Appointment was easy to make, this dealership is very professional and helpful unlike the one next to me. Everything was on schedule, punctual and I was informed about all issues with my car from my service rep Armando Ramos. He is cordial and very helpful and my calls were returned. I have been dealing with him for about 4 years and he is the best. All the other staff are also very friendly yet professional. I highly recommend this particular dealership and my service rep. Keep up the good work.

They were great. I went in for a recall. They cleaned the car afterward. The 2 things I was taken back at was I had to replace the battery in my key which cost them maybe .50 cents. They wanted to charge me 15 dollars. I went online and bought 20 batteries for 5 bucks. The other thing is they said that my fluids were perfect but the window washer fluid was empty. Overall, good experience.

Recently when I took my. S550 in for regular service I was told that I should consider getting new tires. I made arrangements to do so but was informed that the tires I had were no longer available. A different tire was suggested, similar brand but they felt this tire would give me greater mileage. I set up a date, the new tires were installed and I am so far very happy with the advice I was given and the ride of the car. Thank you Augohouse.

Every experience has been great thus far at the Pompano Beach location. Anja Moore has been my service advisor for the past 5 years. Her knowledge and excellent customer service shows she cares about your needs and concerns.

After having my new Mercedes-Benz for just three days, it needed to go into the shop. I wasn't thrilled about this. However, Bradley Markoff made the experience better than I would have expected. It turned out that the issue was related to a faulty wiring harness and Bradley had me back in my car quickly.

My experience with the service department is great. I've worked with Elijah on several occasions, and he's always very pleasant. Elijah is always willing to do what needs to be done to ensure excellent customer service. I appreciate all he does.

I purchased my car from Reggie, who was so helpful, professional and knowledgeable about my model. He was patient with my many calls and texts with questions. Place is a beautiful state of the art facility.The greeters were friendly, efficient and very accurate as to explaining how much time was involved. The only disappointment was in the training of the telephone answerer in the service department. She was so disinterested in my conversation that I thought we had been disconnected many times. I wanted to get across to her and to them, that when you put a new tire on a car, the driver shouldn't have to stop elsewhere on the way home to get air in it.

I tried taking my car to one of those 'European' shops in Fort Lauderdale, but it turns out they were cheaper because they didn't complete the service. Mercedes-Benz of Pompano has my loyalty because they've earned my trust. Highly recommend the team at this dealership for all your MB service needs.

Great customer service and my service advisor Iljia is the best. He always breaks down all the details I need to know about my car. He s caring, patient and understanding. He doesn t make me spend money I don t have to spend. I have had bad experiences before due cause I m a women they tend to take advantage by telling me I need all the works on my car.

Bradley was attentive to my inquiries but car took 5 weeks to be fixed. No one understands how to work on EV s. Escalated to Matt service mgr who helped get me into a new car. Loved the service staff hated mechanics don t have knowledge to work on cars. Took 5 + weeks to fix a nonfunctional charging system. 5 star staff 2 star process

I have a good experience doing my car services at the dealer. After my services prepayment plan expired I thought that I should take my car to another place cheaper but they have good deals for more services prepayment plan and I decided to stay with the dealer. It is so comfortable to know that you car is on good hands.

I took my S63 AMG to change the moon roof glass a road rock broke. They deal with my insurance to have the repair cover. They provide me a loaner. Meantime, I bought two new front tires. They helpfully agree to install them for a regular low price and also they did the alignment of the car for a reasonable price. They also update for free my computer after I complained of the car was not running as usual at low RPM. They returned my car fully detailed !!!. I never received such a good service before!! I am super happy I can get help with my Mercedes Benz every time I bring it for service. Frank my service advisor is very informative and keeps in the loop with any issues with my car. I bought my car in Miami and never knew I would had so much issue with this car however Pompano Beach Mercedes has fixed all the issues in my car and super grateful for there help even providing a loaner in time my car was getting fixed. I have been a client of Mercedes of Pompano since 2009. I have had the Anja Moore as my Service Person from the very beginning. She is absolutely AMAZING and has ensured that my Vehicle has and continues to be serviced to the utmost standard and safety. I could have gone to another Mercedes Dealership closer to my home, but I trust Anja and the Service receive at Mercedes Benz of Pompano.
