My command unit was not working for the s550 Mercedes benz sent it to M&B Specialist they inspected it found the problem fixed it sent it back in good condition reasonably priced I would let anyone with a problem check them out

To ALL Mercedes Benz Owners of all Classes from 2010 and up, this is the only place you want to send your electronics to for repair. These guys are professionals in every way and are always on time or ahead of schedule. Their expertise in electronics and MB parts is bar none. Have sent in for repairs from out of town via USPS and receive my parts back within time frame in a wonderfully and carefully wrapped box. I appreciate their hard work and diligence. Their prices are also unbeatable. You are truly one of a kind shop. Thanks again guys for all your great work. Your loyal customer from NY.

VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! I drove an hour each way to try this business based upon the Google reviews and it was well worth it. I have a 2006 E350 that had developed electrical problems. One day there was no horn, no AC and no wipers. I brought it to my regular mechanic who I always considered very good. Then to the MB 'stealership' who wanted to change out the engine ECU at 1500 with no guaranty that it would fix the issue. I brought the ECU to M&B and they said the ECU was OK. So I then brought them the whole car and they chased that electrical issue down with testing, not trial and error at my expense. They did not guess at a repair. They repaired it. The fix ended up being a communication issue with the front SAM. The same one which was replaced by my regular mechanic as one of his guesses before I took it to the dealership and then to M&B. My take a way is to not guess at a repair. Just like a medical issue the first step is an accurate diagnosis. Take it to M&B and they will spend the time to diagnose the problem and then fix what needs to be fixed.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

I recently took my Mercedes ML350 to M&B Specialist to get my radio and navigation fixed. They were very professional and provided great customer service. They have very reasonable pricing. I would have paid a fortune if I took my car to the dealer. Highly recommended!

I was tracking an audio problem on M/B SL. I sent them an audio gateway and they promptly checked it out, verified good and returned. They didn't try to tell me something was wrong when it wasn't. I then sent the Comand unit, which they again promptly tested, verified failure, offered repair, fixed and quickly returned. The Comand unit and all audio now works great! I was very pleased with their service...Thanks M&B Specialist!

Never responded...... I'm updating my previous response. Although i initially received no response,A couple months later now, i did recent a a phone call from the owner. He was very apologetic for the situation and even offered to do the work at a heavily discounted price. Although,I no longer need the service, in would go back in the future now

BE AWARE there are common Scammers!Two Turkish guys, both of them very professional layers, this allows them do not be specialist like they called themselves...A Year later 03/2023 I got some reply from M&B "Specialist" (quotation mark in word specialist describing who you are dealing with).In response to your lowing, I decided to remind you how you tried to return someone else's amplifier to me instead of my marked one, which of course you did not know...Both of you the liars Specialist

I would trully do business again with this guy , He fixed my amp less than 3 days and something happened while i was installed the amp , he sent me an another one by just paying $300 . Good guy
