We are Canadians heading back to Canada next week. As usual we went to a Nissan dealer to get the oil and filter changed on a 2020 Rogue that has 39,000 miles .We were given a list of all the work that needed to be done including new tie rods. Total cost around $1600 US.A friend in our condo told us to get a second opinion at OK TIRE OF POMPANO as he thought they are the best.We got an appointment within a few days. The guy at the desk was so kind and courteous and understanding at our concern of not getting the repairs done as we were driving home.They put the car on a lift, checked the tie rods and all of the fluids and told us that the car was in perfect shape and needed no work done. He did not want to charge us either.The bottom line is, OK TIRE is now our go to place and if we need any work done in the future we will trust them 100%.We are really overwhelmed by the kindness, honesty and treatment received.Thanks to our friend Ray who recommended them.He was 199% accurate with his compliments and description of OK TIRE.

Came here off the recommendation of a friend and had a great experience. Jeff gave me a few options for tires and was able to order/get them installed quickly. Very impressed with their turnaround time and customer service. Will definitely be back and recommend moving forward.

My parents have trusted OK Tire for years and now that I m living in Florida I have to agree. I can always count on them to get us into the schedule as soon as they can and that the fees for the services provided are always fair. Besides the fact that the quality of diagnostics and employees are top notch.

If I could give this family business 10 stars- I would. I just moved to Pompano Beach and needed my truck serviced. The customer service I experienced was world-class and enjoyable. I would recommend this business 1,000 times over and will now be a customer for life.

Came in. My wiper came off. Man at counter came right out and helped me had pc that was messed up fixed it two minutes. So so kind. You don't find this down here. I can't thank him enough. Went there before for service. Just found out about them. Just wonderful.

Straight Crooked. Brought my truck in for a front Alignment. estimate. a year ago. they quoted me a price. Had a problem with the engine. Got everything fixed. I brought it back. And he added 5 extra things. saying they were wrong. I didn't drive it anywhere. How? could those things wear out? Straight Crooked thieves. Be careful. They're gonna charge you for things you don't need. because it's all about money.. This is one of those scam shops who had. his friends write review for him over the years.

I found this place while searching for Truck wheel balancing. I ve been to different shops and no one else seems to know how to speed balance a truck tire. Shaking wheels are very irritating when you drive over 200 miles a day. Very friendly staff. Go to OK Tire.

Avoid! Brought my truck in for an alignment. When picking up I asked for a printout/report of the alignment like i've received with every other alignment. Lady at the front said the person that could do it was at lunch. Fine, called back and the Mechanic Scott said that he doesnt do that and I quote " I dont have time for this nonsense" Probably didnt do anything and just took my money. Ridiculous!

Place is great! Got me in the same day before going on a roadtrip and drove my car around to see if there was an issue to begin with - which there was (fixed a tire after there was a bolt inserted in it). I was out of there in under 45 minutes. I'll definitely be back :)

I ve been taking my car for service at OK Tire s in Pompano Beach for different issues, and they have been very honest, not opportunistic and the pricing is very fair. I highly recommend them to all of my local friends.

The only service that was able to inflate a non-standard tire for my rim (with a gap of about 7 mm between the rim and the tire when it's flat). Many thanks to the team at Lou's.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. We were about to leave on a 2 hour drive and noticed the low tire pressure light. After being turned away from another shop, we googled tire shops and found OK Tire. Though the shop was busy, Lou was able to take our car and patch the tire from the inside. OK is an efficient and honest shop. Others probably would have charged for a replacement tire. We were also happy to find out they are not only a tire shop but do service as well. Highly recommend this wonderful family business!

Went there had a leak on my tire.Was seen right away.Tire had a nail was fixed and pressure checked on all others.No charge for first repair since I purchased 4 tires there recently. Great service.

First time coming here to get my tire patched after I hit a nail earlier in the day, took like 15 minutes and it was reasonably priced. Quick and good service! Definitely a place to consider looking at.

These guys are the good guys! What a great family and business. They treated me with respect and showed me what was wrong with the vehicle before working on it.They didn't talk down to me or try to sell me something I didn't need. I wish I lived closer so I could bring my other vehicles in!

I would give 1000 stars for OK Tires of Pompano. Outstanding customer service, I actually felt like I knew every staff member that I made contact with. Starting with speaking with Jeff on the phone for a quote on tires. Jeff was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and went above and beyond to assist me with the purchase of new tires. By 4pm he had the tires on my car. He completely handled our entire transaction with kindness and professionalism. Oh, not to mention, the amazing waiting room with delicious fresh coffee. Ok tire is very clean, and you can just tell this is a family owned business. They really care about each and every person that comes through the door. I will only use OK tire for my auto needs. I am thankful. God bless

Great speedy and personal customer service. I came in with a tire having an imbedded screw that resulted in a consistent loss of air. Bummer. I asked the OK Tire Team to provide options for the tire and to also to look at my weird braking feel. Car brakes pulsated. They put my 2018 Ford Escape on a lift and showed me all the issues needing repair. Jeff is super honest, experienced and a great communicator. My background as a Mech. Engineer and Maintenance Supt. of a large power plant made me appreciate his detailed yet clear explanation. Trust me, if he was even a bit off, I would know it. He wasn't. Did what was needed and fully restored the vehicle to 100% safe operation. This place is a gold mine of experience and honesty. If any of the team says "this is what i would do", do it! Makes me so glad we have this resource in Pompano.

Jeff was very nice until the pick up of the vehicle. Was quoted one price and came in with the bill $100 more, so naturally he was asked why. He was very offended that he was asked about the bill. I dont know, I go over every bill before I pay with my hard earned money to make sure all is correct. There was no fight or argument, the bill was just paid and when I was walking out, Jeff yelled across the room, "Oh and dont tell any of your girlfriends to come here." Shame on you Jeff that you treated and elderly person this way. Im sorry that you feel people should not look at their bill before spending their money. All I have to say Jeff, is, shame on you. Rest assure you will never be recommended to anyone in my path. Sincerely, the elderly person child.
