We recently had the pleasure of buying a used F-Pace from Ricardo Torres. Since we knew which car we wanted, he made the entire process quick and easy!We appreciated the transparency in their pricing, and there were no surprises or hidden fees along the way.Their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction was evident throughout my entire experience. A few days later someone came to our house to go over all the features of the car! Very much appreciated! Ricardo also took care of the cracked windshield that we didn't notice until we got home, no hassle!I would definitely buy a car from them again. It was one of the best car buying experiences we have had in a long time! Ricardo got us in and out in about 2 hours! We recommend him to anyone in search of a new/used vehicle. The new show room is Beautiful! Waiting area is great! Assortment of drinks is great!

Outstanding! I cannot say it enough. Outstanding. Everything from the level of service, to the communication, to the ease with which everything was completed was outstanding. This was quite literally the best experience I've ever had with a service department. I saw a hand full of negative reviews about this particular service department prior, so I was nervous going in, especially as a female car owner. But i was treated with respect throughout the process of having my car repaired, i was provided with a loaner promptly, and there was constant communication while my car was being worked on. The tech even took the time to walk me through the necessary repairs and show me the damage to my vehicle. There is really no other word than outstanding to describe my most recent experience at Jaguar Fort Lauderdale.

Went in for maintenance. Justin the assistant service manager was assigned my car. All my concerns/questions were addressed. Car was ready rather quickly as I was updated by Justin throughout the process via text (with video!). He also replaced the battery in my fob as it was displaying low battery. What a pleasant visit having Justin assigned to my car. Loving the Jaguar experience!

Ease of making an appointment. Met with point of contact, Justin at desired and appointed time. Justin gave an accurate time frame of work and offered me a ride to and from the dealership if I needed to get home. Everyone, staff, in the dealership were kind and helpful. I am extremely pleased with the service I received at this location.

Nice facility, waiting service area is clean and neat, coffee machine, & snack available. Well maintained dealership.The only problem, they will not provide any loaner while car in service. Expect to spend additional $$ for rental while spending thousands for repair.Service advisor Amadan is one of the best up there, she is very knowledgeable & professional, very good communication skills. She keeps customer in constant loop about repair and she will go extra miles to assist with repair costs.

For Jaguar service, this is not the place to go. I d rather drive an hour south for the coral gables location than go here. This dealership is ran like a toyota dealership, there are no staff to check in your vehicle to service, no valet, have to walk up to a long desk and wait 20-30 min for someone to assist you, and even then the service issue does not get fixed all the way. An unexpectedly less than luxury experience with no organization or customer service whatsoever. I do not recommend.

I am never ceased to be impressed by the excellent costumer service at this Jaguar dealer service department. I was taken care of by Justin. He was always upfront to me and maintained constant contact regarding may car. I received calls frequently. There was a pretty big problem with my vehicle and he genuinely tried to resolve this at the best of his ability. That I really appreciate. Thank you Justin.

This car buying experience was different this round than any other I ve been through. Due to these out of control rates I had to shop my loan. I found a car I loved and my sales person Edwin was fantastic! There was zero pressure and he let me get my own lending while keeping the car I wanted held! This was a huge help and I am so grateful for all of it. If you re in the market for a Jag or Land Rover go see Edwin! One of the most humble salesmen who truly wants to help his customers!

I almost never leave reviews as I am hard to impress, however in this case I made an exception as I was extremely happy with two employees at Jaguar in Pompano. I have never purchased a Jaguar before and I was, shall I say, surprised at the level of service. My family and I intended just to take a quick look at the dealership. We had just come for a dog park, were dressed like bums and had our dog with us. Salesman Tony Herscu was the nicest car salesman I have ever dealt with, and I have purchased several other luxury cars from competing brands. Tony's service was by far the best, he even made our dog feel like a prized potential customer. I would also like to thank Financial services manager Robert Vallejo. Once again fantastic service, explained everything in great detail and would recommend him to anyone interested in financing a car. Super nice guy. So far Jaguar ownership has been fantastic thanks mostly to the service provided by Tony and Robert. Hopefully the car is as good as we were treated at the dealership. Time will tell.Big Kudos to Handover Specialist Dylan Vitiello for coming to our house and explaining all the great features on our car. Thanks for the help Dylan. Another nice Jaguar service.

