I m on vacation and my car s air conditioning stopped working. I called Jon at 4pm and he booked me in the very next morning. The problem was diagnosed and solved within an hour. If you want great, personalized service, skip the dealer and take it to Jon s. Thanks for helping us!

Jon was amazing. He was very informative and explained everything that was wrong with my car. No one else was able to find my ac problem but he did! Im very glad and grateful. I was at the point where I was going to get rid of my car because of my ac problem. I even took my car to the dealer before I took it to Jon s and the dealer couldn t find the issue and they had my car for over a week. Jon found the problem within 2 days. Very honest guy and will find your car problems. Will be returning his shop in the future.

Jon was awesome got my AC working the best it ever has. Pricing was more than fair for the work he did. Super picky about who works on my car. Jon is a really honest and fair guy.

Jon was one of the best I ve met so far! He broke everything down to me so I can understand. My A/C was blowing hot air due to a previous service being done incorrectly, but Jon did the best he could to solve the issue & he succeeded ! He also kept informing on what he was doing and what was happening as I was there. I would be back for more services with Jon in the future. I am very pleased with his work.

Hard to find an honest mechanic sometimes, but that is exactly what Jon and his shop are. Custom a/c lines, installs on classic cars, plus your more standard a/c work. Brought my 2011 Ford F-350 to John s place this week and he was able to diagnose my AC and repair the problems in 2 days! I had my truck to 3 other places that all wanted in excess of $2k and said it would take over a week because the dash needed to be removed. John s place did the repairs for under a thousand and even informed me of other issues my truck has and referred me to someone else. Man, Jon is an awesome guy. Very friendly and honest. I came in expecting to hear that I needed to spend an arm and a leg to get my AC fixed like most places would tell you. But he recommended trying the most economical method first and going from their. Plus he introduced me to an awesome guy in my field of work. Very impressed with staff and the work they did on my vehicle as well as my husband s vehicle. Work completed the same day. Very nice clean shop.Owner was very personable. Hubby surprised me by having new headlights installed on my car. Jon and crew never disappoints. These guys can do anything and at a reasonable price.MY PERSONAL MECHANIC for sure

Shopped around for a busted A.C. condenser at 7 different auto repair places including the dealership, Tire Kingdom and Pep Boys. I am thrilled to be able to say that Jon's Auto Air quoted us the best price and the work was done in a short period of time. We have saved over $500 than what the dealership and about ($275/$150 less than others) had asked for. Jon seemed 'straight to the point' and has a network of other auto related repairs in his vicinity. Thumbs up from us!

Fantastic experience!! Jon diagnosed the AC problem in my Jeep Grand Cherokee over the phone just by listening to my fianc� describe the issue. He ordered the parts, I made my appointment, and was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes. Super helpful, professional, and fair. I will absolutely be back for any future car problems and highly recommend his shop!

I had my AC start to die on me, and got several estimates for a new compressor, the most astounding one being $2k for the work from a national chain.I was referred to Jon by a coworker, who has worked with him and said he was fair and honest, and not something found much these days.I took my car for an evaluation, and he did it so promptly, and fixed the issue the same day (which was NOT a compressor and instead the valve).I will definitely recommend Jon and his business, for his honesty, and quality of work!Service: Air conditioning

Jon's Auto Air is the best auto repair shop I've ever been in! Jon is so helpful and kind and competent. He explained everything. While my daughter and I waited quite some time for our ride to arrive, he offered us cold water and a snack. The repair was done properly and promptly. The cost was reasonable. And the shop is orderly and decent! My daughter and I felt comfortable and welcomed. Highly recommended.

Everyone at Jon's Auto Air is so wonderful. Along with a great price and overall kindness, they really explain everything that they do for each visit which helps me understand my car better. I would not drive 45 minutes to get there if they were not as trustworthy and fair as they are. My entire family has been going here for years. Found this place online who does custom ac lines. Took my lines and fitting i needed to John. He was extremely helpful. The next day he called me and my custom ac lines for my custom project car was done. Nice welds and good work. Definitely recommend this place for all your automotive needs. Thanks John

Jon and Tom fixed our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee air conditioning (condenser)for half the cost I was being quoted other places. I had the vehicle looked at by three different shops, Jon's identified the Real issue and fixed it for about 1/2 the other quote...and fixed a couple of other minor issues at no additional cost no wonder this place has been in business for 25 years and has so many good reviews. One of the few honest mechanics I've ever found. He was honest in diagnosing the problem and presented me with multiple options for the repair. His shop is spotless and he's very punctual. He even has the ability to build lines/pipes if your car is old and parts are hard to find. Highly recommend!

Can t say enough good about my experience today. Spoke to the owner Jon yesterday, who took the time to explain all aspects of my problem, then made arrangements to go to his shop the next morning.On arrival, I was taken right in, problem analyzed and fixed in no time flat.The expertise, professionalism and downright friendliness is a refreshing contrast from a depressing majority of dealerships I ve been to in the past. Awesome service! Awesome repair! Honest, professional, and meticulous! Jon and his team replaced all of my A/C components in my 1999 truck, and did a great job! He even offered to provide future inspections and replacement of the orifice tube if needed. What great service and at an EXTREMELY reasonable price. I dropped my truck off at 8 AM and had it back by 3PM. Fast, accurate and my A/C is COLD! ;D

this review is looooong overdo.I was directed to Jon's Auto Air by a trusted (now retired tech) over 2 years ago for my AC problem.Right out of the gate, the cleanest shop I have ever seen and I served in the Marine Corps and had my Hummer serviced a lot! This shop was as clean and organized, I'll dare say even moreso!Long story short I had a good conversation with Jon and he got right on it. Investigated, researched and diagnosed the problem.Explained in detail what was going on and what I needed and was clear on pricing. Very very fair pricing for GREAT work!It's been over 2 years and it is still freezing in my car, LOVE IT.I've stayed in touch with Jon because he is a solid guy doing solid work and with integrity at that.Here is follow up, I called Jon because my vehicle had died. he asked questions and listened intently and though they do some light mech work he recommended me to a place that was nearby that had done good work for another client of his. WHO DOES THAT!?I trust Jon and he told me to call him back if I thought or felt their diagnosis a little off. I cannot say enough about Jon, his character and his doing the right thing for his folks.
