I recently purchased my Kia Sportage here and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Never EVER bring your car there for service. My car is there for 1 MONTH. Nobody gives me updates, they are not picking up the phone, no call backs. I have to drive there to know what's going on and they are lying to your face. They said they are working on it but I'm on daily contact with the warranty company they are not responding to them either. I don't even know how they can stay in the business. My next step is calling the news and find out what's going on there. It is more than ridiculous.

Really a great experience buying my 2018 Jeep Wrangler! Heller the salesman did a great job keeping me informed for the process, and answered my questions right away, this is what you want in a salesperson! Good Customer Service!

My husband and I had an AMAZING experience today at the Joey Accardi dealership. I left with my first NEW car!! Gus was very accommodating and walked us through many different options. Edit: The next morning the dashboard informed me that an oil change is needed. Before the sale we asked what was done to prep the vehicle and what was included in the inspection and reconditioning charges. We were shown a list of everything that had been done. The J.D. Power Edge Certified Pre-owned checklist states that the process involves replacing the engine oil and filter. Now we are questioning if we need a mechanic to perform a complete inspection of the vehicle. We are reducing the review from 5 stars to 3 because trust and transparency are important for this type of transaction. :End EditMike, Eric, Chris, and Urbain were personable and professional. The vehicle was exactly as described and we are happy with the price. It felt honest. They were also patient with us when our bank s system crashed.Thank you!

I was supposed to have an appointment with Al Rodriguez to looked at a specific vehicle I really wanted to buy at 12:00pm earlier. I came 10 minutes early. They had another customer ahead of me without telling and that customer bought the car. I drove 40 minutes with all the intention to buy that car. Mr. Rodriguez was extremely unprofessional. He clearly verified that the car was available the night before. Well, I will not recommend my friends to go this place. Everett.

I worked with Gus to buy my vehicle. He and the staff were outstanding to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. The rest of the dealerships were trying to add $4k in additional dealer add-ons or fees. Joey Accardi gave me a fair price out the door. I would recommend buying from them and I will work with them on my next vehicle.

I had a great experience at Joey Accardi. They were straight up with me and gave me a fair price. I drove out of there with a brand new 2023 Jeep Gladiator! Michael was my salesman and he was great! I will be back when it s time for my wife to upgrade.

Called 4 times. Texted with a rep from dealership. Each time, was told the car I was interested in was available. Was told a Manager would call me each time. No one every called. Finally, I said I'd wait on the line for a Manager. Mike got on the line & told me it had sold earlier in the morning. This is a poorly run dealership. Beware

The girl I got to sell me the car was nice but new so she didn t know much so the sales manager helped her. I told the manager the #1 thing priority in buying a car was price. We agreed to a price then when I got to financing it was almost $100 more a month and it wasn t based on credit. He gave me a quote and said this is out the door this price and what you ll be paying per month everything included. However when I got in financing there was added taxes, fees, etc when I previously asked for the bottom line price with everything I was told something different. Then the finance guy said oh just make biweekly instead of monthly payment to get the cost down. My car payment went up over $200 a month from my lease I turned in. Then after I left I noticed they gave my the wrong registration and I called them, and asked for them to send me one in the mail, they just emailed it to me. When I called them about this, they said just print it out on your own. Like I just didn t spend over $40,000 on a car and you re too cheap to send me a registration in the mail. Geez.

We recently purchased a Kia Sorento, we had the pleasure of working with Mr. Gus, who provided us with a seamless stress-free out of state purchase. Gus knows his stuff, he's on top of everything and keeps you up to date every step of the way. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle without seeing it, he assured me that it was clean inside and out and ran like a champ. Once the vehicle arrived to my house a few states away I was impressed, for a 2019 it was show room floor clean and runs quiet and smooth. I personally would recommend all of my friends and family to Gus. On top of that the finance team was kind and very explanatory, I honestly had no questions. Thanks again to everyone down at Joey Accardi for helping us out! We will be back!

I went for service here two times now, my mistake. They estimated an hour and half and it s now been over two and a half hours and my car is still not ready. If they would ve given me an accurate estimate I would ve just left and came back. The service team is always understaffed it s not even busy here.

Today I came to check options to buy a car and the sales person Urbain Chavanne was above and beyond. Also, the manager and the rest of the team worked hard and gave the extra mile to find the best deal for us. After many hours here finally I bought a jeep for my daughter and a pick Up for me. I really recommend this dealer to come and buy a jeep or a pick up. So happy with our new cars.

Did a lease buyout and Ivan was super helpful. Great guy and very knowledgable. However, the financing department shopped too many lenders and it shows on my credit report. Downgrading this review for that oversight.