I purchased my car up North and recently moved to the FLL area. The entire service team treated me like a long time customer. Amanda Levy went out of her way to make sure each and every issue with my car was resolved. She was communicative and friendly. Highly recommend this Jaguar dealership.

I took my car for repair and it has been there for 3 weeks. It took 2 weeks to get my rental after having my brother call to see what was going on. The service advisor has not called, texted, or followed up in over a week. I had drive to the dealership to get a response from the service manager. This dealership does not respectits female consumers. I will not return.

With absolutely no pressure sales.We highly recommend Ft Lauderdale Jaguar to anyone who is contemplating a luxury vehicle. Jessica in financing was a huge help in making the financing all come together easily. I cannot leave this review without mentioning the amazing coffee machine with the goodies that are put out for everyone including the Mercedes salespeople next door. lolGreat experience wonderful people.l highly recommend them. My only concern what you think would not have been on the top of the list was the customer service I called the phone number and was on hold for 9 minutes and then I called every other department was still on hold so maybe I just called it a bad time or they really are don't like answering the phone. Second issue was when I did arrive the show room attendant didn't take much interest in checking on me or explaining anything to me about the vehicles. The pro was it the car is more luxurious and beautiful very attracted to look at very impressive stitching and sleek Auto Construction. The humans did more harm than the vehicle

My husband and I had the BEST experience at Jaguar Fort Lauderdale! This was our first time purchasing a Jaguar and our salesman, Bill, along with the rest of the team, made this such a seamless process. Once our car arrived, Bill worked endlessly to push things through so we could pick up our car ASAP. When we pulled up, my car was in the middle of the showroom. A unique experience that I will always treasure. Bill is the MAN!!!

I bought a new car here from Matt 3 months ago.Matt, the sales manager and service manager all promised to replace window and door trim due to staining from their sprinkler system.now 3 months later I am stilling getting the runaroundthey told me 2-4 weeks, it s now been 12 weeks with no return callsthey will tell you what you want to hear to close the dealthen DROP THE BALLbeyond disappointedSo now it has been 4 months since we purchased our car and were promised our trim would be replaced.SERVICE MANAGER HAS NOT RETURNED A SINGLE CALL OF MINE IN THE LAST 4 WEEKSBEYOND INFURIATING TO BE IGNOREDI WOULD NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIPNEVER IN 50 YEARS OF BUYING CARS HAVE I EVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIA

I drove over 100 miles to come and buy my new F Type Jaguar at FT Lauderdale Jaguar and it was worth it. Matt was very easy to work with and the sale process went very smoothly. On top of that I got great pricing on my Jaguar trade in and the new vehicle. So glad I made the journey

did not treat me and my husband well at all. Not sure if they thought we couldn't afford to be in there but we won't be going back. Don't judge a book by it's cover because we can more than afford a Jaguar. But I definitely won't be buying one from them!

Everything went very smooth from the moment I arrived. My service rep AL was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He arranged my transportation to and from the service center and instilled my confidence in the organization with his no nonsense approach. I am grateful the service matches the original Jaguar dealership and will gladly keep buying here.

Thank you Amanda at Jaguar of Ft. Lauderdale. My 2017 XE needed service and Amanda and the service team were very helpful. I was offered a another XE while my car was being serviced and was pleasantly surprised when my car was ready just 24 hours later. Its always appreciated when a service team makes a service call this easy.

I have been a customer at Jaguar Fort Lauderdale for well over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. An integral part of their success are the people who work within the service department, in particular Diane. She is prompt and professional, but also kind and very funny. When something is wrong with your car, it can be very distressful. However, knowing that Diane is on our account, relieves a lot of that stress. I appreciate her, and the entire team at Jaguar Fort Lauderdale, very much.

No one from the dealer is returning my calls regarding my car brought there for repairs over two weeks ago. I have been calling daily and is told repeatedly that someone will get back to me and the service representative is unavailable. I have called the service representative and left text messages and total silence about my car. I have no idea when the car will be ready or if the car is being worked on. I have no transportation in the meantime.The Service Manager John was extremely helpful in getting my car delivered to me and I am very grateful. Car is fixed and everything is fine now.

