Service with a Smile! Alex, Michael, Xavier and Dale are an example of professionals at Jiffy Lube. I had questions and they answered them with an explanation in laymen terms for me. What makes a great long lasting company brand? The team players who put in the grind day and night. Don't walk run to this location because they are efficient, knowledgeable and downright nice! Thanks gentleman!

I'm sorry to give it a 3 star, it took a while to get me started on service . Also they had an issue logging me in on the system. I just recently opened the account. They were nice but a little slow that I was expecting.

Great over all oil change place one of the best I ve been to there is also a hand car wash place next door. Me and my aunt had an outstanding experience Jah Jah was very helpful and patient with us will definitely be back.

The guy who did oil change- nicest guy ever. Didn t try to upsell like most do. In fact the opposite. Fair price, quick friendly service.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. I recently had my oil changed there and because I have 2 cars I didn't drive that car until a week later. Soon, within a mile, my oil light came on. I quickly pulled over to check it and discovered there was NO oil in my engine. I proceeded to get an uber back to my house and take my 2cd car to buy oil. I placed 4 quarts of oil and called Mobile 1 of the problem and went right back to them. Well they it was due to " defective oil filter", whether that's true it doesn't matter. I asked the manager to be reimbursed for the uber and oil I purchased, he refused and stated not his fault that a defective one was made!! Wow talk about lack of customer service, gone in this world! If my engine had seized, I would have had to sue them

Way over priced. 130 bucks for a 4cly Kia Forte. It's was Synthetic but 4 cylinder? Come on. I won't be back.

Terrible. They broke a part of my car and said it was already broken and even charged me extra for my service!!! I recommend going to Valvoline or Pep Boys...

I bought a Groupon for this location and unfortunately it happens to be about 35 minutes without traffic which means about an hour with traffic back home they would not service me when I arrived it was 445 They are supposed to be open till 6 I was told that they didn't have anybody there to work on my Van yet i was looking at 2 people I find this very unprofessional if you guys say you're open at till a certain time then you should be honoring that time not turning people away Now even though I don't want to come back to this location I am forced to because I bought the Groupon

In and out within 12 minutes. Absolutely top notch service by a bunch of great crew members. I don't know if they have coupons or discounts, but for how quick it was I will say it was easily worth the cash over waiting at a dealership to save a few dollars. Will return without a doubt if I just need an oil change.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible experience! I waited an hour for them to open late with no apology. I was still polite despite the lack of accountability or customer service. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I told them I had a Groupon for a synthetic blend oil change (which is what we have always purchased for my husband s car). I was told that they didn t have synthetic blend even though I pre paid for a Groupon that offered that option and explained that to the man who claimed to be the shop owner. I was then told that I needed to upgrade to full synthetic since they don t have it. I told him no, that I already pre paid for synthetic blend and that honestly, they should just do the full synthetic since they don t have the product I paid for and opened an hour late. He then proceeded to take phone calls in the middle of me speaking and ignored me completely as if I wasn t standing in front of him talking. As if that wasn t disrespectful enough he then proceeded to insult me in front of another (male) customer that had walked in. And tried to involve him in the conversation as if I was the one in the wrong. My husband was on my cell phone listening to this whole exchange horrified. He then told me to take my car and leave while it was still in the bay with the hood up. I was hopeful since they had good reviews. It s obvious now that those reviews are fake or they just mistreat women. This place is incredibly unprofessional and dishonest! Stay away! Especially if you re a woman.

i will choose them over the dealership ANY day.. being a female at any auto repair shop or dealership these days can be uncomfortable, with that being said.. i was in and out in 12 minutes. no nonsense, no games. i asked for a full synthetic oil change and that s what i got. will send friends and family here.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This shop failed to fasten the underbody cover on my car. It fell off on the same day, being torn in two. I took the car and the damaged part back to the shop and was told that they would contact me about next step. I have not heard back from them.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Fast, friendly and great price prices for quality service! I was running errands, I stopped by mobil express, pulled Into the bay, sat in my car and gathered all my trash and organized my stuff so I can go next door for a car wash and interior Cleaning. They were done before me lol they even replaced my windshield wipers at a very affordable price. I ll definitely be back!Service: Oil change

Soon as I pulled in the gentleman Andre & Jacobson acknowledged me. And the customer service was great I didn t have to wait they immediately started my oil change. I even decided to do a tire alignment. Without them trying to pressure me.The guys were very nice and have wonderful customer service. I had the greatest experience at this shop. The manager Leroy was awesome with helping me with what I needed and I felt comfortable with the parts and price. Also the service technician Jacobson is the best. He did work to perfection and even fixed my flat tire.If you haven't maintained you car for more than 4 years and beyond like I did go to them they can fix anything for a car. Thank you soooo much, 20 stars up.

Very happy with the service. The staff were all extremely nice and friendly, and my oil change was super fast. I also love that they don t try to find unnecessary things to up-charge like Jiffy Lube has done so many times. The only downside is that there is a huge trade-off for this convenience. At Precision Tune their full synth is $40 less!

This was my first time here at this particular mobile one oil change. I must say that the staff is very professional, very honest and transparent from what I could tell. I arrived on a Thursday at around 3:00 p.m. and the place was empty, which was to my delight. If anyone is looking for a great place to change your oil, and it's not always packed with people and you know that you're going to get a true oil change, this is the place to go! It is worth a drive. They also honored my Groupon that last used there many many months ago, and the only charged me $60 in chains for a full synthetic mobile one oil change and filter change. Please excuse the typos as I'm using Google's One Voice to Text technology. I highly recommend this place and give it five stars
