Excellent repair job after accident!I had an accident that occurred on the street next to their shop. Not only did they rush out to make sure I was OK, but they were able to do the major repair work needed on the front end of my Volvo. They repaired it like brand new - it actually drives better than when new. They are nice people and do high-quality work.

Upon first entering the shop, I was pleased to see a family shop with children and wife involved. My Truck needed the ac repaired. They charged the system with a refrigerant and charged me 200. Two days later, AC was broken and Jairo Navarro advised that it must the compressor. When I called about the truck, he advised that he fixed the problem and he changed the compressor. He did the work without authorization and charged nearly 1,000. Few months later, the AC stoped working as cool again. Since he advised that I had a 1 year warranty on the work, I brought the truck in hopes that he would honor the warranty service. Not only did they do the work without authorization, he charged me for 400 dollars and changed parts that I am not convinced needed replacement. Again, bottom line they did work without authorization which is ILLEGAL in the state of Florida. I mentioned about the window not working, I asked the mechanic how much it would be if I had him work on it. Instead of them estimating a cost, they proceeded to diagnose the problem and charge 100 dollars for additional work that was not authorized. It s very disappointing to experience this because to see an immigrant family business is the epitome of the American Dream that makes me want to support them. However, this shop is anything but a dream and rather a nightmare, I want to make sure that NO ONE is further scammed by this fraudulent business. Everyone in the city of Pompano Beach and this area should be aware that this individual (Jairo Navarro) has unclean hands and it s clear by the reviews and the way that he talks, but more importantly his complete lack of regard for his own personal integrity and the manner of which he speaks. Jairo is uneducated, disrespectful, and unprofessional in every aspect. My lawyers and law enforcement are now being involved in this situation. When I spoke to him on the phone to address the matters of him doing work illegally without my prior consent of the vehicle he advised me that, I don t need money, I make money . It s clear the person this is that no one in the community should ever support them in any capacity. STAY AWAY!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! They are thieves and will do work on your vehicle without giving you a quote before doing it. They made a fake work order and checked off that I agreed for them to do work without being advised first. They charged me over $1000 dollars and when I complained they told me that I could not get my car back until I paid back. They also told me I would have to pay $150 per day for storage if I didn t pick up the car within 3 days. The owner Jairo Navarro is so rude and has no idea how to conduct business. He was yelling and being rude to me. This place should be SHUT DOWN. They should not be allowed to do any business. The business next door told me the cops are always there. Jairo is always doing the same thing to other customers. Stealing and scamming people. STAY AWAY! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. After all that I went through my vehicle was still not working properly and I other parts in the car were broken after I picked it up.

From an outsider customer, this is one of the most honest mechanics that i ever found in South Florida. Single ladies , you know how much mechanics in general can rip us off easily, but Jairo is is very honest and he loves his job. I am glad i have him as my mechanic. You can trust him!

not recomnended. the cars i have brought there come out with interior full of grease marks. things go missing from car. and the previous vehicle i brought there was diagnosed with a bad rack and pinion and it turned out it was just missing a screw. the owner is also willing to course or fight with customers over peti cash.

I appreciate greatly the high level of professionalism and customer service. I have mature cars and they keep them running. Our Shop Auto Repairs, provides warrantee on all their repairs. They are affordable with competitive cost for service and repairs. However, their integrity exceeds all others. My husband purchased a vehicle from the owner of the shop, they lied about the vehicle being mechanically sound. Transmission issues showed up the first day of driving it, we took it back to them and they said there was nothing wrong with and drove again. Immediate transmission issues again , and they wanted to charge us quite a bit just to "look" at the transmission. Very disappointed on how the whole things was handled.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

They replace my transmission on my truck will definitely take my other cars in the future to this guys! BEWARE! DANGEROUS repairs We are contemplating taking legal action for negligence due to faulty parts and improper Brake part installation. As parents of an out of state student we were extremely specific on the importance of having a reliable vehicle for our son. Unfortunately after the extensive repairs we encountered new problems that were caused by Navarro himself or staff in which they admitted to via text but failed to remedy the problem without further payment. So the third time I refused to allow him to work on the car again. He only offered to replace the part IF we let him work on it again. Like are we Ignorant?This clearly raised eyebrows so we took the vehicle for a safety check where we were informed they failed to properly install the brakes pads and were clearly a danger. Long story short we had to pay the new mechanic to correct Jairo Navarro work. They are clearly inexperienced and offer you road side assistance as their warranty clearly because they are used to having cars they work on break down. I should have known better based on their horrible reviews. I gave him ample time to rectify this in a practical manner but he was very unsympathetic about taking responsibility for any wrong doing or offering us reimbursement.He SHOULD NOT be operating a business and putting peoples lives at RISK.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

They are very honest all they work they've done for me but satisfaction peace of mind also affordable it does not cost you an arm and a leg they tell you what's wrong with your car and it recommends what you should get what you should get fixed first the best auto mechanic

The car needed a new radiator!!! They didn t do it. Car blew a head gasket. After going over 800.00 on the bill it is now a complete lost. 1750.00 for nothing!!! This guy is a cheat!!!! I've been going to Our shop instead of my overpriced dealership for years. The owner is a really nice guy and knows what he is doing and will explain every little thing that you ask him. He will even give you cheaper alternatives with certain problems.This place does not try to fool you like other mechanics very professional and honest.Not only do I bring my personal car here I trusted them enough to refer my family friends and companies fleet to OurShop. I have never heard one bad comment from those I referred. and they have been servicing the company I work for 5 vehicles for years now.Do yourself a service and try Our Shop auto repairs. You won't be disappointed!