SNAKES doe snot begin to describe this dealership. Used car dealers have always had a bad rap-but you would assume Jaguar and LandRover, especially Certified Used at Jaguar dealership would be a step above the buy here-pay here type of salesman and tactics. Sadly, this Jaguar/Land Rover location is NOT!My salesman Edwin was extremely rude and condescending. Im trying to think of what he did for his commission? I drove into the dealership looking for 2 specific cars I saw online, I drove around and found them in the parking lot, (even though I called on the way-40 min drive, asking they be pulled out for me as I was in a tad bit of a hurry that day) walked in to look for Edwin-where he then had to fetch the keys. That s all he did. Fetched me the keys. I came back that evening to purchase-there was an issue with the Jaguar bumper, and his response This isnt the best time to be finding issues-we are about to sign papers . The nerve! I told him then, I dont have to spend my $40,000 here I can go elsewhere.I asked several questions-the Jaguar stated it needed a software update-and there were a few little issues here and there, His reply, The car is certified and under full warranty. We will take it to detail after body shop and run it through maintenance, after al, it s certified. We dont send out cars until they are 100% . I trusted him. My mistake! He knew we were hiring a transport service (he provided us the name/number of who he recommended we hire) he took advantage that we would not be at the dealership to take possession. Once the car arrived-The key battery is dead! Alerts all over the car-Car needs a software and system update still-and the car is out of alignment.The last day we saw the vehicle-the car had just been detailed-but hadn t ran through service. I wanted to check the vehicle after detail and place a few boxes in the trunk. When I arrived a man carrying a box was getting into the car, MY CAR! I asked him what he was doing and he informed me he was heading to FedEx,and he had the keys to my car! WHAT?!?!?! NO! I had a fit! What if he wrecked my car? Why was he using my car?!It gets worse-It arrived with some damage-scratches etc. The transport company has photos at pickup and the damages (that were not there when we paid!) are seen on the car in the photos. I wonder how many people took the car for a spin to FedEx before the transport company picked it up?! UNREAL!When I called and asked for the sales manager, I spoke with Tommy. Huge arrogant and condescending attitude! He tried to blame me-and was annoyed I called. WOW. I asked if he sells certified cars with key fobs that have dead batteries, a car that needs a system update and is out of alignment, and one that has fresh scratches on the rims and taillight. He stated NO . I replied to him, This is what I received . He had the gull to try and blame the transport team and suggested it was my fault for not picking up the car and driving it 3 states away myself. I am filing a formal complaint with Jaguar USA, Land Rover USA, and the BBB. I should not have to go to a dealership and sit for hours for service on a vehicle that I have owned for 20 hours-especially one that is sold Certified Jaguar.The only friendly and helpful person (other than finance-who is always happy because they are accepting money (lol)) is Dylan my Product Specialist. He reached out in regards to assisting me with the Jaguar features etc, has been available to me via text and call-has answered my questions and assisted me with concerns. He is the shining star at this dealership.

The gentleman at Jaguar Fort Lauderdale were amazing. Edward and Scott are true professionals and did everything they could to help us feel comfortable and get us the car we came to buy! I would definately recommend family and friends to Jaguar Fort Lauderdale!I used my capitol one credit navigator tool to pre qualify for financing and they knew just what to do. Before we took our car home the guys there filled the tank and shined up the car nice!

Last week my wife and I stopped by Jaguar Fort Lauderdale to look at this Audi. Bill Norris the sale consultant immediately assisted us and I can truly say he went ABOVE and BEYOND to make this car ours. He took very good care of us and treated us like family. There was no pressure from any of the staff. Bill had one goal and it was that we left there satisfied. We the help of the whole staff including JP from finance that worked very hard to get those numbers low!!! I highly recommend this location and the team.

Probably the best experience you could possibly have to fix your Jaguar the staff is very friendly the place is beautiful and they do good work and that's the most important thing they get it done right so you do not have to go back everything is done meticulously and they know what they're doing they do this for a living they know these cars and what can I say bring your car here you will be very happy

I had my I Pace in for recall work. Diane Willey was the service rep who took care of me. She provided exceptional service and had the work completed in a day. She helped me in the past and her professional service was equally as wonderful. She is the best thing your dealership has going. She is a real keeper.
