I recently visited Mad Hatter Muffler & Tire and had a fantastic experience. Bob provided excellent customer service, guiding me through the process with informative insights. Despite my uncertainty about what I needed, Bob skillfully achieved the desired sound for my vehicle. The pricing was also very reasonable, and they were able to schedule me in quickly. I appreciated the follow-up call once the work was completed. Like many others, I'm thoroughly satisfied with Mad Hatter Muffler & tire and highly recommend their services

I would give 10 stars if I could! THANK YOU for such a smooth, simple experience. I could not be any more pleased with the service I received. It sucks needing to get any repair work done on your car, but the Mad Hatter guys will make getting that work done so much easier. Honest, fair pricing and quick service - what more can you ask for? These guys are fantastic!

I would give 10 Stars if allowed. They treated me like Family . Very Professional, totally Honest & Really care about Your Safety!They took a Great Deal of Time to Check to be sure Problem was resolved & did it at No Charge. No other shop gives this kind of Service!

I sent my mom to fix her car AC and it turned out it wasn't broken at all. She just mistakenly hit some incorrect buttons and they helped her get it back to working order. Also, no charge for this courtesy. I absolutely love these guys!

I had braking system repairs done on my 2004 Lexus IS300. The ABS light and brake light were both on when retrieving the vehicle. I requested a muffler and cat less header installation. Parts were in trunk of vehicle. They installed my muffler however claimed they could not install my headers as there was not enough space. I ve removed these in the past to work on my car and there is more than enough space after removing the air intake. Not to mention they welded my exhaust so I m not even able to do the work myself. They also damaged a plastic component on my hood lift support. The reason I needed to install my headers is because my catalytic converters are no longer working. I was under the impression this shop specializes in muffler/exhaust work. I m very disappointed with my experience.

I mad a quick decision to take my car to this location this morning because of a broken belt, everything from the phone call explaining the issues my car was having to dropping it off and picking my car up was so simple and the great customer service I received from Tom was exceptional! I am big on customer service and understanding the customers needs and that was done for me today. Thank would definitely recommend this business trust me you will not be disappointed

I was in town on business and had my trucks exhaust system cut off and stolen. The Toyota dealer said parts were on a 3-6 month back order. This placed saved the day. They repaired/replaced my stolen parts, truck runs great, no engine codes, sounds great. This place is awesome. Great staff no nonsense just right down to business. If I didn't live 14hrs away this place would be my go-to for exhaust! Thank you guys!!!!! Highly recommend this shop to folks who live down there.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

They gave me a very quick last minute emergency appointment. They then proceeded to do a tight, difficult custom fitment of two Magnaflow resonators that I brought.They supplied some metric sized gaskets I was missing.Their invoice was within ten dollars of what I thought this was going to be. But, the quality of the work and the speed at which it was done was superior.Six stars out of five. BE CAREFUL! GOOGLE NAVIGATION will not bring you directly to this establishment.Use your own eyeballsHint:Look left right near the end of Google"s pitiful attempt to bring you to their property.

I requested a Flowmaster be put in and the mufflers to be taken out of my 2014 mustang convertible and WOW was I amazed at the quickness and professionalism of the team at Mad Hatter Muffler and Tire! My car sounds absolutely amazing love hearing it roar on the road.

I highly recommend this business if you are in need of any type of car repair. My wife and I have taken both of our vehicles to them on multiple occasions, and we have always been satisfied with the work and customer service provided by them.We have always found them to be honest, fair and offer very good rates. The only caveat is that sometimes they can be a little backlogged, but even then they work hard to get to your vehicle as fast as possible.

Tom and the team at Mad Hatter are top notch. They are exceptional at auto repair, but one thing separates them from other repair shops, they build trust and relationships. Inevitably a car will need some sort of service or repair work done. Mad Hatter is the shop that I recommend for all your automotive needs.

This place is awesome, the customer service is outstanding and the mechanic Steve who put on the x pipe for my Mercedes-Benz did a wonderful job, I would highly recommend them!!!! 100% satisfied!!!

Not impressed. Was told I could wait all day to get my vehicle diagnostic check even though I was the first customer. But, an oil change can be done soon as possible. Horrible attitude, bad customer service. I know others may disagree but this is what I encountered there are other places who do welcome business from their customers I guess this one is doing so good that customer service is secondary.

So I called this morning to have my Performance Catless Downpipe connected... They expressed that they were busy however they would fit me, I dropped of my BMW 3 Series... by the time I called to check in they were done with it, and very reasonably priced. This is now my go to spot. Very professional, and knows their stuff. I recommend anyone in the pompano area to go to theses guys. Shoot I will be back in two weeks for more work... I have used Mad Hatter three times now and each time has been a great experience. They are always busy which is a great thing as that you know other people see and realize the great customer service and work that they do, but even being busy they are always able to work my vehicles in with only a day or two advance notice and they do excellent work every time.They are also extremely honest and they are extremely competitive with prices and always treat me with respect and excellent customer service. I only use Mad Hatter for my auto needs. I highly recommend using their services.Service: Exhaust

These guys saved me and provided a ton of relief. I was driving around from shop to shop looking for any mechanic to fix the terrible alignment I had a previous hack shop perform on my truck. Rob was the man. He aligned my tires across all three dimensions, where the previous place just did a toe-and-go, and he walked me through the entire process of what he was doing. He is a professional who knows what he is doing. My truck runs straight as an arrow now. I really appreciate these guys. They took me in immediately as a walk-in after having been turned away from a handful of places who could get me in for days. I will be going back. This will be my new shop to take my truck in for now on.Service: Wheel alignment
