever I need my car serviced. Pete communicated with me the entire time. I felt 100% comfortable and in control throughout the process. The mechanic, Joseph (Joe) was kind, and really knew what he was doing. THIS IS THE MOST AFFORDABLE SERVICE CENTER I VE EVER EXPERIENCED. I have never had such a positive experience getting my car serviced. This is why I choose small businesses over big corporations. Ken went the 'extra mile' showing us kindness that I doubt that you could find in the average mechanic. We've had him service and repair our two vehicles for the last 10 years...he is both honest and professional...how very rare that is in Fort Lauderdale! We THANK GOD for his service.

This was one of the best car experiences I've ever had with any repairs. Pete is top notch! He is very honest and his guys were great. Came in for oil change and they noticed I had a leak in my coolant hose and took care of it right away! Wow. I couldn't be happier with the service I got! Finally, a mechanic that delivers what they say they are going to do and follows through. Pete and the team are friendly, efficient, honest, clean, and charge competitive rates. Pete handled an A/C insurance claim from start to finish, seamlessly. I had the best experience with the manager, Pete, at Poirier's Service Center. He serviced both of my cars and he really helped me out when I was in a time crunch. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and gave great customer service.
