I was recommended to this place from their neighbor Genesis paint. They told me that the owner of this place wanted to charge me 5000 dollars, so they decided to push my car into the parking lot and take about over a year to still not even finish the car.The car ended up getting dumped off. At my house still unfinished promising that the mechanics would come to fix the car at my house... They would come and spend no more than 20 to 40 minutes and leave.. I had to hound them so many times to get them to come. The car ended up getting in trouble and had to have a towed elsewhere.... They would call me and tell me that they were on their way and would not show up.... They claim that genesis paint stole most of the money that was supposed to go to them,Causing them not to really wanna work on the car. They had so many days and so much time to fix this car. They kept slacking and almost finishing the car still leaving me with a unfinished project.. I now ran out of time again because they kept playing games and now I had the car towed to a repair shop.... I am extremely pissed off and would never recommend this place or gennesis paint for anyone..... this car has been messed around with since July of 2022 I'm done playing games with these people!!!!!STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE..

I cannot say enough of how great our (son and I) experience was. We ve used Jacko s a couple of times before in the past before it was sold and always happy and always referred. Now with the new owners I can honestly say the custom service and work done on my son s seized engine over exceeded our expectations. Good experienced mechanics and great customer service always kept us informed of the long but well worth the wait. Very professional.(Due to insurance issues) work was done well and in a timely manner. They take pride in there work not to return for the same issues.Thank you Pat for a great job well done to you and your guys.

What incredible, fast service! They all are very knowledgeable and explain things in a manner that anyone can understand. Very friendly and personable but the attention to my vehicle was superb. Have been going to Jackos for years and always satisfied. Last Friday I took my car there and they said I would be all set on Monday. So I rented a car for 3 days. I called Saturday no answer. I called Jocko on his cell phone and found out he no longer owned it. I went there now they hadn t done a thing. To get it out of there 150 and they did nothing. Don t make the same mistake rip off!

Came to them asking to replace the alternator cause car was dying while driving car finally died AAA arrived the hook up car to phone and he said the alternator needs replaced. I had the car towed to Jack o for those reasons not for a dead battery. I vocied this to them that I knew what I need just the alternator. They sold me. 200 dollar battery an said it's fixed .now I'm stranded on Christmas Eve 167 miles from my destination for Christmas. I will not be sending people hereServices: Electrical, Battery

Great guy! They will make sure your car runs great for years. They are also an authorized installer of Jasper Engines and Transmissions. Installs come with a 3 year/100,000 miles parts and labor warranty

I have been going to Jako s for 5 years and specially in the past year they have improved and grown . They specialize in foreign cars , specially Mercedes .They are honest reliable and friendlyOnce my husbands Mercedes is out of warranty next year we will be taking his car to them as well .Services: Auto engine tuning, A/C installation & repair, Oil change

I am a long time customer of Jacko's Complete Auto Care and just has my 2008 Ford Edge in for an oil change. Jacko has given me 12+ years and counting out of my back to back Fords. He has always treated me fairly and honestly. His mechanics do good work and I'm always happy to be around such good people. Jacko is a hard worker who really cares about people. I'm happy to know him.

Great customer service, fair prices and fast service. They were able to change a brake booster and master cylinder within a couple hours and got me back on the road the same day.