Honest mechanics that do good work at very reasonable labor rate. My Ford Econoline doesn't use ignition wires but uses coils which go out from time to time. They are difficult to replace due to the fuel rails, but a good mechanic can do it in about an hour. Premium parts cost me about $65 if I buy it myself. I've paid anywhere from 125 -$160 to have it replaced. I've even had bids up to $350. I needed two of them done, in these guys did it for just under $100 a piece. It came at a time when I needed to hold on to every last dollar that I will be forever thankful that I came here. If my travels take me to South Florida again, this is where I go.

Went in to see the owner Jairo to have my car AC looked at. I was very impressed by his professionalism, honesty and knowledge. Great service from a business owner you can trust. After a local dealer wanted to charge us $2500 for what we learned was an unnecessary repair, we decided to give Our Shop a try. Estimates are given up front and options are clearly explained. We take two cars here for service. Very knowledgeable about all makes and models, and they go the extra mile for their customers.

Since the owner lives in the same neighborhood I do I brought my car there the biggest mistake in the world after spending $2000 on nonsense electrical repair which wasn't done completely right. Had to bring it back 2x's, The radio was ripped out, damaging dash, another radio in trunk missing along with tools, fishing equipment & will not make good.Do Not bring your vehicle here...UNETHICAL THIEVES

Jairo and the team that work for him are great people. I have known them for years and I always bring my business to them. He will even keep the shop open for me after business hours when emergencies happen. That's a guy you can count on. Very friendly family operated shop. Jairo is a straight up guy and will always tell you things the way they are, no BS. Always focussed on solving your vehicle's problem and treating you with respect. I went here for alignment & tire rotation. The younger taller white looking mechanic did a great job. The owner seemed to know it all when I told him my truck is pulling to the right I think we need to cross the tires as the younger guy and I agreed on. He first proceeded to tell me it s just vibration and I had to get ugly with him explaining that I didn t come here with a hard right pull so I m not leaving here with one. Etc etc. they then crossed the tires after some pleading and all was well. I believe they have good intentions here but the culture of owner always wanting to be in control and right could mask some decision making. Just be firm and work together to get the problem fixed. I would come back here for work.

STAY AWAY. This owner is a crook. TERRIBLE and DANGEROUS service. This shop can t change a tire without missing at least three bolts. I m blown away they are in business. All I can say is move on down the street. This guy will give you a great price and only do 1/3 of the actual work. The owner Hiro stole my 3k deposit and put a lean on my truck before even telling me what I owe.

Bring my suv here since it has a suspension issue that no other 2 shops was able to fix for Less than $700! Jairo the owner very professional and cool guy fix my suv suspension for $500 and give me 2 years warranty! Suv is running like new now! Will recommend this place! For sure coming back!

My wife and I were out of town and our car broke down. The owner, Jairo kept the shop open past closing hours just to help us out. No upcharges, just fair pricing. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone.

I been in the business of buy and sell cars for 7 years so that means I have issues with cars every time and before find this shop I got screwed so many time From other shops that are not honest! This guys are the best bring cars to them every time and always find the exact problem and fix it with the best prices you could find! Highly recommended warranties job in this Shop!!

Worst shop around!!!! First they left my car filthy and then they told me that the part and labor would cost me one thing at the end of it all it costed me triple the amount after the car was done, no call was made to notify me, no answer was given for him to change any parts, Jairo treated me with the upmost disrespect, he made it seem like I have no clue what I was talking about even though I was checking parts before him, he's unreasonable and a thief when it comes to dealing with. absolutely do not recommend!!!! If I had the option to leave zero stars I would!!!!

If only zero stars was an option. This man literally said we could store our truck at his shop if we let him repair our engine. He then reported it as an unpaid job and stole the vehicle from us. He s a thief and a crook. Three different times we rolled out of the shop and the tire fell off of our vehicle because the Lugnuts weren t even tightened.

He isn't honest. He tried cheating me out of 1000.00 for repair of my engine. When engine is on recall . But I found out when I went back to take my car out out He had his people block me in from taking my car . So I called police and had it remoded.. thanks for my p

This place is nothing but a SCAM my mother went to go get inner and outer Tyrod ends replaced for the front two wheels of her SUV and they tried to charge her $570! Never have I even heard of a place who would try to charge so much money for repairs jss to make a quick buck! I would NEVER want to recommend this place to anybody!
