We brought in a 2010 e550 and needed the ECU repaired. Mike was great and repaired it in a day. It still had a miss, so I brought it back. It turned out one of the spark plugs was not gapped properly. He replaced it and the car ran perfectly all the way back to Michigan! Great service at a great price! Thank you Mike!

Very highly recommended. Michael and his crew are excellent, I got my issue fixed in record time. They were able to squeeze me in as my issue was dire. Michael was great to talk to, very knowledgeable, direct and problem solver. Not to mention their prices are very reasonable.I will not take my Mercedes anywhere else now.Thank you guys for all your help.

So I was highly recommend to this place , took a ride there ONLY with appointment they will take me which I respect a lot meaning they will NOT over load them selves with walk in ! results my car was done same day and within hours !!!! I am very happy and impressed with there services and more importantly very affordable!! With dealership Quality work ! Big size waiting room with TV and cell phone charging stand ready to use .over all I give them 10 out of 10 .Thank you Mike and fabin his son for best service , made my day ! My front left suspension was leaking, replaced done .By the way big shop enough space between cars and very easy to find .

At 1/4th the cost of the dealership, how can you complain? Had a great experience taking my car there. On time, reliable, and great prices. Drove pretty far out of my way to come here and I m glad I did. I ll certainly be coming back the next time I need a service completed.

Michael and his team are great! I've been using them for years and they have always taken care of my cars. If you have a Mercedes and need it serviced or repaired, look no further. They are honest and fair, 5 stars!

There were so many excellent reviews posted that it sounded too good to be true, well have just had my first experience with the Mercedes Expert Mike who always has a smile, clearly enjoys his work and is a pleasure to do business with. Family run also met his daughter in the office also smiling and friendly as is Mrs Mercedes Expert. Bottom line you need look no further for a Mercedes Expert.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The Name of the shop is the true. Michael is a real Mercedes expert. He is a German master tec and knows everything about Mercedes cars. I had my ML and my SL serviced there and they have done great work.

Finally was able to get my CL550 fixed. Been to a few shops and none of them could figure out the issue. Went to Mercedes Benz Of Miami (1200 NW 167st) , they broke the heating valve and didn't find the issue but requested $1500+. They ended up only robbing me for $400 (diagnostic fee) . Car cut off on the I95s very next day from getting it out of Mercedes service. Found MIKE "the BENZ GOD" on google and Mercedes Expert solved the issue. Very affordable and the whole shop has a good family vibe. This is my go to shop from here on. Thanks for everything!Service: Engine repair

Very honest, kind and knowledgeable German family owned and run. Been their client since 2006. Many times Mike's procedure are half that of the dealership, twice as good quality and faster turnaround service. 100% Best Benz mechanic you could ever find. Highly recommend them.

Mike's shop is by far one of the finest mechanic shops I have ever been too. Their service, work, and ethics are unmatched. They have the best rates, wiping aside the dealer rates. I have recommended them to anyone who needs car worked on or diagnosed.

I have to share my experience with you about this well run establishment, had my S500 towed into Mikes shop on a Sunday. When I arrived there at 7:20 Monday Morning Mike had already started working on my car and found the problem I was having, I figured my car was going to tied up for maybe two days before Mike and his crew would ever get around to doing my repairs. Needless to say Mike and his guys had me back on the road within a few hours. I must say I ve never experienced service like this in all my years of dealing with repair shops. Plus his prices are very reasonable. I want to thank Mike and his crew for being so helpful & courteous!I must say this will always be where I bring my MERCEDES to be repaired.

Strongly recommend Mercedes Expert. They are super competent and savvy with an exemplary work ethic. I am very lucky that they are close where I live. Mike is a German trained / educated Mercedes professional and his shop is well organized, tidy and provides first class service. It was a decent experience, the team is nice and has great mechanics. No complains. They even checked with me on any issues as I gave 3 star's initially, which I had none so updating it. I will be going there to service my car soon.

I have an older model CLK 500 and was having transmission issues. The car has about 90k miles on it. With that being said I was worried I needed a new transmission.Had it towed to Dynamic Transmission in Deerfield who misdiagnosed the issue for $125 as I need a whole new transmission according to them. (I DIDN'T)Cost would have been north of $5000 not including labor. Avoid them at your own peril, unless you like to spend money you don't need to.Fortunately I am more knowledgeable than most about cars and found Mercedes Expert through their consistently great reviews. After a second real look I was happily surprised!Long story short I now have a local Mercedes shop that's honest and affordable.I needed a replacement valve body and it now runs like NEW!The owner Michael Brown dealt with me personally.It cost me about $1000 in total (with labor) as opposed to over $5000.They are honest, affordable and professional.Michael and his team are "real" Mercedes Experts.Two big thumbs up and I highly recommend them!How refreshing to see folks taking pride in their work and reputation.

