I own two CR-Vs with one in NY and the other one in FL.� From the day of purchase it was obvious that the NY dealer was more customer focused. After owning both for a few years and dealing with both dealers for service, I would never buy another one from Hendricks. I want a dealer who I can trust and run their business with a focus on the customer. Our NY dealer has a philosophy of treating its customers right and the customers will buy their next car from them. Hendricks feels like they don t care about the long term relationship with the customer.The final straw was making an appointment to have an oil change. We got there and they told us it would be a three to four hour wait and that it was normal. When I said that it was unreasonable that an appointment would run so late they said that they don t make appointments and it was handled in North Carolina. I don t know what this should matter. My guess is that they outsourced appointments to NC to save money. When asked if we rescheduled for another day would we have to wait as long and was told a three hour wait is normal. If we make an appointment at our NY dealer we know it will happen on time. Another feature we like is we get text messages during any service updating the progress of the service.The waiting room isn t nice at Hendrick. In NY you have a few waiting areas including a quiet room where you can go to read or relax without people talking on their phones or a tv going with something you don t care about. It also offers different drinks while Hendrick has a coffee machine that didn t work.I ll now try a different Honda dealer when I m in Florida and hope I can find one that respects me and my time.

Took my Honda for an oil change and Rich Im went above and beyond to assist me. He was professional and very knowledgeable.He informed me of repairs I needed, and he told me my battery was under warranty so I didn t have to pay for a new one.And Rich was smiling the entire time!What a wonderful service experience!Thank you Rich!
