My first Benz started getting my gle coupe serviced here and they re so good. Friendly but most importantly trust worthy. They will not rip you off like the Mercedes service center. Got my regular service and brakes replaced here. Will keep going.

Brought my GLC 300 in for scheduled maintenance and a minor repair.The service was quick and honest.Everything was done and ready within 24hrs. I highly recommend Merc Werks for your Mercedes.

The only shop I take my C63S to now. Mercedes dealership is a waste of time, & money when you have guys like this. I love the fact that he breaks down the price of parts, and his labor it allows you to truly understand the numbers. Needless to say one of the greatest experiences in a long time. Amazing customer service and knowledge of Mercedes Benz vehicles. McKenzie is amazing at explaining their prices and what the problem may be, and Ralston is lights out one of the best in the business.Came in with no AC and left with a new home for for my mechanical needs. Like most other Mercedes car owners, I used to go to the dealers to service my cars and just pay until i got an exorbitant quote for a B service. That is when I asked around and was recommended this shop by a friend. I am really glad I went to Merc Werks. They were able to do the job at a much lower price but at the same level of professionalism and details as a dealer. Rolston and John took care of my car. The minute I drove in, they took the car and worked on it straightaway. Super humble and nice guys who really know their stuff on Mercedes cars. Limped my 2010 Mercedes Benz GL350 into Merc-werks after a 1200 mile trip from NJ when my car began to smoke this k blue smoke. The team immediately took the car in and diagnosed it as having a bad turbo. They got the FACTORY ORIGINAL parts for my car and had me back on the road in less then 24 hrs. As I'm new to Florida and didn't know anyone down here, I followed the reviews and choose Merc-Werks. They will be my permanent repair shop for my Mercedes.

Big shoutout to Ralston, McKinsey, and the rest of the team for their professionalism.I ve used the shop twice so far, both times I had an appointment. The minute I arrive, they start working on my car respecting my time. I can t put into words how important that is to me.Moreover, they are always honest on what needs immediate attention and what can wait. Before finding Merc Werks, I ve used the dealerships in Miami and had to wait up to a week without a rental only to have my car misdiagnosed twice.The Merc Werks shop provides Mercedes owners more than repairs; it offers us peace of mind. I ve always taken my Mercedes-Benz to Merc Werks here in pompano. I have a 2001 e320 that I ve owed for over 2 years now, they ve helped me completely bring that car back to life. I now own a 2011 e350 and they ve been extremely professional with all work done on both of my vehicles. Compared to the dealership price too they ve helped save me a ton of money! Their receptionist is always very nice too, very informative when on the phone too! Our 2013 C250 had been to AutoNation with a U0100 code but they didn't fix the problem and wanted $434 (1.5 hours labor) to diagnose the problem again. We called Merc Werks based on the reviews. McKenzie told us other owners of this car had the same problems and there was a class action lawsuit. We brought the car in and they found the steering lock was bad. We had this part replaced as new, the transmission mounts which were collapsed, and sway bar links for a fraction of the cost of the dealer. McKenzie even processed our claim through Endurance (didn't pay much) but she tried. Other shops don't even bother with insurance because it's a lot of time spent on hold. McKenzie was a service advisor in the past and knows her stuff. Ralston is a wiring expert and will find the problem. This shop is the real deal and now we can keep the C250.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair

Car broke down on the road and I had it towed to Merc Werks where I normally also go for service.The car needed a new starter and they immediately ordered one, replaced it and the car was ready to go the same day. What a super service and at a very reasonable price, thank you all.Update:Not living there anymore but taking the 3:30 min drive for maintenance at Merc Werks. That is how highly I think of them. After getting a quote from my local Mercedes dealership on a B service, I thought the price they were charging was comical. I found Merc Werks online and called in and was greeted warmly by Emily, who was extremely helpful and gave me a quote that sounded much more realistic. I dropped my car off in a couple days and the work was performed quickly, and with good communication between us. The technicians were knowledgeable And let me know the rear pads were about ready and were able to take care of that. I would much rather spend my money at a business like this than to pay astronomical prices at Mercedes and get ripped off. A Five Star indie Benz shop!After finding stellar reviews for this facility on Google and taking my CLK 320 in for service, I found that all of the previous reviews are totally accurate. Excellent customer service and communication are apparently the standard here!The cost of the repair was reasonable and they took care of it quickly. While the car was there, I asked them to take a look at a few other maintenance items with the convertible top. They not only provided a detailed written estimate on the additional repairs but provided the oem part numbers as well. Unfortunately, the parts were special order from Germany and I would not be in town long enough to have them shipped. I can only hope I can find a comparable shop in Pittsburgh.

Great company. Look nowhere else other then Merc-Werks Repair shop for your car repair needs. I took my 2011 E350 to them and explained that I was in a pinch because of a bad experience at a local dealership and also that time was not on my side and would need this car serviced quickly. They got the car right in for me, serviced, & repaired the car.The repair service is outstanding and the customer service is in a class of its own!Keep up the great work.

Own a benz? Take it here. Yes, all the reviews are 100% accurate. Rolston and Mackenzie gave me peace of mind.They ensured everything was communicated to me clearly, and saved me a ton of money doing an inspection on my newly purchased 2012 E350 with 68k miles.They found a few mechanical issues(yikes) and got approval from warranty company for repairs.They were also upfront with what maintenance I would expect to do in near future and costs associated.I was genuinely surprised in not just the price compared to dealership, but their honesty, speed and quality of service they provided me. I will be taking my benz only to them from now on, as should you.

Love this place. Had completely broken my key fob. Had already gotten quotes from several places ranging from $400-600 to get replacement. These guys didn't have a new fob but found an older one, replaced all the componentry and got it to work for WAY less money. Great little shop with great customer service. If you have a Mercedes do NOT go anywhere else.

I am beyond grateful to have found Merc-Werks to maintain my GLK 350. Having recently moved here from California and driving my vehicle across country, I was stressing about finding a knowledgeable, fairly priced establishment to work on my car.Thankfully I found Merc-Works online through customer reviews and they have not disappointed. From scheduling an appointment to paying for services rendered, the whole experience is seamless and pleasant. No rip-offs or coercions for unnecessary services here - Just honesty and integrity and they love working on Mercedes!Highly recommend.

My CLA250 displayed a check engine light and a warning message. I brought it to a local European car repair shop for check up. The estimate was $9,000 plus tax. I went online to search and found Merc Werks; after reading the reviews I determined to give it a try. Merc Werks had it fixed the same day that I brought in the car, and the charge was under $200 all inclusive. I waited two months to write the review because I am a guy who don't believe miracle. The car has been working very well since it was fixed by Merc Werks. What do I have to say more? Merc Werks is an outstanding Indy shop that specializes in Mercedes Benz automobiles. They are characterized by exemplary service, quality, honesty, value and integrity. They are the best Mercedes mechanics in the tri-county area. Don't usually give five stars, but these guys! Best Mercedes Benz Shop around, wouldn't trust anybody else with my Benz. Had some issues took it to two different Benz dealers, band aid fix, at this point I'm pissed as hell, ready for a trade, then I heard about Rolston from a friend of mine. Took my car in to him, called me next day saying "your car is ready". In my head I'm saying "no way" but sure enough purring like showroom. Recommend 100%.

If you are reading this then you know exactly how almost impossible it is to find a decent mechanic who does what they say they are going to do, and has transparency. These guys were real pro's. Great prices, fast fast service, and a wonderful at home feel when you are there. The lady in the front is very nice. There's a big old German Shepard chilling there. The place is perfect.