Mercedes Expert is an heaven for Mercedes owners. The master mechanic Mike is an amazing (German/American) technician who were trained at Mercedes. He is also an honest person. You always know that your car is in good hands. The last but not the least, the charges are reasonable. It is much much less than MB dealerships. He is always honest to tell you what needs to be done and charges very reasonably. Highly recomended Mercedes mechanics shop.

We needed our front & rear brakes done for some heavy Holiday driving this season. I've looked high and low to find our Mercedes Benz Mechanic, the dealerships are outrageous with the repair\part cost. We also didn't want to take our family car to just anyone.I found Mercedes Expert thru Yelp and Google Maps, both sites show very good reviews and customers overall are very happy, I concur with the reviewers since I'm a new customer.The business is family owned and they're very friendly. I did not have to wait long to drop off or pickup my car. I'm very satisfied with the price and service that was performed. I will definitely bring our family car to have all of its scheduled services done.If the family reads the reviews: Thank you for everything and I look forward in doing business with you.

When my Mercedes SL wouldn't shift into gear I thought I would need a whole new transmission and had the car towed to Mercedes Expert. Mike put it on the hoist, told me he'd fix it within the hour and have me on the way for the weekend.Rather than a massive bill, he made a simple repair and made my day.Other places may have tried to sell me the transmission. Mike's deep knowledge, fair practices, and honesty will keep me coming back and recommending Mercedes Expert.Service: Transmission

I know a lot about mechanic. I performed most of my mechanic work by myself. Every now and then I come across a challenge, where even the dealer can't figure out. Mike the owner, is able to diagnose the problem as you describe it to him. He is dedicated, conscientious, and will do everything in his power to find the problem. If the problem takes longer to figure out then expected, he does not charge extra for that. If it is a Mercedes problem, it's his problem. It's a warm and friendly, family business. Very polite and friendly. The price is as fair as you are going to get. The quality of work is surpasses their fees. Try them out, you will be satisfied about 95% of the time. I almost never write reviews for businesses. This shop is worth my time!

Mike and his employees are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I bought a car from Right Choice Auto Sales which is next door and the owner Jeff told me Mercedes Expert was the best place in town for service. I've been servicing my car there and have told others with Benz's about it. Great mechanics!

This is a good shop. I went there for the first time yesterday with my 2013 ML350. The owner, Mike, showed me how he checked all systems (which were running well). He changed the oil and checked all fluid levels. Mike is a good guy and his staff and other Mercedes-Benz mechanics seem very knowledgeable. The price was reasonable--far more reasonable than the AutoNation MB dealer. I highly recommend Mercedes Expert in Pompano Beach.

Finally an honest mechanic!!! Without going into tons of detail with my issue, I was told by 2 mechanics that to fix my car was going to cost in the neighborhood of $3-4000!! All from an error code on a check engine light. I took it to Mike after having been given his name from someone else who couldn't speak any higher of him. I showed up and spoke with him, told him what the others had said and estimated....I waited for about 1/2 hour and he walked in to the waiting room with an extremely reasonable $175 bill!!! What every other mechanic had said ( including mercedes) was total BS....it was a bad magnet! He KNEW what he was doing...and he was HONEST. He gets to walk around all day with a happy smile because he does what he likes, and he likes to help others and make them happy. He certainly did it with me! Super professional and I can't give him enough stars! I will be posting this review to other sites so you may see it there too, and I multi-post very infrequently, but I"m just so happy with how I was treated I feel it's the best thing I can do for everyone!

As the other reviewers have posted their satisfaction with having their Mercedes-Benz serviced by Mike and his staff, I also echo this satisfaction. Mike is brilliant, honest and a professional. I highly recommend bringing your car to him, if you need repair done to your Mercedes-Benz. You and your car will be treated right!

I moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL from New Jersey and my Mercedes needed repair. I tried the dealer and they wanted thousands of dollars. My neighbor recommended Mercedes Expert and I took the car there. It is a family owned business and Mike (the owner) greeted me and evaluated the car and came up with the same diagnosis as the MB Dealer. However; he only charged a few hundred dollars for the same repairs using MB OEM parts. I only take my car there now, I highly recommend Mercedes Expert , they are honest, professional and very knowledgeable.
